From service maintenance not done in timely fashion and trying to switch from lease to financing the car after a year. I lost so much money and time in the mix. 2 stars because I had a 930 appointment one day and was told I would receive it back later that afternoon. Then I had no contact until I initiated it that evening at 4 pm, and was told they had not had a chance to look at it yet. I was given a rental car which was great, however I did not hear anything again about my car, for another 36hrs plus. I called and left messages in that time. The time it took was not the real issue, it was the lack of communication along the way, and the only time I got any information was because I called and not the other way around. Up until this point my experiences with Ed Learn were great.

Thank you to Jake for the exceptional service, yet again! I needed some emergency service done on my Lincoln this week and Jake did everything he could to make the issue as hassle-free as possible for me. He sent me the road side assistance number, got my car in for an assessment within a few hours, and gave me a (beautiful) loaner car as soon as I got to the shop, so I didn't have to interrupt my schedule and I could get right back to work! At the end of the day I received a message with all of the recommended work for me to approve. The next morning all of the approved work was done to the vehicle and I received a message letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, my vehicle was waiting for me and had even received a full detail. Thank you again for the awesome service, I really do appreciate it!

3 hour wait for a safety, the safety was done incorrectly. My vehicle failed the safety but it should not have. I investigated with the Ministry of transport and they concurred with my assessment that the mechanic at Ed learn ford was incorrect and I was right. So I had to drive back to get the original safety changed to a pass. But had I not done this it would have cost me an additional $500 plus taxes, according to Ed learn ford. I called another ford dealer and if I had done the same unnecessary repair there it would have been only $300 plus taxes. My question is how can the mechanic not know the correct safety standards of a vehicle? Honest mistake or lack of knowledge or trying to drum up more sales? Did not get an apology from anyone! I felt marginalized because I was just buying out my lease and not getting a new vehicle. Not a good experience at Ed learn ford. Will not use this ford dealer in the future. To be fair the only person that treated me with any regard was the gentleman in the finance department.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Lindsay Emmerson at Ed Learn. After going to a few other dealerships who disregarded the importance of my time with lame sales tactics... Lindsay stood out from the crowd and listened to exactly my criteria and needs for a new vehicle. She promptly replied to all my previsit emails with many great options and some good initial pricing that told me they were serious. Upon my arrival for the final 'deal', Lindsay brought AJ the salesmanager into the conversation. As such, there was zero lag or waiting 'to talk to the manager'..deal was done in 30 minutes. If you are looking for new Ford and think it isn't worth your time to come out to St.Catharines, just drop Lindsay a line.

Recently brought in my truck for service and recalls to this location, after mechanics at another shop ended up causing damage to my oil pan during a regular oil change. Stephen from service was more than accommodating and helpful in sorting out the issues presented to him, by getting the necessary parts in a timely manner, and writing a detailed report for me. Additionally, he went above and beyond in helping me find a rental vehicle which would accommodate my work needs and was able to schedule all the service in a timely and efficient manner. Even went as far as calling me to make sure the vehicle rented to me was suitable to get me through the time I did not have my truck.

Not to mention, when it came time to pick up my truck, he had provided me with an exterior and interior wash, something I’ve never received from any other service location before.

Appreciate the professionalism and hospitality from this Ford dealerships service and maintenance department. Will definitely just stick to doing all oil changes and servicing on my truck at Ed Learn Ford from now on.

I was hoping that upper management could be forwarded my message. I have not always been greeted by a courteous and patient automotive service member and I felt that Jeff needed to be recognized for his excellent customer service skills. He went above and beyond today making sure that my car was repaired without delay and continually updated me on the status of my car. He gave me a timeline and apologized after services went longer than expected. He also took the time to explain every detail about the repairs and the summary of my results. I feel he should be given credit for taking the time to answer all of my questions politely without degrading me for not knowing anything about cars. In addition, he didn't seem annoyed or like he was trying to rush me, even though I know he was probably extremely busy. I will seek out assistance from him in the future if he is there because I would rather speak with someone polite than not.
Also, John Carlo Meo is the most honest and trustworthy sales representative that I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to show you ALL options that may interest you and doesn't pressure you into buying anything. He really listens to what is important to you in a vehicle choice and researches to find EXACTLY what you want. I have purchased 3 vehicles for my husband and I and also recommended him to other family members. I will continue to seek out John's assistance when buying vehicles and will always recommend him to my family and friends. Kudos to these two friendly staff at Ed Learn Ford.

Drove in, got registered, took my muffin and coffee (I brought with me) into the lounge, thinking that it would be about two hours. I had a good book with me, the chair was very comfortable and I enjoyed the peace and quite for the time to read. A bit shocked at the price of storage for my tires for a year, but since I can't carry them myself, nor can my husband help me (92). My brake light got fixed and had an oil change done. All went well. The service adviser was pleasant and even went out got my car and drove it in for me to get into. Then I was on my way home. Thanks.

If you need service, I suggest going somewhere else. I waited over 3 hrs for an oil change even after I made the appointment. Was going to have to wait over an hour or more to get a tire plugged. I also made an appointment for that one too. Instead I went down the street and had the tire fixed in under 15 mins. Even though I had to pay for the tire being fixed instead of being covered under a warranty, time is money and having to wait an hour+ to have a tire plugged is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don't even know where to begin. Our F150 went in at 8am this morning for a routine oil change and a "quick" recall appointment to fix the block heater cord. I was told that it would be a longer than usual appointment - obviously - but not more than a few hours. Brad, the service rep, called me shortly before 9am to ask if I wanted to get an extra service; while I had him on the phone, I asked if they could detail the truck - he said "yes". The day has now come and gone and no one has bothered to call me since that first up-sale phone call. I've called the dealership multiple times, but only to be left on hold and waiting for someone to answer the call. Finally, a woman picked up the phone - instead of telling me what was going on with the truck, she sent me to voicemail. Shortly thereafter, Brad called me back to tell me the truck was finished. I let him know how disappointed I was that he had lied to me and that I wanted to speak to the manager; he instead directed my call to the finance dept, so I was left once again on hold with service when I had to call back. Brad called me back while I was on hold and told me that the courtesy car would be a half hour - we live 5 minutes from the dealership, then he got heated with me when I said how unsatisfied I was with the service. This time, he actually transferred my call to the right person, Charlie Lynch, but of course, it went to voicemail because no one is ever available at this dealership. NEW: when I got to the dealership, I found out that the truck had actually been ready for almost two hours, but Brad hadn't had the capacity to give me a call. I'm happy to know that two seconds of his time is worth two hours of mine. After speaking with the service manager, who was actually the only respectful person I had come across that day, I left without paying for the oil change, as he agreed that I was treated poorly by Brad. Once back at the truck, it was obvious that neither the interior or exterior had been cleaned at all, despite hanging out at the dealership for the past 8 hours. Charlie Lynch never returned my phone call, but he did call my husband instead - obviously just another sexist car dealership employee. He inferred that because I had gotten away with a free oil change - a $70 value - that I should be happy and remove the negative google review that I had left while I waited for the courtesy car. That fact honestly makes me even more upset, since I never got an apology from anyone and he is basically stating that my time is worth less than $10/hour - about two thirds of minimum wage. All in all: terrible, rude, disrespectful, sexist service.

Decent experience here at Ed Learn Ford. Sales people Lucas and Andrew both exceptional people, cant say enough good things about these two. They go above and beyond for the customer, so thank you. Also, satisfied with warranty person Marian for helping us with the purchase of a new vehicle. Only bad experience was finance person chris, who belittled my family, tried to take advantage of us being vulnerable customers, very accusatory and demanding, going back on things he initially said, not professional at all. My first service experience in the Quick Lane was 4/5. I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes for an oil change and ended up being there fore 80 minutes. I was not impressed as I had an appointment to go to. The service was performed well, I just wish it was done in a more timely manner.

I brought my truck in for a repair that was quoted for 1 hour. I scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance.

The truck was there all day and not one representative called to give me an update. I called the service department myself and nobody answered (this is a recurring issue with Ed Learn Ford).

I ended up having to stop in shortly before they closed to see what was going on. My truck was parked and the repair was complete (for how long it was complete I have no idea).

In the end, I was unexpectedly without my vehicle for an entire day which resulted in the loss of one's day income in my own business.

Friendly staff which is a positive. However, if you book an appointment for say 8am (right when they open) your vehicle should be going in then or shortly there after. You shouldn’t have to wait over an hour just for your vehicle to get into the garage for it’s service. It appears booking an appointment or just showing up to the “quick lanes” makes no difference here.

First impressions are very important and my first visit was disappointing. My appointment was 10am, I arrived at 9:45, drove inside and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge was was there, there was only one other customer besides me.

There were 4 advisors at there stations, one had a client and the other three were on the phones.

I requested an oil change and also to rotate tires, upon checking my invoice and reviewing the safety check, I did not see a check mark for tire rotation, the advisor said yes.

I dealt with Larry Nelles and he was extremely helpful with looking for my needs as I had a lot of different options on the table. He wasn't pushy either, just very helpful. I was able to have a conversation with the new owner prior to settling on a purchase. He has a good vision for the company and where he wants it to go. They were also able to do some little extras that I was after, something a little out of the box, but they found options and were willing to work with me. I was really pleased with my car buying experience there.

I am not happy with the service dept handling of issues with my car. I had a seat belt problem for the spot in my car I place my child. I brought it in for service left my car for many hours. When I picked it up I was told the seat belt works. When I tried to belt my child in it did not. I was told a part then was needed to be ordered. I waited weeks then I called to see if it was in. It was but no one called to set up an appointment. The earliest appointment I could get was still. Week and half away. So that day I requested a shuttle to take me to work, I was told they could not guarantee me getting there on time. Not cool since the last time I needed a shuttle I waited a half hour missed an appointment and walked home. No one acknowledged that they never provided me a ride when I picked up my vehicle later. Ford had my car for the seatbelt repair from 7:30 am until 5:50pm. I called at 4:35pm and was told my ticket was still open and that I could talk to the service person involved only to be transferred to voice mail. I was still left at work and had to pick my child up from daycare downtown not walking distance for 5:30. I got a ride by a colleague to daycare picked my child up and walked a half hour home in the pouring rain. No one from Ford cared how I was managing without a car. Then when I was called I was a home cooking dinner still raining and Ford wants to know if I can come and get my car. I was not walking over no one offered a shuttle at this point so they drive it back thankfully. When I looked at my receipt there is no indication a new part was installed they unlatched the belt buckle with picks only. I have been inconvenienced by not having three operating belts in the back seat for over a month and had two service calls where they have my vehicle for extended periods of time only to have the problem solved very quickly and simply. This should have been taken care of a month ago without the aggravation. Now I am having a problem with my audio system. Another problem that has already had multiple service calls and part replacement.

In the last two weeks my wife and I have visited the dealership twice.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Lincoln special event.
The food, drinks, and entertainment were only surpassed by the sales staff. They are some of the best sales professionals I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
And to top things off.
The following Tuesday I had my Lincoln in for a recall related repair.
The lounges are clean and comfortable, the newspapers fresh off the press, and great coffee.
The service reps are courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond making sure that your needs are met.
The shuttle drivers, yes drivers, more than one, are constantly making sure that no one is waiting for a ride.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the sales and service departments.

When a warranty is about to expire they wanna schedule your car for couple days after warranty expired. Not helpful. Because they say diagnostic have to be before warranty expires. I was definitely skeptical when they mentioned they were going to locate one on a dealer trade but i was amazed how smooth and fast everything came together. Jim was very helpful and not pushy. He answered all of our questions and anticipated what questions we might have once we took the car home. He was also very patient with our kids and made sure that their experience of the dealership was good (setting them up with a game console, giving them a balloon and answering all of their questions). I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ed Learn Ford. I purchased a new 2013 Ford Focus Titanium which had a few issues within a few months of delivery. They addressed each and every one of these issues in a timely manner. When an issue repeated they were quick to address it, apologize, and took care of my oil change at the same time they addressed the warranty issue. As long as Ed Learn Ford keeps up the great customer service I will keep coming back to them for my vehicles. Great experience from purchase through to service.
