Unlike previous years, you get to see the brief description of issues in an online portal and you get to choose if you want to fix them or not. Following up was easy and service was quick. I had an amazing experience at Rose City Auto Service in Windsor! I called in 15 minutes before my scheduled oil change and warranty check-up. In just over an hour and a half, they changed my oil, diagnosed and fixed my warranty issue (a passenger mirror wasn’t working), and even had the mirror motor in stock to replace it right away at the service desk. Matthew at the service desk was super friendly and helpful, but the real star of the show was Sharon. She came by the waiting room, offered everyone water or any other drink they wanted, and even got my son a bag of chips and some cookies. Later, she checked in on everyone again, and I had a really meaningful conversation with her. I can’t remember the last time I received service like this anywhere. Thanks, Rose City Auto Service! You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I really appreciate everything you did today.

Not only did they give me a great trade-in value, my salesman Chuck and his manager, went above and beyond to find a Bronco that fit my specific needs and had it shipped to their location within just a few days. I was extremely impressed but how fast they were able to help me and how great their service was.
Chuck also went above and beyond to reach out and make sure I loved my purchase a few weeks after buying. Such a minor detail that made me feel reassured that I made the right decision buying from them.

Ronaldo Baho sold us a great 2018 Chevy Silverado from Rose City Ford. Low mileage and a well taken care of truck. We bought the warranty package with undercoat and diamond paint treatment and are very happy with it.

I love my new Ford Edge! Me and my daughter are quite safe and secure with the lane assist features. Our sales associate is awesome. Thank you very much for being very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Answered all our questions and concerns we had. I like the fact that we can stop in any time to see the same sales associate (Kurt) if I need additional help with the electronics in the vehicle and anything else for that matter. He also took the time to show me how to sync my phone to the tablet in my SUV. Another feature we also got is the car will give us notifications when to do any maintenance (oil changes etc.) and then a message giving me the option to book it right from my phone via the Ford app. We are looking forward to buying our second vehicle at Rose City Ford and I will be sure to ask for Kurt Silvera. I had a great experience with finding my Bronco had my heart set on red but Kyle Gagnon showed me a nice blue Bronco, it took me going back a second time to fall in love but I did. I recently sold my fifth Toyota and decided to try Ford, purchasing a 2024 Ford Escape PHEV. Unfortunately, this decision has been my biggest regret. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper with paint missing. I immediately reached out via texts and emails, but no one got back to me till date.The customer service is poor and it feels like they are only focused on making sales with no care for their customers afterward. Having experienced top-notch service with Toyota for years, this has been a huge disappointment. I will never go back to this dealership for another vehicle, and I can't recommend them to anyone who values good customer service.

Saw a 2012 Mazda5 online with no picture. Called Rose City Ford where I was transferred to Kurt Silvera and he told me it was still available. When I got there, he had already had it pulled into the garage for me since it was pouring rain. It was in near-perfect condition, and drove really well. He helped both me and my grandfather out tremendously. He had very energetic, and good customer service. I felt confident in my purchase. He also gave me a good deal. We went to Rose City for our first EV vehicle. The entire team was professional, courteous, and informative. We had Liv as our salesperson who was highly knowledgeable on EVs as she drives one herself, which was helpful for buyers like us who had many questions about making the transition from ICE to EV vehicles. The team at Rose City also stayed after hours to help close the deal and this was noted and appreciated. I would recommend their dealership for those looking to get into a Ford vehicle, but especially those looking to transition to an EV.
Overall, the service was great. Mauro helped me along the process of purchasing my used car. Two things though… when I picked up my car, the tank was not full (after spending tens of thousands on a car you would think the tank would be full). Secondly, whoever installed the license plate on the rear bumper used the incorrect size screws which resulted in the license plate coming off when I was driving the car home from the dealership (on the very first day, which was not a great way to start after buying a car…)
My car has been here multiple times for the same issue with the exhaust, they replaced a flex pipe 8 months ago under warranty now 14,000 km later it has broke again and they will not cover it under warranty which is fine but when I brought my car in and told them exactly the issue my service advisor didn’t bother to mention it is not a warrantied part. Instead they got me for $230 for “diagnostics” and had enough nerve to tell me it’s $1200 to fix. Reached out to ford who was willing to cover a percentage of the repair due to the part faulting in such a short period of time and have me pay the difference at the warranty rate and rose city has refused ended up dealing with another local dealer who was more then happy to work with ford Canada.

I went in today because my check engine light was on everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable and cared for. They fixed the problem and it took sooner than expected. I had a very nice gentlemen Ray shuttle me home and pick me up. Rob was very kind too making sure if needed anything that I can message him.
