I purchased a 2012 Malibu Chevy in 2014 as a demo. My car had 20,000 km on it. My tires were giving me problems, and my friends that knew more about cars and my husband said it looks like they have dry rot. I brought my car back to Amherstburg Chevy and they said yes it looks like dry rot and you need new tires. I asked should the tires last more than a year and how is dry rot caused? They said from sitting and not driving it. I said I drive to work in Windsor everyday that is impossible, they must have had it when I purchased the car. So let it go because they said it was common and the tires were still good. I purchased new tires from Amherstburg Chevy about a year ago and since day one they have been loosing air. My husband always complaining that I should bring it back in because they should not loose that much air and he would always fill the tires up again. Several times I mentioned this to the service Dept when I had my oil changed. The last time I said you need to check them, still nothing wrong. I brought my car to another mechanic because my power steering was going (I had a hard time steering). The mechanic said there is nothing wrong with you power steering, your tires had 10 pounds of air in each tire, riding on basically flat tires. I told him these tire have been loosing air since day one.. He said they could not have been sealed properly when installed. I call the Service Dept and they said well it has been almost two years since I purchased them what do you expect? I should have complained more, now I need new tires again because I have been driving on flat tires. My family and I have been to London for medical appointments and Detroit many times in the past two years.. We could of had a blow out and all been killed. Service is terrible and they do not listen to women, especially the supervisor Don very disrespectful did not say sorry to hear that nothing. Worst Service ever cc Rafih auto group

This dealership wasn't bad. I test drove a new car and we talked over the financing. The staff was friendly and there was a good selection of cars.

However, I ended up test driving the same model at another dealership, simply because it was closer to me and I was undecided about the car. That dealership told me about a $500 credit for students and 0% APR financing, which never came up at this Amherstburg location.

The other dealership got the sale because of this financing.

Okay so this is going to be long so bare with me, I brought my car into this dealership because water was getting into my Electronics. They take a look at it and give it back and tell me it is the driver side molding that has come up and needs to be resealed and replaced and that is why water is getting in, okay that's fine get my quote and leave. I made an appointment for today to have that replaced simple enough right?? NOPE! I get to the dealership and i'm told the tech needs to look at it for an hour see whats wrong with it.... (that is odd I made an appointment??), then I am told they may have to order the part (Why did you not when I made the appointment) but then I am informed that the Molding I need to have fixed is just cosmetic and really has nothing to do with my problem (now iv paid to have my car miss diagnosed) so either their tech lied about the issue or has no idea how to do his job and then i'm told my wind shield is becoming unsealed because they did not tell me the right problem to fix and its making more issues, Please do not bring your car here you are better off just going to a mom and pop mechanic shop less headache and they don't completely screw you over now I have $100's in repair bills after I paid them and they lied. PS Tammie Tremblay is one of your best service consultants I have ever met, she had to deal with a lot today (not happy) and she was very helpful,respectful and just overall wonderful (She deserves a raise/ promotion) and your service manager Don Butcher was Horrible, did nothing but try and shift the blame, this person should not be a manager by any means but all he did was say nothing they can do about it (NO help what so ever) Honestly Tammie should be in his job. This will be posted on social media.

Terrible service. Horrible sales. Made me wait an hour and a half for them to tell me they dont have the parts and I'd need to come back. I had booked my appointment weeks before and explained what I needed done. Even a simple air filter for a 2017 car they did not have. Would not reccomend to anyone.

They used to be 5 stars for me. They always took good care of me and my car when I brought it in for repairs. But the last time I took my car in for repair they said they couldn't recreate the problem and couldn't fix it. So I picked up my car and before I got out of the parking lot I was experiencing my issue. So I'd say the sales staff are great. But I don't know about the mechanics.

Korey went over the top to bring me the truck from Amherstburg to London, I have never had such service ever.

Don't bother wasting you time with their Internet Sales Specialist. Tried to purchase a car from this dealership and had to keep reminding him to send me information. Then he promised to find another car at other dealerships. He did not follow through. When I complained to him and his management it was also a waste of time. Apparently promises mean nothing to them. I have since found out that the other dealerships that are owned by the same dealer principal also have internet sales specialists. Their lack of enthusiasm at getting back to you is the same. Nobody really cares. The dealers in Toronto will bend over backwards to sell you a car thru the internet. Try them before you get frustrated with this dealership and their lack of customer service.
