This review is about the SERVICE/PARTS department. After purchasing a Transit for 91K in May 2024, I noticed a day later that there was a deep gouge in the bulkhead (partition) window. Prior to purchase, the salesperson had sent photos of the vehicle's interior. The gouge was later noticeable but not readily apparent at that time. The service manager, MN, acknowledged the problem and ordered a new window or door. At month three, my email inquiry was answered by MN, stating that I would be notified when the part arrives. I've waited a total of 7 months and have yet to be notified. MN has not returned at least three emails nor two voice messages. He finally answered his phone stating that the parts tech should have contacted me. I was told that he would call me tomorrow...no call. I called MN again, and he said i would receive a call tomorrow...no call. After 7 months, I can only determine that either MN just has atrocious customer service, or that he is giving me the run-around, hoping that I forget about it.
91K should buy better service than this! I won't go away until this is resolved.

Just dealt with the sales rep Mr.Sabouni and all I can say is that he was very courteous paid extreme attention to what I needed. He listened to my concerns and made it his priority to leave the dealership reassured and satisfied. I recommend that anyone who is planning on shopping for a new vehicle to ask for him, he is a man of his word and very professional, and in today's day that says alot!
Inside tire tread torn when removed from rim. Should have been seen....tire totally deflated by the next day, dangerous if driving.
Tire was temporarily fixed with black resin. New tire should be supplied asap as temporary fix may fail at high speeds.
Excellent service and professionalism. Everyone from sales to service are polite and friendly and work very hard to understand and meet your needs. I am a Lincoln loyalist at Ford 440 because i can get my preferred vehicle anywhere but at this dealership they make their customers feel special and appreciated.

Excellent service! I went to many ford enterprises, and dealt with many salesmen, but nobody compares to Eric Cloutier. He is an exceptional salesman, he took the time and explained to me everything concerning the truck and he is by far the most honest salesman!!!! If you ever decide to purchase a used vehicle, you should go to ford 440 Laval. Friendly staff and the most important is that they tell you the truth. They are not there just to sell you a car, they are there to satisfy their clients!

i had good service until end of extended warranty , last time i was there staff who changed my tires omitted to mention that he lost a lug nut , installed right side wheel with 5 out of 6 wheel lug nuts, puts mag cover on so no one notice missing lug nut and sends me away without telling me its missing or ask me to purchase one or a new set. Very inexpensive item...
Well, one day end of winter season while cleaning inside of my truck, i find a lug nut to my surprise, scratching my head not quite understanding where its from. i remove all 4 wheel covers and discover where it went. i was so mad of the negligence. 5 years of trust went down the drain with that one log nut. They lost a sale of a convertible mustang gt that i was negotiating with saleswoman.
Consistently take over 4 hours to do a 1 hour job
Worst imaginable customer communication... very very very poor and bad for business... sad because technical job is well done.
Very happy with the service department. They are not more expensive and I trust the quality of the work they do. I have been to other, more local, Ford dealerships and have been very disappointed with the work they did on my truck. Its hard to find people who could care less about what they are doing these days. I think this dealership sees more pickup trucks and they do an excellent job every single time I go. Anyways I live on the south shore and I drive 45 minutes to Laval to get my service done there so yes there really is a difference in quality with this dealership, they are really good.
I'm still waiting for the sales department to call me back to take my current truck in as a trade in at a REALISTIC price against the purchase of a new one though, so hopefully they will do that at some point.

Someone by the name of "Dan" (presumably from the sales or finance department) went onto the customer inquiry chat of another dealership and behaved extremely unprofessionally, disclosing his client's information regarding a recent deal, and with absolutely horrible spelling/grammar no less. Please teach your staff to behave in a professional manner and conduct themselves with dignity. This isn't kindergarten.
