I brought my car in after I had some issues with what ended up being the fuel pump modulator of my 2017 Ford escape, I was told that there was moisture damage to the fuel pump modulator and was recommended to replace carpeting in my vehicle but upon my own inspection there was clearly no evidence of any kind of leak or moisture damage to the area in question, which led me to believe that it may not have been the reason for service in the first place.
After agreeing to get the part replaced I had to physically go into the service center to get information and updates about the service being done and had very little follow-up from the service agent which left the sour taste. It is understandable that there are busy periods and such but having no follow-up and me have to initiate getting into the service center wasn't ideal, especially when I have more than 15 years of professional experience in the service industry.
Overall job was done in car is working fine after the service but the delivery of information and work done to my car was where the quality lacked
I had such an amazing experience purchasing a car through Planet Ford with Danny! He worked with me to find what was best suited for me financially and really understood what made the most sense. I have kids and needed something safe and reliable but also a car that made me feel good driving :)

Dropped my car off to get a restraints light warning fixed on my Ford edge 2020 . My car had a chip on the wind shield prior to drop off but when I went to pick up my car there were several large cracks across my windshield. When I asked about it, they said it was already there . I know it wasn't there. I even told them that there was a chip on my windshield. Looks almost like a lot of weight was put on the windshield . You can't do this to customers even if it was unintentional, you don't lie about it. I know where not to go once my lease is done! Thanks!
Update: I sent an email to the service manager and was asked to come back in to fix the windshield and the pending issue with the restraints lamp warning. They told me I have to pay around 800$ to replace my windshield which they broke . Neither did they take responsibility for it , nor did they apologize. There goes my plans to get an F150 after the lease is done on my current ford edge. We'll done Ford!!

Although I did not buy my vehicle here - my next one will be. I recently took in my F150 with some transmission issues. The service advisor “Badr” is a true professional. He took time to explain that it may be a delay before the vehicle is repaired due to supply and demand part issues. He did everything in his power to find me a short term rental and later organized a loaner vehicle for me. This was done out of simple courtesy and not a result of any extended warranty obligation as I had none. Being a family man left without any vehicle he had no idea how much this helped while awaiting repairs. This dealership did not give me excuses or sent me elsewhere with a long story as others did. They repaired my truck under an existing service warranty - full stop.
I highly recommend this dealership. This is a small example of gaining customer confidence and understands the value of customer satisfaction. This is why I will buy my next truck here.

I just bought my car from planet ford; The help i received from the person selling me my car scott Pacheco was very good! He assisted me in all aspects that i needed by answering questions that i had about the vehicle i was purchasing and even about other possibilities that i could take into account. I was extremely happy when i told Scott what i wanted at the time which was a luxury type vehicle but still had power that i wanted. Scott then brought me to a 2009 Lincoln MKS it was to say the very least PERFECT! exactly what i wanted and asked from him. After the great help i received from Scott i then spoke with Amanda who was also extremely helpful! She to answered all questions and concerns i had concerning my financing. Amanda explained to me all things extra i was purchasing as in extended warranties and what they covered. All in all it was a very easy place to buy my vehicle because of the great help i got! definitely recommend going there for anyone thinking of buying or trading in their car!
