This is the dealership I bought my 2009 Mustang. When , in Kitchener, we had the worst windstorm, James, the head guy, told me that WE might to write off my stang! He had not even walked out to the parking lot. Things got worse after that! What a TOOL! A couple of roof shingles hit my baby! BTW, his excuse was he had just had neck surgery!

Kitchener Ford is amazing to work with! We have been customers there since buying our Bronco in 2021 with our wonderful salesman, Connor. Since then, we have always appreciated how we have been treated for our routine oil changes and maintenance checks. We could not BELIEVE it when, at our last scheduled maintenance appointment, Kayla and Cam provided incredible above-and-beyond customer service by actually volunteering to bring our Bronco home for us to save us a trip. They were so friendly and caring and they made us feel like real VIP’s. This added service is incredible! Purchased my son”s first car here. First the pickup date ended up delayed a week because they had to wait on a part to replace. Imagine how upset my son was. Not being able to pickup his first car. We understood. We got the car only to find that the windshield had a crack all the way across. After a few weeks finally they replaced the windshield. Now when we picked up the car the salesman said “good news, we replaced the tires as they had cracks in them. You now have 4 new all season tires.” We thought great. Now we also got a set of winter tires with the car. Well guess what? They are cracked all the way around. I can’t believe they would even give us those tires. Are they not concerned with the safety of their customers? I did t even bother calling them or going back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS DEALERSHIP!
I tested out Kitchener Ford's new complimentary pickup and drop off service and was very pleased with the service. Kayla contacted me in advance to confirm timing and messaged me on the day of to let me know when she was on her way. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to spend any time at the dealership. Overall, it took maybe 10 minutes out of my day, and I didn't need to deal with the roundabout on Ottawa.
Also very pleased that they took care of a recall I had missed the deadline for - I'm very happy with Kitchener Ford's services today.

Andrew stevenson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he also found me a unicorn of a jeep i dont think i will ever find one in that condition and low km's agian. Andrew was also exceptionally easy to work with and had no problem finding a superb vehicle to match my budget, while answearing any questions i had during the whole process. Kitchener Ford was such a great place to go to that i even got a courtesy call from the owner to make sure everything was going smoothly, that right there almost never happens so extra recommendation and kudos to them. The first minute of coming through the door at Kitchener ford was very welcoming and inviting. Jamie is who I spoke with first - we spent the next little while chatting about budget, wants verses need. Within little to now time Jamie had me in the perfect fit for not only me but my family. Financial Service Manager , Victor and Sales Associates Jackson and Hassan are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Simply driving into the service bay is already service in itself with their high tech laser machines that check your alignment as you drive in. The Techs seem to really know their stuff, they almost always notice my aftermarket oil/air separator and empty it for me without me even having to ask. Work is always done right the first time, and the car always comes back without that "shop smell" or greasy steering wheel or all the other things I've come to expect from other dealerships.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership . I had an appointment scheduled, which was later rescheduled by your staff to [new time]. However, upon my arrival, I was informed by the salesperson that I could not be attended to because they were with another client.
This experience left me feeling deeply undervalued and disregarded. It appeared that the other customer, who seemingly intended to purchase a vehicle, was given priority over me, even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of customer service your dealership offers.
I chose to visit your dealership instead of a Kia dealership, but this incident has left me extremely disappointed and disillusioned with Ford. It is unacceptable to treat any customer with such disregard, regardless of their intent to purchase at that moment.
I expect a dealership of Ford's reputation to uphold higher standards of customer service and professionalism. I hope you take immediate steps to address this issue and ensure it does not happen to any other customers in the future.

I've dealt with many sales people in my time and most of the experiences have made me feel like they are preoccupied, in a hurry, or they are just wanting to move on to a person buying something bigger and better. Not the case here. I was greeted very genuinely and introduced to a fantastic young sales person named Luke Schmidt, who made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say. I was at other dealerships previous and had their prices and sales people experience, so I was there to get a price and go. Within 15 minutes Luke found the truck I wanted and at the price I wanted, and I went home that day feeling like a load had been lifted. I leased the truck the next day only to find out that the price had gone down even lower so that together with my great experience with Beth Anderson in the finance division made for probably my best vehicle experience ever.

I take my Explorer here often for service. Last week I had an oil change and winter tire change done - since they keep my off season tires in their storage.
UNFORTUNATELY they put someone else’s tires and rims on my car. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was nobody in service who was able to solve the issue. I was assured by the person that I spoke to that they would alert the manager via email and I would receive a call first thing Monday morning.
No call ever came. I had to call the dealer after waiting until mid-morning and I’m still in the process of trying to find my rims and tires . Who knows where my tires are? It’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t had a call back.
One thing is for sure - for a dealer that sends out a million emails wanting to be a “five-star” dealer - they definitely do not act like one.
Ps - If you’re missing black alloy winter rims and name brand winter tires - they might have accidentally been put on my vehicle. Sorry for the miles I’m putting on your tires. Looks nice though!

We found Bobby Gasselle (Truck Sales and Leasing Specialist) to be friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford Edge which we purchased. The vehicle was parked outside the day we picked it up. While we were finishing the paperwork it started to rain and Bobby, being a true gentleman, went out in the heavy rainfall to bring the Edge into the Service Bay so that we would not get wet when we left. He is a definite asset to Kitchener Ford. We found all the staff to be courteous and helpful.
