I never felt more distrusted and treated rudely by a service staff ever! The whole experience started with wanting to purchase a set of used winter tires which I sincerely wanted but short on cash till next pay and asked to put on hold for 2 weeks...got no agreement or consideration for that tiny request....offered down payment and still no cooperation but eventually after having to plead my case again with a $100.00 deposit after a hem and a haw I got an agreement however could not use a debit card had to be cash which ment a trip into town to find CIBC bank machine....made appointment for installation of tires and oil change...on arrival said I would go to ATM at gas bar next door for balance of tires in cash but found ATM not working...went back to dealership to advise and made offer to leave my cell phone for collateral so I could go to CIBC ATM after getting car back but instead heard them reinstalling original tires so I could go into town to get $150.00 cash for balance of used tires in spite of the fact my cell phone is worth more than twice the value of the balance for used tires and installation....I have never felt so rudely mistrusted and humiliated by a business ever...when I told the counter girl that and angerly noted I will never do business here again...my being upset was just ignored with the comment "well you don't have to come back" with that customer service attitude you can bet I won't ever go back and give them my business ...I just sat there in the waiting room waiting impatiently wanting this ordeal to be over with as soon as possible so I could get out of there and forget I had to ever go through this ordeal and embarrassment!!
After looking at the reviews I feel it is Jekyll and Hyde when shopping here. Non Owner staff try to be helpful. The Owners should improve their customer service as well as they way they conduct them selves out in the community. Word of mouth is powerful and I can assure you I will pass my opinion along and advise people a short drive to another Ford dealership is worth the gas.

This is, hopefully, a review better late than never. On January 30th my husband and I were on our way to Florida but before we even got to the border our Chrysler Caravan started making a very loud knocking noise so we pulled off the 401 at the first exit we could find and immediately saw this Ford dealership. They immediately helped us. Turned out to be the tires we had just had changed 2 days earlier. The front driver side wheel's lug nuts had been put on by hand only, not torqued. It was ready to fall off! The remarkably kind and efficient people of Chiasson Ford not only tightened the nuts but inspected all wheels to ensure they were safe. Thank you to David, Katrina and other staff there for ensuring that we got safely to our destination and helped us escape what could have been a tragic accident on the highways. Their courtesy and care for our safety, no matter what brand of vehicle, will never be forgotten.

We received unbelievably great service with our truck while we were on holidays. Because our truck needed to stay overnight, we were brought to and from our campsite which was 40 kms away. They were able to squeeze us in as we needed to leave our campsite a few days later. Thank you so much.

Really appreciate having a dealership that I can rely on to do great work and honestly. Though I live in Ottawa, I bring my car here because the service is excellent and I know I can trust them. Katrina at the desk is always super helpful and keeps me informed on whatever work is being done. Car always comes back looking better than when it went in. Great local dealership.

My full review will be posted later on YouTube I recommend Petrie Ford some of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in my life work within that building (not this one). I regret the moment I walked to the door. I am presently composing my thoughts and have an extremely busy day that has been derailed by these humans. calming myself if between then and now you do business with this place I suspect you will regret it the most horrible experience that's happened to me in 3 years just took place right here and I didn't even have to go in the building. The level of ignorance was unmatched. I had a simple request run my VIN inform me of any recalls on the vehicle and tell me what size the motor is. From this simple request I have been triggered today for no good reason by one human within the doors of this building I wish this upon no one else the feeling I have inside right now stay away for your own sake you won't be safe.

I contacted them ahead of time asking about their ability to do an alignment on my Mini Cooper. I received a call back, and confirmation from the owner that they would be able to do it, and to bring my car in.
Upon my return to the store, I was informed that my car appears to have been in an accident, that there were no adjustment to align the back.
The kicker???? He still made me pay for the service. Yes - the owner really needs all your pennies.
I ended up being my car to the mini Ottawa dealership who informed me that there was nothing wrong with the back of my car, that there were adjustments that could have been made and according to them it basically boiled down to mechanics who had “no clue”.
While I appreciate that some cars may be trickier to align, or work on, I find it completely absurd that the owner assured me they could do it, even called me back to tell me so, and when they couldn’t, it was “my car’s” fault and I had to pay for a service they couldn’t perform. They tried to align the front even and the mini dealership had to re-align their work.
So unless you have a Ford, avoid this dealership, and if I had a ford, I would bring it to Dixon auto for maintenance instead of encouraging a business that has such shady practices.

Stopped in with my 17 year old son after coming from an appointment at Gan Chev as he is interested in a diesel pickup. Pat Cowie treated my son like a piece of dirt telling him asking him how old he was & questioning why someone so young should be looking at expensive pickups. I used to sell automotive chemicals in a previous career & have been in many dealers coast to coast, & most in Ontario, & Pat has to be the most unprofessional, & rude salesperson I have ever encountered. After the berating, my son told Pat he had changed his mind & had to get home. Needless to say we likely won't be back...
I bought my car here a few years ago and have had outstanding service every time I go! Everyone there is very kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience buying a car or having repairs done.

It would appear that my experience was isolated by the look of these reviews... Car came back with minor damage on 2 occasions. First transmission repair seemed to be done properly, the second time the fiesta came in for it's garbage transmission, seals were leaking after 300km. Not sure if they were just not replaced or weren't installed correctly. I wish I could bring my car here still, but the lack of reliable service means I now take my car to the West end of Kingston for repair. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Just bought our 2016 F150 from Chiasson. We went to 4 other area Ford dealers and Chiasson was BY FAR the best to deal with. Both price and service. They beat the Kingston dealers by approx. 3k on the same truck. They also gave more trade in value then the other dealers. Ask for PAT, it’s who we dealt with…but everyone seemed great inc. the owner and finance guy (Kevin). I’ve bought many cars/trucks in the past 20plus yrs, and this was the best expeience!
