Took my 2020 F150 in for a simple services. Was charged for the "works package". Asked to have tire pressures topped up and tires rotated. Was charged over $200. Got back in the truck after "service" was complete. Tire pressures were still all low and had not been rotated. Also after "service" appointment noticed a pin hole leak in my exhaust under the truck. I had just looked under the truck before my appointment and there was no leak in the exhaust. Very unsatisfied. Lost my business for sure.

Straight to the point, go here if you’re okay with pushy sales. I have never been pressured and made to feel more uncomfortable in a sales setting. The sales person did not listen to a single word I had to say, and continuously asked “what do I need to do to get your business today” despite me saying let me run numbers and get back to you. Well, if you had listened you’d have had a sale 2 days later, it was within my budget which was all I said I wanted to do. I haven’t bought yet, but won’t be giving my business to Courtesy when I find what I’m looking for.

Brought our Ford Fiesta in to have the transmission looked at. We dropped it off October 13th with the understanding it would be looked at on the 14th. Days go by and we hear nothing. Finally by husband calls on the 23rd. We're told the transmission guy has been on vacation and had just returned! We were promised we'd get at call that evening or the next day at the latest. We finally got the call two days later. They had our car for 11 days for something that took them 1 hour to do. Then we come with tow truck to pick it up (it's not drivable and we're not paying what they quoted us). They told us to come whenever and they'd have the car out and ready. I'm currently sitting here in the lot and I've been waiting over 20 minutes with no sign of my car. We are definitely never coming here again.

I took my car for a safety inspection, they called me back in 25min saying that I needed to replace 4 parts at a cost of 1800$, one of the parts was the light for the license plate(the asked 395$ for a LED light that goes in the license plate), I told them that I just wanted the report and my car back. They never gave me a report for the safety inspection, which I payed for 214$, they told me that the manager will call me back to give me the report and they never did. My father-in-law and husband did a quick search and they bought all the parts brand new for 300 bucks in eBay and they will do the work themselves because it is not that complicated. Long story short, dealerships have a bad reputation because they have earned it, this is one of those example. Do not recommend, never going there again.

I bought a traded dodge van here. I took a premium warranty hoping that something bad happen to the car I can always have them look. I ended up keep on coming back for the same issues/problems of the car that they can’t fix it. My exhaust heat shield screw was off, they screwed back in with a new screw and charged me with 150$ for the screw and labor, wow! One more, they said they’ll check the brake because maybe that the cause of the problem, they changed me for 250$ because they did something on it. But the issues is still the same. They’re actually don’t know what’s the real problem is. They keep on guessing or trying to locate the problem. I ended up losing my warranty and they never fix my car. Not recommended. Btw, oil change here takes forever! You know what I mean.

Dropped our car off over 9 weeks ago for a repair. After we got our car back from a regular service, there was a very strong gas smell. They ‘fixed’ the problem twice however what they did, didn’t actually get rid of the gas smell. They assured us that they now knew what the problem was and they would need to order yet another part that would take ‘a little while’ to get. Courtesy Ford has given us a rental in the meantime. Husband has called many times and left messages for the service manager because he never answers. We haven’t had a single call since we dropped it off. We don’t know if the repair has been done. The rental is great and all but you would think Ford wouldn’t want to foot that bill for the rental for this long. We are super busy with work and selling/buying a house. We don’t have time to keep chasing these guys down but this is getting ridiculous!

I took my truck to diagnose it and then they told me that I need to change the body control module for my f-150 . My experience was more than wonderful with ( AK / service advisor). He is very smart and has sufficient knowledge ,and He contacts you and informs you of the latest updates. I am really happy with the experience although he is a friendly person.The thing that I liked about AK is that he speaks more than one language. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! 20 years with Ford and I walked away solely because of this dealership. They lie, overbook, are rude, and have no care for their customers. They lost my tires, they lost my car twice. They wrecked 2 of my tires. Their management is disorganized and lack any customer service skills. They are run like an OLD BOYS club. Not the way to make it in today's world. After numerous attempts to slavage over 20 years I have left Ford. They still haunt me as they charged me a monthly payment for a car that I no longer lease and now have to repay me. Fail again. NO COURTESY AT COURTESY FORD. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GREAT CAR, GET A TOYOTA!

Horrible service, I recently called to book an appointment for an oil change and a recall on our 2021 Ford Edge ST. The service advisor checked and said they would need 3-4 hours. So, dropped the vehicle off at 12:30 and at 1:30 I tried to call to check on it. Well, the call was dropped, redirected and sent to voicemail. I would call back and the same result, until at 4:30. That's when I decided to showed up at the service center, and was told my vehicle was ready but they didn't have time to do the recall. I asked why not enough time, your service advisor booked it in for the work. They could not provide an answer, so I asked well when was my vehicle ready and was told oh about 1:30. The service center new I was waiting for my vehicle so I could get back to my summer home. And told me I would notified as soon as the vehicle was ready. Never happened. So, now at 4:30 they tell me that they are just going to wash the car and bring it up for me. At 5:15 I go and see the service center and they say oh are you still waiting on your car? Finally, at 5:30 I got my car complete with bird poop all over the hood.
What a joke of service department. I wouldn't let these people work on a wheelbarrow. Just run, go anywhere else. I love my Ford vehicles put Courtesy Ford has no service to offer. Useless dealer.

Well here we go again. I wrote my review last year and was asked to remove it in exchange for 'making it right' and them actually completing the service I was trying to get quoted. So here we are a year later, emails sent, rude reply and a 'customer service chat window' a week ago and still no call as stated from a manager. Last year I couldn't get a basic quote on an AC Condenser for my F450 so I wrote my review, cue instant phone call and voila all of a sudden as long as I remove my review which points out that their service department is sub par and sexist I get my repair done. Was it done properly, no be cause then we get told we need an AC compressor and the system wouldn't pressurize. Funny, the compressor was fine before and given the time of year, we were hard pressed to get someone else to test it due to cooler temperatures. The Service manager at the time offered to help, I wonder why now. Fast forward to now, when the heat is upon us and we can actually test the system, turns out the Condenser is no good and was spewing coolant all over and likely the cause and now our compressor has been trying to run since the first repair on a non pressurized system, a shoddy Condenser and of course when I emailed that Service manager, no reply. So after time passed, I got more direct and to the point and I found out he's no longer there and that I should contact someone else there. So I used the chat and got 'Jessica' on Wednesday July, 5, 2023 and was told a manager would contact me and I provided my phone number. Here we are, July 11 almost a full week later, no phone call as is par for their service department, a vehicle still with no working AC that they didn't fix correctly and have probably done more damage than anything on at this point and not one person will call back. So do I have someone else fix it and send them the bill?

Buyers beware! We bought a car here 2 years ago and everything was fantastic. Now we have upgraded our vehicle and are living a nightmare! After spending over 50k on a car and getting the extra extended warranty you should be good but it is one thing after another! The car we purchased starting having issues on day 2 after picking it up; from it not being cleaned when we picked it up, with an empty gas tank, to our insurance agent not being able to get ahold of them to get the information they needed to transfer out coverage, the speakers sounding like a crazy amount of bass when the music is off, to the clicking when we make turns, to the clunking and sudden stopping. The car has been in the shop and they keep saying everything is fine. And now we have ford credit harassing us for payment on our previous vehicle because they haven’t paid it off which was in our contract!! Now my credit has been hit with this collection!! That was the line for me! I have sent family members to buy cars here and it won’t happen again! They make sure you give them a good review before you leave after buying the car before any of this happens.

The service centre is horrible here. Dropped my car off for an oil change and received a message that they needed to talk about some “critical” things that need to be addressed. Tried calling from 11am-4pm which resulted in constantly being put on hold, hung up on, not getting through to anyone, patched back to the front desk etc. When I finally I got through and discussed the issues, I was told it would be another hour before my car was ready. Upon pick up the guy had no idea where my keys were, when he finally found them I was given an $180 bill for an oil change and tire patch. Definitely will not be returning for service or future purchases.

They offer the lowest trade in value. The service department said I needed to change the back ball joints on my Ford. Went to another dealer and they told me my car is fine etc. My car is only 4 years old and in the last 4 months I’ve had nothing but issues from the breaks to now the engine. I’ve called the service department and still haven’t heard back. This all happens when the warranty is done and the price to get things fixed is through the roof. If I didn’t have such issues with the vehicle I would consider a different review. But a lot of issues of late definitely makes me wish I didn’t buy a Ford.

Recently I have had terrible experience with their service. Although there is official recall issued by Ford regarding possible brake failure and my car shows signs of the failure, Courtesy Ford refused to check and fix my car. Later on I called them several times, service advisors did not answer my phone calls, service advisors were extremely rude and whenever I go there I had to wait 10-15 minutes before I am helped. There is no “Courtesy” at all at this Ford Dealer. Do not recommend anybody and this will my last Ford car.

There are no words to describe our thanks and appreciation for the unbelievable professionalism and kindness from everyone at this dealership and there aren't enough stars to give. We broke down in our new truck towing a boat with four kids and a dog and we are from the U.S. We initially had another Ford dealership service our truck and after a three day wait, we broke down just outside Courtesy Ford's doorstep just an hour down the road from our previous breakdown. The dealership helped us in every way. The courtesy drive made two trips to help us all get safely to a local hotel switching car seats, helping with luggage, even though it was minutes before closing time, and he did so while answering 100 questions from our four year old with a smile on his face the whole time. Judy and Alex secured a rental vehicle for us, honored our Ford service plan, and went above and beyond to fix our truck and secure our boat. The service technician spoke to us personally every step of the way, and even reached out to the first dealership who tried to fix it to be sure he didn't miss anything. In addition to the professionalism and kindness of Judy and Alex, the office staff was friendly, even helping to give water to our dog! Everything was just OUTSTANDING!!!! This is the first review I have ever provided, and it is a pleasure to recognize Courtesy Ford for their service and kindness.

Well, that was a disappointment. My wife and I scheduled a test drive of a Lincoln Nautilus, a vehicle we had our eye on for a while. The sales person, Aaron, seemed more interested in a "Hey these cars won't last long!" pushy sales attitude with us. He never asked what I was looking for, what features I was interested in, etc. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told that they didn't have a car for us to test drive, but there was the "managers demo" car. Okay, not a huge deal. We got in there, and holy jumping, there was clothes, used masks, and all sorts of debris. Aaron was basically like "jump in" and off we went. My wife put her hand in a side pocket, and wound up with a handful of used dental picks. Absolutely disgusting, especially during a pandemic. Call this a first world problem if you want, but if I'm looking to drop 70k on a vehicle, you can at least pretend you want my business and clean your vehicles first. If you didn't have a vehicle to test drive, reschedule. We immediately went back in the dealership and I saw Aaron at a desk with other customers. What happened seemed pretty clear to me - even though we scheduled an appointment, he either forgot or didn't care about us enough as customers to get his actual attention that day. I dropped off the keys at the front desk and left. If this is the way this place conducts business, they're clearly not interested in me as a customer and I'm not interested in them as a dealership.

Alex Tapia is awesome in costumer’s service. I had our for MKC checked for updates lately. And was advised to get our change oil and tire switch on the same schedule.
