I would never recommend anybody to go to Formula Ford to buy a vehicle or for their service it's sucks. They fast talk to you they get a sale they do not get a hold of you to see how things are going they don't care about you. Just care about a sale that is not a dealership and the vehicle that I bought should have never come off of the Ford assembly line. PS I'm hearing there's a 90 days if you're not happy with your vehicle you can refuse the deal I'm looking into it right now that's how unsatisfied I am with a vehicle and Formula Ford all around bad experience.

My intentions that day was to look at the Ford Edge and take a test drive.
I was introduced to Charlie Hamilton at Formula Ford in Pickering. He listened to my thoughts and concerns and was able to determine that I was moving slowly.
He respected my attitude and we seemed to connect.
I took an Edge for a test drive and since I already knew that was what I wanted Charlie started to crunch numbers. He was very competent and courteous.I had brought with me a newspaper ad from another dealership.
That price was negotiated, along with my list of add ons.
By the end of the day we agreed on an Edge for me. It was not a stressful day as that is what I was expecting.

After several good experiences, yesterday's was dreadful! Dropped truck off Monday for 8;30 appointment Tuesday. (1) Service coordinator was by herself and overwhelmed and got the request wrong, (2) second advisor called & left message with no name and the general number to call back someone I didn't know, (3) end up with advisor #1 and she transfer me to #2's voice mail, (4) finally talk to #2 and iron out that I was there to have trailer light harness looked at and "while you have it can you check if the tires are balanced" (5) at 3;30 they decide to call my wife to tell them I need front brakes, back brakes, the Emergency brake needs maintenance, they balanced the tires and "oh yeah, we did the diagnostic on the trailer light harness and are recommending a full change but we can't do that for 5-7 days because the part is in the US" (6) I call and question why do you suddenly call my wife and she says, "that's the only number we have" !!! (7) I tell her the only reason it was there were for trailer lights and forget it, I will take it somewhere else (8) pick it up and it's $150 for trailer light diagnostic (9) take it to my local tire guy and he pulls a fuse, puts a new one in and viola! It's fixed! Although embarrassing that I didn't find it myself, I don't think I will be back to Formula Ford for awhile....

The Lincoln dealer in Halifax Nova Scotia doesn't even come close..So I never went back. Sent my brand new 2020 Ford F-150 lariat in for its second service the other day and I was thoroughly impressed both times. I’m very particular about keeping the interior of my vehicle very clean. I tend to notices very little things first and both times it was like nobody was ever in my vehicle and I had absolutely no problems with my vehicle at all. The staff are very friendly and patient with me at all times. I would rate the service a 10/10. Also very happy with Peter in particular, outstanding technician. He’s worked on my truck and he makes sure my vehicle stays spotless!

Waleed is awesome. If you go to buy a vehicle make sure to ask for him. He is very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles from what I can tell. Ford Lincoln reception was very good. But In-service reception almost never picked up the phone. (Called 10 times probably picked up once, didn't call back after I left msgs either).
Brought my car in to fix the tire, however my tire couldn't be fixed so needed a replacement. Was told needed 3 business days to get the tire delivered. Needed my car for work so I took my car back, half way to work the tire ran of out air (no spare tire was placed while car was at in-service....even tho reception said a temporary tire would be placed). Had to borrow pump from friend and put air in the broken tire everyday before work. Was extremely inconvenient (thought for sure a temporary tire was going to be placed since the car was in the shop for 3 hours that day).
Waited 4 business days (excluding Sunday) and still did not get call back. Had to personally call to ask them. (In-service reception did not pick up the phone as usual). Ford Lincoln reception had to find out for me, apparently tire was there already but nobody ever called. The tire replacement was smooth.
Overall too much work and stress just to replace a tire. 2/5

I had a problem with my windshield wiper fluid not working and a couple of other minor issues. The service department got me in right away, on the same day, even though they were fully booked.

The team at Formula Ford Lincoln Pickering was helpful, courteous, and efficient as always. Their shuttle service during lockdown (no waiting at the dealership any more) was much appreciated.

I have been going to this dealership for service for over 5 years now, and would not hesitate to recommend them for my Lincoln service.

Terrible service.

My truck came in on Wednesday December 9,
Wasn’t ready until Monday December 21.

The service advisor Monique didn’t listen to anything I had to say. The truck wouldn’t turn on. No electronics worked at all. She had it booked in for a transmission technician to look at it. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION. It took her 4 days to get someone to start working on the electrical components of the truck

I explain to them my truck broke down in Pickering but I lived 400 km away in North Bay. They didn’t make my truck a priority. I was told every other day my truck would be ready but was never finished. Finally After a week and a half they still had not got nowhere. I told them I needed the truck ready over the weekend as I would back in the area

They said it wouldn’t be ready for when I was in the area and they still didn’t know what the problem was. Having explain to these people a week and a half ago the truck was show a stored code about an issue with the body control module, they decided to try to replace that part. At 11 am on Monday they said the truck was working again and ready to pick up

It took them 3 hours to fix my truck after taking nearly 2 weeks to listen to what I was saying

I drove 1600km in 48 hours because these people needed 3 more hours to do their jobs.

Never bring your vehicle here.

It might be 2 weeks or more til you see it again

I used the Internet in my search for a new vehicle and found something that I liked and sent an email off to the dealership. Damien called me back within the hour and told me all about the car that I was interested in.

He took the time to send me a picture of the car on his phone, sent me text with the options and features of the vehicle and encouraged me to come out and test drive it.

I did and it was pretty great. He walked me thru all of the options and answered all of my questions. The dealership was closing at 9pm, but he and the manager and finance guy stayed until 10pm to let me test drive the car and we worked out a deal and I signed the paperwork that night. The dealership thought it would be ready in three days.

Next day I had a text from Damien to finalize a couple of remaining questions and he assured me that everything was going well with the car. The following day I received a call saying, "Its ready!" a full day earlier than committed.

I picked up the vehicle and wow, did it ever shine. Damien walked me thru the paperwork, again answered my questions and then gave me another tour of the car by walking me thru the features and making sure I had no further questions.

Needless to say, it was a great experience from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable with Damien and I was really happy that he picked up the phone and called me.

Well I reviewed this dealer earlier this year and thought that I had made out pretty good with my truck and overall I think I did.... However, you still have to watch obviously when dealing with this dealer and particular salesman. I wanted two Ford Motor Company "The Works" package what is basically a oil change and 82 point inspection with tire rotation... thrown in because I didn't get what he first quoted me on my trade in. I pointed to the poster and by name said i wanted 2 "The Works" oil changes and the salesman Damian Pavildis said "sure" . So i left the dealership with my awesome truck and the thought I got 2 complimentary "The Works" oil changes..... Today i show up for my scheduled service and the Service Adviser informs me that on the bill of sale it only states "oil change". I know what i asked for and i know what i was promised . The service adviser then went and spoke to Damian Pavildis and he said "no". and then wouldn't even come out and clarify with me...... Hey that's fine.... I got snaked and i'll live but i will not in good consciousness....recommend this salesman as per my previous post.....
i guess this was the negative experience I was so concerned with initially with Formula Ford Lincoln in Pickering and i will be taking my vehicle else where.

I dealt with multiple sales staff at Formula Ford and wanted to share my experience.

First Off, I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle (2014 Ford Escape SE) but that was in no way due to the treatment I received at the dealership.

All the sales staff I dealt with including the Sales Manager (Mark Jovic at the time) welcomed me and showed me their respect and patience in making my decision. They even went as far as driving the vehicle to my home (30 minutes away) so that I could see it in person and test drive.

Ultimately, the prices were fair, the staff were fantastic and even though I didn't buy they still wished me well.

I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to not overlook Formula Ford Lincoln.
