Great service. Had a minor issue with my vehicle that needed to be fixed; service advisor at Skaha got me in and out within an hour with no appointment. They were happy to provide excellent service to an out of town customer.
We were visiting for one night from Canmore when my Escape‘s engine started to sound worse and worse. At 3pm I wasn’t hopeful about finding a shop with free time - and needed to get home early the next morning. Skaha Ford staff (I believe Allen is who we dealt with!) were fantastic, doing everything they could to squeeze us in, and the mechanic managed to do a (very affordable) patch job that would get us home safely. I can’t thank them enough!! They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend their service department - and the sales reps were friendly and helpful too!
Our recent lease search for a vehicle took us to Skaha Ford where we met Pam Muller in sales. A pleasant, unassuming and personable newcomer to car sales, she provided us with clear answers, sought help from colleagues when she wasn't sure, and impressed us with her attention to detail and giving us the answers we needed. I was thoroughly impressed with Geoff and the entire team at Skaha Ford. I spent over 3 years looking for the right F 150 with the right km at the right price. Geoff was patient, for the entire process, and dug deep to go above and beyond to find the perfect truck to meet my needs and price range. I could not be more satisfied with the truck and appreciate the customer oriented and non pressure approach. In the end he found me a 2018 Lariat that was loaded, had the 2.7 engine and had super low kms. The remarkable part is he took the extra time to seek out a vehicle not on his lot and drove it to me to view privately. It hits the mark in every way. During and after the sale the entire team from the Parts department to the Chief Operating Officer made me feel like a valued customer. Terrible dealership from my experiences. Sold my ford because of the continuous bad experiences here. Has to bring my vehicle in 6 times for one issue about a year ago. First time went in and didn’t have part. Second time guy didn’t even do what I paid for. Third time they actually did it this time but they nicked a seal so it was still leaking. Fourth time came in for my appointment and said sorry but the guy is sick and can’t do it today (would have appreciated a phone call). It just keeps going from there. Also had them do a recall and they ruined my fuel pump in the process. I can keep going as I never had a simple fix at this place. I understand mistakes happen once in a while but every time I brought my vehicle in I had more issues and decided to sell the vehicle and swore to never go to skaha ford again.

The service here was absolutely top-notch. I needed to get a company car serviced in Canada before returning to the states. Needless to say, I was concerned of getting stuck out of country, but it was as if Skaha Ford pulled out the red carpet from the moment that I walked in, putting me completely at ease. They gave me a brand new Ranger that could handle the terrain I needed it to so I could continue my trip through the region; they kept me updated on their progress and finished the job in a timely manner. We bought a 2013 Ford Escape from these guys last summer with a guarantee that nothing leaves the lot without a full inspection.
That statement couldn’t be more false.
We have taken the car in FOUR times paying their inspection fee EACH TIME for issues that began immediately after we drove off the lot. How can they say that they inspect everything before selling it when we've been dealing with the headache for NINE months? And why do we have to pay the fee every time when the initial problem hasn't been resolved? Each time we take the vehicle in they have "fix" things, but it hasn't fixed the overall problem. This last time when we took it in, we had to pay an extra $88 for a further inspection. All the while they claimed to have done a full inspection before selling us the vehicle.
If I could take it back, I would take my money elsewhere. How has management not intervened? I feel like once they made the sale, no care was given.

We were very satisfied with the polite, professional and respectful treatment we received during our recent vehicle upgrade at the Skaha dealership. At no time did we feel pressured by the sales staff or finance staff throughout the entire process. Very refreshing experience overall, not the traditional wheeler dealer push and pull we have experienced in almost every vehicle purchase we have had in the past. Our young sales associate was awesome, and meticulous over every aspect of our buying experience.

Just picked up my car from Ford after they fixed it from a fender bender. A flawless process from beginning to end! I received a loaner while mine was in the shop. Just had my winter tires installed. A thorough inspection was performed and found I had a slight bent rim. No grease was left on the new tires and after the road test no vibration felt. Totally happy with the job Steph did.

I went in with the intention of looking at new F-150 trucks. Our salesman Brandon Lang was the consummate professional. Think the opposite of every sleazy car salesman you've ever met. His enthusiasm and product knowledge were amazing. It was the third Ford dealership we had visited and the first we felt comfortable with spending over 70K for a vehicle. Not only did he shuffle numerous vehicles for us to try, he was quite happy to go the distance to ensure that we had the perfect match. Up the line, the experience was equally positive. We were offered a more than fair deal on our BMW trade in and the finance manager Lynn was fantastic. I could not recommend this dealership more highly. Travel a bit, get a lot.
Ryan & Mitch in the Service dept. were spectacular! Our F-350 developed 2 flat tires on a road trip from Kelowna-Seattle, and they helped us prevent a major catastrophe. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. My experience was extremely positive. I worked with Dan who is very friendly and encouraging without being at all pushy. What a pleasant buying experience - no nonsense and no pressure.

My vehicle went regularly for servicing. This year they sent the car out with worn tires. 2 tread depth and three is legal. No insurance coverage if you are in an accident. Huge safety issue and trying to lie and say you don’t have record of the tires tread. Go to a reputable tire dealer people. Save yourself the trouble and the service manager could care less about your concern. I will never deal there again for this reason.
