Went back to Andrew at Chilliwack Ford from our [previous experience in 2017 and the service was still the same - excellent. We visited numerous dealers looking for the comparable vehicles as the one we had chosen at Chilliwack was sold before we were able to act on it. When we found one at anther location and informed Andrew he was able to obtain the vehicle and we had it within 24 hours -- excellent service and he followed us through the procedure to finalize the deal to the end. Their Finance Dept was also excellent as they understood where we were coming from on the additional services available.

i whent to buy a navigation devise at ford and i ask to have navigation and serius xm she said its not what i aksed for so she clearly calling me lier so i whent next door and got it installed and yesterday i whent to bring the bill for the instalation the same day i have siriusxm for manny years so i know i put it in my request but she did not take any note and this morning i whent again with my phone camera and recorded them and i told them and the maneger refund
my money for the serius xm was recording becose they treat me like i was nothing i sure will not aver go at chilliwack ford

I had to get my vehicle towed in and I work during the day so I wasn't able to come in to speak to anyone face-to-face. Chris communicated with me clearly and efficiently over text message (my preferred method). They sorted out the issue with my vehicle with no pressure to work on anything else at all!

I needed new winter tires for my Volkswagen and was shopping around. Branden gave me the best price and best service out of any where I got a quote from. Everyone at the ford dealership made me feel welcomed and appreciated that I was taking my business to them. Branden made it extremely easy for me to get my tires, all I had to do was give him the VIN number of my car and drop it off the next day. I would recommend calling Branden in the service department for any of your vehicular needs.

Jared Monds is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him in the last two years and he has been top notch to work with. Our Ford F150 was making some grinding noises on the left front wheel. We took it into a few shops in town and no one could figure out what it was. We were told that we had to change a few things but that they could not guarantee that it would fix the grinding noise. We then took it in to Ford, they had a look and fixed the problem right away. The truck now runs like new. THANKS!!!

We bought a 2020 f150 from melody she was super helpful and acted fast and listened to all my requests.
She was there every second we had questions and followed up after the purchase.
Her and the financing department exceeded our excpections and were blown away at what they could accomplish for us. Highly reccomend and will be back next year for a new transit cargo for my business.
Only thing i would change is offer parts or add ons for customers that purchase a new vehicle at a slightly discounted price at the time of purchase. I ended up going elsewere for a few things and would have rather given ford all my business.

Service refused to work on an E-350 motor because a motorhome body was attached to it. The work needed was purely Ford engine and had nothing to do with the rest of the vehicle. Ford Canada shouldn't be selling chassis' for RV's if they won't work on their own product.

I'm not much of a reviewer but I feel like this was so well deserved. Our sales person, Matt, really went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. vehicles a vehicle during a worldwide pandemic came alot more difficult than we expected but we were looked after by chilliwack ford so well. Its rare to find sales people who don't try to push you into vehicles over budget or get you to compromise but we were lucky to find Matt who just listened to what we wanted and found it in our budget. I was definetely not the most easy customer to deal with but I really appreciate the effort on your end and it was very noticed. 10/10 and will be back in the future when we decide to upgrade our othet vehicle. The entire staff was so accommodating and were so friendly!! We’ve dealt with several ford dealerships over the years but they just all went above and beyond. Our truck was fixed, the hose was replaced and we went our way.

Melody Staffen was awesome! We just bought a 2020 F150 the other day, she was knowledgeable, professional, honest (which is hard to find in salespeople...) and easy to deal with.
She even came in on (2) of her days off to work with us on this truck.
This is the first New Ford for my vehicle fleet and won't be the last because of Melody, we will work with her again as our company expands and requires more vehicles.

Do not use the service department. I waited 3 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired and the only time I was contacted by Chris Lefebvre was when my vehicle arrived and when it was ready to be picked up. I expressed my frustration to another staff member who informed me that they are short staffed, this is no excuse for poor communication. I use my vehicle for work and this was huge inconvenience, the least they could have done was keep me updated regarding the status of my vehicle, especially considering they failed to meet several repair deadlines. My dad has been a customer of Chilliwack Ford for the last 10 years and he was very disappointed to hear how my repair was handled.

Great (X3) buying experience... not so fun when I needed repeated trips to service on my 2018 f150 which we finally gave up on (costing us an additional $10,000 on financing)... then the 2019 f150 had repeated trips to service to fix one centralized problem... I can't remember how many parts got warranted and replaced to try and fix the issue but I definitely remember how many times I needed to bring the truck(s) into the shop. Sometimes it was fine... other times it was incredibly difficult and frustrating. I don't blame anyone in particular but... it has made my experience a little less than awesome after spending $102,000. I believe service is doing their best to meet the vehicle's needs and my needs as well although... I shudder at the thought of having to go through repeat appointments for service in the future at Chilliwack Ford... it's not nice. Who's to say it would be different anywhere else though?

I want to share my recent experience at chilliwack ford. I had a pretty extensive warranty repair that needed to be done on my new truck. Dave took the time and extra care to make sure my repair went flawless, and walked me though the entire process so I knew my truck was well taken care of. The atmosphere is one of smug heaviness, at least in the service department. My 2018 F-150 had recalls and a check engine light on, still under warranty, nothing available for a week to even let me know if I should be driving it, plus no courtesy car for a month! Took it across the street to OK Tire and got immediate service AND use of the manager's courtesy car! Also needed a replacement key fob and was quoted approximately $350... checked at MSA Ford in Abbotsford, $280... ripoff artists. Lost my business permanently.

My review is based solely on the service department. Have had my SHO serviced here several times now and they did a great job each time. They even give you a coupon for a free car wash at Trixies. I find that they haven't tried to up-sell me on unnecessary service (a nice change). They have a shuttle that will take you wherever you need. My only complaint is the price. Their oil changes are far more expensive than other dealers (twice the price of Valley Toyota). Price of a full synthetic here is double that of Valley Toyota's (128.00 vs 59.99 ).

I would strongly Not Recommend this dealership. I've purchased a truck here which didn't come as the agreed upon configuration, their service staff schedule you on the wrong days for your service appointments which requires extra trips, their service techs don't oay attention to details such as putting the valve cores back in correctly preventing your tires from going completely flat over night... The list goes on. I'd recommend West Coast Ford in Maple Ridge, they've always been great where this dealership has done nothing but disappoint.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Chilliwack Ford.
After being a Chevy man for over 30 yrs GM disappointed me with parts and service on my 2014 Chevy 4x4 pickup. So I went to Chilliwack Ford and seen a salesman named Andrew De Vuyst for help. He was really nice and helpful going over a 2017 f350 4x4 crew cab long box diesel truck. He gave me a great trade in value on my chevy truck more then GM was willing to give me. Andrew is always there for answering your questions and touches base to see how my truck is treating me. At Chilliwack Ford they also have a great knowledgeable parts department that is very helpful. As for the service department team they look at getting you in and out to give you top service. If your looking at buying a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend going to Chilliwack Ford and see Andrew De Vuyst for your next purchase.

When I was looking to buy a new car I was looking for a specific model so I went to almost every dealership in the lower mainland. Hands down Chilliwack Ford was the best to deal with . My salesman Jeff was awesome and made the whole experience quite pleasant. Unfortunately I had to take my car in for service a couple months after I bought it but I can say the service department is also excellent . Connie and Dave were a pleasure to deal with and my salesman Jeff stayed involved through the whole process. Every single person I dealt with was great. I live a hours drive away and would say if your looking for a Ford its worth the drive.

Special thanks to service tech Dan Simpson who is hands down the master at fixing 2012-14 Focus clutch issue, my 2012 has never been as smooth as after he repaired it a few months ago. The key for my 2013 Ford Fusion snapped off in the lock and I was initially told by whoever answered the phone in the service department that it wasn't a warranty item and that I would just have to pay for a new one (approx $350). I did, but then later found out that it was a warranty item and it should have been replaced free of charge. By this time I had thrown away the broken key, but in the end Dave Lanting (Operations Manager?) worked to get me reimbursed from Ford Canada. So, very professional follow-up service from him and a good reflection on Chilliwack Ford.

Brought in an F350 with transmission problems 8:30 Monday morning - Feb.29, 2016. This truck has 815,000 km (same motor/turbo) and is used for contract mail hauling to remote communities (gravel roads) and now is 1000+ km from my Wednesday starting point and immobile. Big problem! These guys made things happen and by 4:00 P.M. I am on the road again 100% repaired - range selector sensor assembly corroded beyond repair (salt!) - thus replaced. I want to specifically thank Justin (sales advisor who took my problem seriously), Connie (service manager who oversaw work flow and provided temporary transportation), and Dan (the guy who did the job and spliced all those wires). Others sourced out the needed parts locally but I don't have their names. A BIG THANKYOU TO ALL!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle ,the staff is very friendly they go out of their way to help you ,all their vehicles are priced to sell ,so many great deals to be had .I was introduced to the parts dept and service dept when i bought my vehicle,my sales person has always kept in contact with me to see how i'm enjoying my vehicle .I now have over 75000 kms on my vehicle ,and its needed a few minor things ,the service dept quoted me a price which i thought was fair .All I can say is their are some that will never be happy with any service dept anywhere ,don't base you're purchasing decision on a Bad review everyone has their opinion
