In 2016 I became a member of the Ford Family for the first time with a 2014 Ford Focus Sedan purchase. Her name was "Luna". I am a personal support worker and relocated to Huntsville to help out their community during this health care shortage due to COVID-19. "Luna" had a warning light come on and I met the outstanding service team at Bickley Ford, friendly, approachable and made room for my appointment. However with the hills in Huntsville my Ford Focus wasn't the greatest for the terrain. Then I met Mike Jones, Sales Associate at Bickley Ford. I am now the very happy owner of "River" who is a beautiful 2020 Eco Sport. Mike made sure it was the right vehicle for my needs, Graham in Finance took all steps with me thoroughly. When it was time to turn my Ford Focus in for the new Eco Sport, Mike reviewed the entire vehicle with me for safety. I am so comfortable at the wheel, true grip on the road and I cant say enough about all the features in this vehicle, I love the back up camera the most. Had the rear window of my 2015 Edge EXPLODE!!! Outwards for the SECOND time now. This glass is clearly a manufacturing defect and Ford is refusing to replace it. It is not a unique case to the FORD EDGE, and can be backed up by multiple online complaints. FORD is forcing me to go through my insurance company, and have this defect cost ME money. I have been a loyal FORD follower for years (Ranger, F150 and my Edge). I love(d) all of them. Loyalty means nothing to FORD, just your wallet. After a week of aggravation, I strongly recommend another brand.

Had an 1 hr computer check schedualed for ABS problem. Was shuttled into town. 2 hrs later I called for a ride back figuring it was finished. When I got back I was told to go wait in waiting room cause computer was down. After 20 min I told them I had another appointment at 3:30. Mandy the service attendant said nothing had been done to truck. Instead of telling me to reschedule a2 hours earlier she thought I would wait all afternoon. Very arrogant manner from her. Will not ever go there again. Better service from our messed up government than that dealership.

Very disappointed.
My parents for over 20 years, and myself for close to 10 years have been loyal Ford customers.
I’ve found it more and more difficult to book in for service with Bickley, including this spring when I booked my truck for tire change only to arrive back an hour after the appointment to find the truck hadn’t even been pulled in to the shop yet.
Then this summer I took my truck in for a quick question regarding power to my trailer connection, an issue I had resolved myself with Google and YouTube but just wanted their opinion on which option to go with.
Next thing I know I’m slapped with a $237.22 bill for the maximum 15 minutes it took to look at the truck. The best they said they could do for me is include the fee as part of the service if they did the work themselves. Yet the conclusion was that nothing should be done.
I’ve since called 3 times to try to speak with a manager and set a time we could speak in person, but each time I’ve been put on hold and the line eventually went dead.
This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money.

I highly recommend staying away from Bickley Ford altogether.

Had $3k in service work to replace left exhaust manifold and turbo coolant hose on my Ford Transit 250. While the vehicle in for service and taken apart, I confirmed with service department that the turbo was good, they confirmed “yes” turbo was good (it would have been easy to test and inspect at that time). Went to have van safety certified at another location, tech noted turbo was leaking. Went back to Bickley, mechanic noted turbo was leaking so needed to be replaced (2/3rds of the labour is taking the van apart to get at the turbo) and after not getting straight answers General Manager Mike McKay denied any accountability had no proposal to remedy his service departments neglected and/or incompetence during the initial repair to get the turbo fix. Also told I would receive a call back before end of day when I had my van in at 8 AM but had to chase people down to get answers just before closing. Not satisfied.

Incredible lack of service with no call backs. Son in-law dropped off truck for tire change, they put a hole in new snow 3 weeks ago and still hasn't replaced their mistake. Still waiting for recall from last year to be fixed. Buy elsewhere, buyer beware.

On Monday June 20th, I went to Bickley Ford with an engine light issue on my F150. We were in the middle of a vacation travelling and did not want to continue without it being rectified. The windshield wipers on our vehicle stopped working in the middle of a storm on the highway. We were just a couple minutes from Bickley's and they were amazing and one of their service workers came out to the road and had a look for us! Unbelievable experience! Amazing service!! I showed up on a Friday morning 11:00am unexpectedly because our trailer hitch lights were not working. We had to drive home with a new boat n trailer (450km),,while we were waiting, they even shuttled us back n forth for lunch to a patio on the water in downtown Huntsville. We drove away at 2pm with a new trailer module for the lights. THANK YOU GUYS!

Just one word - WOW!
I have yet to actually buy a car, but I have been doing a lot of research over the last couple months. Kristy has gone above and beyond for me, sending all relevant information, payment schedules, financing options, extra pictures, whatever helped in making my decision. She had each car out front ready for a test drive before I even pulled into the parking lot, and let me go for a quick spin by myself, no pressure to purchase the car, and just see how I feel in it.
I am still on the hunt for a car, but I would definitely go back to see Kristy in a heartbeat, if the right car comes into their lot!

Unfortunately did not have a good experience.. Had an appointment at their detail shop, called the morning of to confirm and was advised that yes their detailer is there to complete the job. 10 mins later after the truck is dropped off they call to say they can’t get in their detail shop and proceed to say they don’t have a key and then change it to an employee is not there. I would not recommend using their service as they are unprofessional and unreliable.

Then repairs on the warranty, those repairs failed less then a year after they were complete but just long enough to be voided of the warranty.

Both sales and service departments are out to lunch so to speak. First time in I was looking to trade my 150 in for a 250 or 350 power stroke... needless to say I was ready to spend some pretty big money..the sales guy they gave me knew ZERO about trucks.. every question I asked he simply said " I haven't got a clue" and followed me around the lot like a lost puppy. Second time in i was looking for a new f150 for my wife. Cash deal too..not even looking for finance. Same deal as before, couldn't get a decent sales rep to save my life, so I walked out and dropped $70,000 in cash at Barrie ford. Third and final time in I took my black 150 in for service...and they've missed all three finish dates they've given me so far...and not a single call from them saying it won't be ready...also the last time I called for an update I was told my truck sat in their lot so long all 4 tires are flat and need valve stem replacement.

I still haven't got my truck!!

I doubt I would take a bicycle to them to fix...and (as I have already done) in would drive hours to buy something rather than give them a dime

Customer service is not the greatest they have no manners and they like to give a lot of attitude customer service has told us to stop calling about my car they have been giving us the runaround on prices and they say it's going to be done a certain day and the car is not done I have a very ill child with epilepsy and we need this car to be back on the road.

Drive shaft on F150 dropped out on #11 Hwy..towed to Bickley Ford in Huntsville. Advised Geoff Morris service manager that needed truck back by the end of the week as trailer had to be out by weekend as the park was fully booked for holiday weekend. This was Tuesday at 4:30pm .Despite being booked up with other service calls Geoff and his staff managed to locate a drive shaft for the truck and it was ready by noon on the Thursday. Unlike most small dealers in Muskoka, Doug Nicholson at Bickley will pull out the stops to make a great deal, move inventory, order or trade for what you need and build relationships. My experience with Bickley has been excellent. I found most dealers in Muskoka expect you to pay more for the novelty of buying local. Not Bickley. In my experience, they compete with the big boys in Barrie and the GTA. They let you have the best of both worlds. I've been to Cavalcade, Armstrong Dodge and Festing, and no one wanted to bother 'wasting time' on a buyer who wanted to get a great deal. When I shopped around a low quote to Bickley, Doug responded saying that yes he could meet or beat it, and he'd love to sell me a truck. I always got replies to my emails or phone calls - which is shockingly uncommon in this area. THAT is the attitude of a successful dealer. Try that anywhere else in Muskoka and you'll either be ignored or get attitude. I highly recommend checking out Bickley. They will work hard to make a deal and keep your business. I literally got nowhere trying to get a good price at Cavalcade.
