Craig Davidson was involved during the deal process and was a great resource for Clayton and myself as we put pen to paper and made things easy for me. From start to finish my experience was a very positive one. We bought a used 2016 Ford Edge dealing with sales rep Stephen Hood, who was a fantastic person. He was honest, personable and worked with us to get the best price possible. We then dealt with Massimo Palmese in Finance and again, a super nice and helpful guy. Lastly, our vehicle needed service (to address a known issue when we purchased the car) 6 weeks after we got it, and everyone who we dealt with in service was fast, efficient and caring. Overall, I would recommend Kennedy Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We are so happy with our Edge!
Was all set up to drive 8 hours to go get a vehicle from Kennedy Ford in Oakville and then we decided to not doing financing through them so I needed the bill of sale before I left to get a bank draft in our town and the bill of sale ended up being $3,000 more then the price we were originally told. If we had gone with financing through them we would have driven all the way down there to find out they were not honouring the price they originally told us (which we had in writing) will never purchase a vehicle through them just because of this awful customer service (or lack their of) experience

Service department is probably the only good thing about this dealership! Do not go there for a deal on a vehicle, maybe go for an initial price. But do you homework and buy somewhere else! I was a customer of them and they did not treat me as it should have and needed up getting a vehicle at Oak Land Ford instead! Way better service and Alex the sales guy was great! For $12k sold us used car witch need $8k in repairs .(or$11.5k if done way approved by manufacturer of car) After 3 months going back and 7 attempts to get car with no problems we finnally picked up car.In next couple days we found car need about $ 1k in repairs. We explain problems and send pictures and details .They refused to fix it because they "did enough ".
So if you're thinking about getting used vehicle from this dealership be prepared you may end up in court to get car as presented by sales staff.
From our experience looks like they only wash those used cars for fast flips with not much of testing.

Really a great experience working with Michael and the team buying our new F-150. We were just about to complete the deal for one truck when we commented that some more of the "I want" upgrades would be nice.

I recently purchased my Ford F 150 from this dealership. Giving 5 stars to my salesman Arjum. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and even after the purchase. Always picked up the phone and answered all my questions. Unfortunately not the whole experience was 5 stars, couldn't get in touch with the final department for two days and nobody returned my calls or responded to my messages that I left with the reception and on personal voicemail. Ended up not financing with them.
I don’t know what to say when it comes to quality and satisfaction. Kennedy Ford was able to stand up to their motto and give me what I came for, I recently just purchased a car from one of their sales representatives “Arjun” and I’m completely satisfied with it. If you’re in the market at looking for a new/used car I highly recommend them or at least coming in to check out the inventory.
I cannot say about the Sales Rep Stephen. He was thoroughly professional, patient and diligent. Due to various reasons, I was unable to get the truck that I wanted, but he did not leave any stone unturned. He tried his best effort to get me into a truck of my choice, but it was not to be. If anyone is out there looking for a Ford vehicle, drop by Kennedy Ford and ask for Stephen. You will not be disappointed!

I’m very disappointed! I talked to Sales Rep Arjun almost everyday last week about this exact car, scheduled a drive test for this Saturday, and yesterday, on Thursday, I accidentally found out that the price was changed, and the Sales Rep says that nothing he can do about this. Seems like they want to catch you with a good price but later make it the same as in all other Ford dealerships.
I have purchased two vehicles and have recommended friends that have not only purchased one but have repeat purchases. Excellent service. Custom ordered my first sports car here - a 2019 Mustang GT. Michael & Stephen helped me all the way through from putting together the spec sheet to finally taking delivery of the car. It took Ford Performance a bit longer than usual (over 5 month) to put the car together but the Hood brothers helped me in every way they could to expedite the process. They were both very knowledgable, responsive and informative, excelent salesmanship. In the end the deal was perfect, the car was perfect and I ended up with 0 regret on the options.

I bought a used vehicle here last week and had a great experience. Clayton and Craig were professional and courteous and never once did I get the feeling that I was being lied to or pressured in any way. I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future. Be warned though; the parking lot is a cluster#$@& nightmare and you should mind where you park as you may never see your car again. I personally witnessed a poor old lady perform a 67 point turn to get her boat of a navigator out of a spot that can only be described as a final challenge on Canada's worst driver.
Other than that, it was a great buying experience.
We had a wonderful experience, I had email about a Ford Edge but I got a reply back very quickly that the Edge I was asking about had just sold. Ryan our Salesman inquired about what options I was looking for and my budget. A few weeks later, Ryan called me to let me know he had found me the perfect Edge in our budget. We went in to see it the very next day and purchased it on the spot. We got an outstanding price and amazing service. We will definitely go back to Kennedy when we are looking for another vehicle.

Recently went for my semi-annual maintenance and service, as well as putting snow ties on. I had made an appointment a few weeks earlier. Kennedy serviced my car quickly, and performed a recall which was new in the system. I waited for my vehicle, the recall added very little time to the work, and the turnover time was excellent. And this was on a day when they were short staffed. I love coming to this dealership because they communicate well and always meet or exceed my expectations of timely service. They've always taken care of me regardless of the issue that I had, and always answered any questions that would arise. I've also always had quality service from them, and would recommend them to anybody looking for service to their Ford or any other vehicle.
On Sunday, July 3rd, I was on my way to run an errand when the tire pressure warning light came on. I looked at the right rear tire and it really didn't seem any different from the other 3. So I carried on with my errand, went into the store and 15 mins. later the tire was flat!! I call Ford Road Assistance and they were able to dispatch a service truck. They arrived within 15-20 minutes of my call and were able to put my spare tire on. The next day, late afternoon, I left the flat tire with Service. They were able to determine that I had picked up a nail plus the tire had a small puncture. On Tuesday morning Mary Ann Kennedy, Service Advisor, called their tire supplier and my new tire arrived early afternoon. Mary Ann called me early morning to let me know that a new tire was ordered & it would be there that same day. She called again as soon as the tire came in and told me to drop by, at my convenience, to have the tire installed. This is only the second time I have dealt with the Service Department as my Explorer is new. The first time was for my first service in June. I find the Service Advisors are a pleasure to deal with and are very knowledgeable. If you have a Ford and live in Oakville, I would highly recommend you check out Kennedy Ford!

During the 16 years (and 4 cars later) that I have been dealing with Kennedy Ford, I have never had any negative experience whatsoever. From admin, to the service department, to the body shop. The customer service is excellent. Friendly, welcoming and honest. My most recent experience was this week. My thanks go out to everyone involved, especially Mike at the service desk, who, at the end of the day, called me twice (unfortunately I missed both calls) to inform me that he had found some money down the side of a chair where my son had been sitting, while we were waiting for the car. Thank you Mike. Positive experiences are most welcome in these times of madness that surround us.
