This is a rather long read but worth it if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle, especially a used one, from this dealership.

Thank you for your email requesting feedback on my experience at your dealership.

My feedback requires a little bit of a backstory, I purchased my 2020 Ford Edge Titanium with less than 34,000 KM from
Vision Ford in April 2024, I loved the vehicle and was very satisfied with it. However during our vacation trip to Ontario in
June the AC quit. So after 2 months of ownership I am hit with a substantial repair bill which I thought, while the warranty
had expired, since I owned the vehicle for such a short time (less than3 months) that the dealership should help with the
cost of the repair. After contacting the salesperson I was asked to bring my vehicle in for assessment and then I would be
provided with an offer of help with the cost of the repair.

In the meantime I had my vehicle assessed at an independent garage to see exactly what the problem was. (Pic 1)
I was told the compressor clutch needed replacement at an approximate cost of $600.00.

The following week I took my vehicle to your dealership to have it assessed. When I described the problem to your
Service Desk employee he said it sounds like a compressor clutch failure, I agreed, the vehicle then went in to be
checked. Sometime later I was told that, in fact, the compressor had to be replaced at a cost of well over $1300.00
but the dealership was willing to offer a $500.00 goodwill discount. Well I didn't accept the offer from your dealership
and had my vehicle repaired at Curt's, the shop that had assessed the problem correctly, saving myself a few
hundred dollars. (Pic 2)

In closing, if your dealership had been honest and truthful about the problem, instead of falsely assessing the problem and
charging me more than double the cost for the repair, and offered a discount on the repair, this would have been a
much different response for a critique on your business. Instead when people ask about my experience dealing with your
dealership I will suggest they run, not walk, away.

I will be forwarding this review to the Google review site, as well as Yelp and also to the Ford Customer Relation
Department. I will also forward to your General Manager, Mr. Paquet, Sales Manager, Mr. Audit and Camille Johnson, the
sales person I dealt with.

Purchased a new vehicle here the last couple weeks. Dealt with Marco, who was a true gentleman and was amazing to deal with. I was unsure between two vehicles, and he made sure to have both ready well before I arrived to make sure I could test both and make an informed decision. He worked with the sales manager to get the best price for my trade-in - very fair value in today’s market. It was a very low-pressure situation with all the options clearly shared with me.

Anders, the finance manager was also great to deal with. He clearly explained all of the options on extended warranty and didn’t try to push or upsell products on me that didn’t make sense. He was very quick to respond and got a great finance deal for me.

Overall, couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Even though it was a little further to drive, they made up for it in how they treated the customer.

And at the end, as I was getting ready to leave, Marco took me over and filled up the truck to the top with gas. Even asked if I normally used regular or super - class act and very much appreciated!

Do you know what it is like trying to find a battery for a 29 year old car? Big surprise they did not have one in stock but instead of just saying sorry, the gentleman in parts went on line and found a store near by who did have the battery. What incredible service is all I can say! He went well above any form of expectations I might have had. Maybe because I am from a major city where I expected a brush off but he did not. Makes me want to move to Campbelltown to get that kind of service all the time. All I can say is thank you for taking the time to help us out. It was a great day all thanks to you!

Even though I've always been able to get my car in fast and usually had good service from the employees working at the desk, I lost trust for them last year after bringing my car there to fix a few small things. I picked up my car when it was "ready", and while driving I could hear loud noises...after bringing it back I found out they broke my axel while having my car apart. I'm not sure how they didn't notice or hear the noise when they took my car out of the garage and parked it! They did fix it for free and gave me a vehicle to use while they fixed it, but it's still hard to trust a place that would do that. Then not long ago I brought my car there for steering issues. I was told the problem seems to be fixed and it wasn't. I won't bring my car back there again and waste any more money.

I drove up from Saint John on a Friday night and the boys were all there with everything ready allowing me to get in and gone with the new ride in less then 30min! Just had inspection done. They noticed that one of the shocks was defective. Ordered a new one and next day got called to say it was in an ready to installed. They are a very friendly bunch of people that takes care of their customers. I never have anything bad to say about them. Been dealing with them for numerous years. They are simply the best.
