Adding a reasonably priced level 3 EV charger here would be a huge benefit for both the dealership and the town. There's literally no fast charging infrastructure between Renfrew and Huntsville - installing something here would attract EV drivers who would then be inclined to spend money in Killaloe while their vehicles charge.

I met him at a particular location where I filled out the necessary paperwork and traded my vehicle on the spot. This 5 star review is for the owner, I went in with a concern about a vehicle that I did not purchase at his location because they simply didn't have it in stock and I had an immediate need for it. I talked to his parts rep first who deserves 0 stars for customer support, honestly he should probably sit somewhere in a back room and have no contact with customers at all. The owner was on the phone as soon as I asked if he had a second to talk he gave a good 15 minutes of his time to really help. Awesome guidance, you put my mind at ease Mr. Summers. Thank you for your immediate reaction to my concern without hesitation, I am a local business owner and can appreciate the effort that employers have to make over and above their less than interested workers to upkeep the reputation that keeps them employed.
Stellar service with a small town feel. Tim went above and beyond to help me get the best bang for my buck while considering my lifestyle. He even opened up on weekends for me since I couldn't make it to the dealership during normal business hours. All salsemen could learn a thing or two about service from Tim. This was the most pleasurable and easy car buying experience I have ever had.

I bought my used Ford Escape at this dealership. My usual mechanic had recently retired, so I also decided to try out service here. They have been excellent so far. I also had a good experience when buying the car. I found the sales rep to be very informative and helpful. He also answered any questions I had after the sale, which I thought was great as that's definitely not always the case. The price was pretty comparable with other dealerships, and lower than some. I've had my car for almost a year and I'm pretty happy with it. I will buy my next car there as well.

Took our 2017 Ford Escape with less than 60,000 Km in last September as A/C wasn’t working. Not covered under warranty! They couldn’t find the Freon leak because of it being rust proofed with oil every year so replaced the Freon at a cost of close to $500. Early May this year A/C NOT working again so took it back. The solution would be to remove all the rust proofing oil and look for the leak or replace seals at a cost of close to $2700. or replace the Freon again, which we did, another $500. August 20, 2022 A/C NOT WORKING AGAIN, totally NOT impressed with their solutions to this ongoing problem, not to mention the costs involved so far! The dealership was the one who told us where to get the vehicle oiled in the first place and actually sent it out to be rust proofed prior to taking delivery of this new vehicle in 2017! 😡😡😡

He even took the time to drive the truck to me to view since I was busy with work. Was on a week trip up north, exploring beautiful Killaloe. Thankfully this dealership was here. I had a flat tire, nothing else around. I pulled in and the gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure. Pulled my car in right away, found a nail. Patched it and even gave me a great lunch spot. Seeing how I was not a ford card driver. Thankful that they were there for me.

We have been dealing with Summers Bros for close to 20 years and have bought many vehicles from them (new and used) and have been treated like a friend or family before, during and after the purchase.
These days, it seems hard to find good and honest service in many businesses, especially in a auto dealership.This is definitely a business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them.
Summer's have always been a fair and honest people to deal with. They once gave me a discount because I agreed to rebook a service date during a deer hunting week so their people could enjoy.
Have done business with the team at Summer Bros for years, have often refereed to as the nicest people in Ontario. I'd take a vehicle or a snowplow there to be repaired without any hesitation, I'd recommend them to anyone in my family.
