Hands down the smoothest and easiest transaction I ever made at a dealership. My salesperson TJ was amazing. He was informative, easy going, helpful, and always ensured I was satisfied every step of the way. The finance Manager Caleb was pretty much the same. Made me feel comfortable, no preasure, and just ensured I was well taken care of. Everyone was super friendly at the dealership. It felt like I was a regular customer. A good friend of mine who has already purchased multiple vehicles at Steeltown highly recommended the dealership. All the positive things he said were bang on. Thank you again Steeltown! Friendly staff bright and clean building and lot . Broke down the price of vehicle explained each line patiently . Once we purchased our car young lady went thru the multiple buttons features and programables.
Did we pay too much, probably buying used is a gamble you buy the remaining life of the vehicle at less than new car price so lower is always better. Over all we’re very satisfied and would recommend family and friends to check steeltown ford .
Salesman Braydon was pleasant to deal with. He didn’t seem to mind my old school ways of kicking the tires. For me it needs to be available on the lot right now and if I like it, I’ll buy it. No ordering or promising to get one in.

Once again the staff at Steeltown Ford glided me through a positive experience with my recent purchase of a Ford Maverick Lobo edition. It was in the showroom begging me to have a seat, the Maverick that is, not the staff, lol. I fell in love and I said to TJ. Grant, my salesperson, let’s run the numbers and I traded in my Bronco, something I planned on never doing as I really loved the Bronco, it was incredibly fun to drive but the Maverick caught my eye and I could not refuse it! I told an acquaintance of mine about it and she went and purchased the Bronco the following day. TJ gave me 100 dollars for the referral which was something I wouldn’t have expected but graciously accepted. The overall purchase was smooth and expeditious plus I got a great deal on my trade in. I’ve been a repeat customer of Steeltown Ford for several years now and can’t think of a good reason not to shop there again. The staff in the service department are always friendly and informative and I would like to thank them all for putting up with me all these years as I can be meticulously picky about all my vehicles but that’s just me I guess! Troy, the customer service rep, is always checking in and goes out of his way to deal with any problems or concerns one might have with any aspect of purchase or service work, he truly is one of a kind, my thumbs are up! I’ll cut this short as I could go on and on and accept that everything can’t be roses all the time but overall I always end up satisfied.
