Had a fantastic experienc, Chris was amazing, extreemly professional and communicative. We couldn't be happier with our experience.
Friendly small town service with no high pressure sales I very much like dealing there 👍
Honest, straightforward folks . definitely recommend them
Very nice
Easy & efficient transaction.
Got my last 2 vehicles here and getting a third! Great place.
My Older Brother started me taking my pickup truck to Dickson's. Great prices on tire installation. Friendly staff, very informative.
This dealership saved me thousands of dollars by ensuring repairs to my vehicle were covered under warranty. With less than a month remaining on my car's warranty, their team ordered parts and did the work quickly without the usual runaround about not being sure if that was the issue or whether the whole job would be covered. Staff is always courteous and professional. Certainly not what I was used to in Sarnia.
I would give 0 stars if it would let me....
My in laws ordered a vehicle and when they went to pick it up it was the wrong color when they asked to speak with a manager he came out and told them to leave he was very RUDE!! I'm not sure how he is a manager with poor customer service...
My 2022 f150 factory order showed up, I went to see Russ to make the deal, he refused my X-plan pin. I called 5 other dealers, all were accepting X-plan. I told Russ "I talked to 5 others dealers, all said they were honoring X-plan", he said "well, what are they going to sell, they don't have inventory?" I said "I don't care what I buy, I'll get an Explorer", he quickly replied "oh I'll sell you an Explorer on X-plan" to which i replied "no you won't." At which time in he told me to "leave" and pointed at the door, so I did. I dealt on another f150 at Oakridge Ford, who happily accepted my X-plan pin # (thanks Reese) Lesson learned, don't deal at Dickson Ford (not that I am allowed to anyway)
Not any listings for the used car lot.
Great people, great service and great product, what more could you ask for?
Lowest "out of 4 in Chatham-Kent but waiting on tires to come in
Always great service!
Just picked up my second truck from Dickson Ford and couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend going here for a vehicle. Chris Oliver is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my life, he’s a very good guy and extremely helpful! I commute from London just to go see him and this dealership and will continue to do so!
First time there for service. In and out in half an hour. I'll be going back to this garage again when I need to.
Excellent Service! I experienced car trouble travelling on my way home from London - Windsor for the long weekend. The team was happy to help and the service was extremely quick. Much appreciated, Thank you very much Chris and team!
Great place!
Very friendly small town atmosphere. Very clean. Knowledgeable staff. Salesman is not pushy. Helped us pick a gorgeous new truck.
I have purchased 7 vehicles from Dickson Ford , Excellent purchase & service experience
Leased a new truck from this dealership. This was only my second brand new vehicle in my life. The last one was 33 years ago. I am 58 years old. Needless to say pretty excited. Ford kept harassing me with emails in regards to completing their survey. Finally completed survey to stop the emails. I was truthful with all their questions. To paraphrase what Ford asked me, will be reflected in the context forthwith. On my very first test drive the cruise control didn't work and the truck had no power. Chris said, "the truck hasn't been PDI'd yet." OK, why didn't they do that before I arrived? Chris was in the truck pairing up my phone(this technology is all new to me)and then I guess somebody more important than me came into the dealership so he got out of the truck. I managed to pair up the phone myself-to this day don't know how i did it. The navigation, audio and phone controls were never explained like Ford had asked in the survey . The price jumped $1380 when i came in to sign the paperwork, like Ford had asked regarding the agreed upon price part of the survey. The box cleats were never installed, which they said they'd do. Chris said they are adjustable so that's why we don't do it because customers like them at different heights. Which is a lie they aren't adjustable. Driving down the highway with my family and the hood popped open. Thank God the safety latch did it's job. I guess when it was "PDI'd" the mechanic wasn't strong enough to shut the hood properly. 2 months in, the rear camera stops working. I book the appointment with the service dept. 3 hours later they call back and his words verbatim were, "due to the survey we no longer wish to do business with you." They made the service guy do the dirty work. Call should've come from Chris or Russ. Cowardly act in my humble opinion. So, I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I called the owner Russ thinking surely he has no idea of my experience at his dealership. He knew who I was when I called, and when I started to explain my situation he cut me off and yelled at me saying that, he "doesn't trust me!" We have NEVER met. I asked him to explain himself and just kept yelling that he didn't trust me-and then he hung up on me. This is an owner being rude, obstinate and very unprofessional. Must be nice to talk out of both sides of your mouth, because on one hand he said it was because of the survey that he didn't wish to do business with me and on the other hand he says it's because he doesn't trust me. Which is it Russ? I've owned 19 Fords since I was 16 and if I continue to buy Fords it will definitely not be with them. They took what should've been a pleasurable experience and turned it into very disappointing one. Shame on you Dickson Ford.

Excellent Service
Great service !!! Nice that you can still ask mechanics questions without feeling like a bother... thank u again
Great place to buy a vehicle.
Best dealership in canada.
Always a great place for service on our Ford truck. Friendly and Tim hortons just down the street
Bought a brand new truck from them. Agreed upon the leveling kit that was to be installed. And windows tinted. Part number was even supplied for leveling kit.
When i picked up the truck they installed a different leveling kit and would not come good for it. Also i had to bring the truck to get windows tinted my self.
Russ himself even told me off calling me a" f-ing jack ass" in the showroom when trying to talk to him about putting the correct leveling kit in the truck.
I even went though the better buisness bueru. And they didnt even reply to them after have 2 months and 3 notifacitions to reply.
They now have a -c rating feel free to look them up. Dickson motors .
Never again will i buy from them.
Quality service with timely delivery
