Sad thing when someone has to report on the dealerships taking advantage of people. There are lots of people that aren't "car" people and take vehicles to the dealership and entrust them to make sounds judgement on required repairs only to be taken advantage of! Denham rips people off! Don't get caught in the trap!
Overall terrible experience. Had confidence coming in that needs would be met and services provided at a competitive rate. Unfortunately, the quality of the service and the way my vehicle was treated over the extended time they needed to do the work was subpar at best, and worse than that it was incredibly overpriced. Was quoted from another shop at nearly half of what I was taken for here and I pray nobody else experiences this. Looking into further action but I would heavily advise against this dealership.

Service did not tell me what was going on with car then charged me more then double the hours compared to other dealers. Don't come here
After purchasing a truck from another dealership that needed work right away. I took it here. Not only were they quick to find the problem and fix it. They were very friendly and not pushy about anything. Highly recommend dealing with these guys.

My dads 76 year old wife went in for an oil change, and to change the winter tires that Denham themselves change yearly.
They charged her card three seperate times.
New lug nuts and a new battery when the vehicle only has 29000km on it, and is only a few years old.
They charged the card three times on three separate occasions, within one week.
The vehicle started and worked fine,
They saw a little old lady who can barely walk and decided to take advantage of her.
What a joke.

Scammers, and to think my dad liked going here.
If he wasn't in the hospital he would have told the service dept, where to go with their stunt.
Shame on this place for preying on the elderly.
What is next for Denham ford service? Charging to change out summer air for winter air in tires? Or maybe reversing the battery cables so the a/c blows warm instead of cold.

went in to get into a new vehicle. was going to trade in my mustang i got from them a few years earlier. when they gave me an offer they said they would give me $500 for my mustang i paid $34,000 from them. and when i went out to get my vehicle they parked it way in the back so i couldnt find the most unprofessional place i have ever been. Thanks Lawrence Shuffler. Never went back since and never will again.

We recently bought our third vehicle from Koji Omura at Denham Ford.
It was, once again, just a wonderful experience. Koji remains, through all these years, a tremendously knowledgeable and patient Sales Representative. He takes whatever time is necessary to show and explain all of the options of the vehicle and there is absolutely NO PRESSURE whatsoever from him to buy. Koji firmly believes that he has to EARN your business, which he did for the third time with our family.
It was also a pleasure to deal with Dan Anderson again and I was delighted to see that he has risen to the position of General Manager.
Our research showed that, on average, the price of a comparable vehicle to that which we purchased at Denham in Wetaskiwin was about $2,000.00 more in Edmonton. Plus, Koji and Dan were also willing to "deal" on the price of the vehicle (within reason). So, "Cars DO, Indeed, Cost Less In Wetaskiwin."
It was also a delight to once again see and deal with Avril Tomlinson, the Finance Manager. Again, Avril is very knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to answer any questions and explain all options available.
There is certainly something to be said about the value of long-term employees to an organization and Koji and Avril are two prime examples of this.
Dealing at Denham Ford was, once again, well worth the hour drive to Wetaskiwin. I strongly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle or an upgrade to a newer vehicle.

Brought our F150 Harley Davidson into Denham Ford to replace the door keypad and have tires replaced. The service and parts department went above and beyond to look after us. Another Ford dealer told us they weren’t able to pull the door code but the technician at Denham got us the code in 10 minutes. Thank you Denham Ford
When you bring you vehicle in for emergency service and your wife asked for her stroller out of the back seat and find your back seat like this. Car seat disconnected and seats in disarray. Never mind the scratch marks on the door. Not very thoughtful.
The first time to Denham I was underwhelmed. This time I’m super disappointed.

I was looking for a set of brake pads that were on back order in Calgary. I called many other Alberta and Manitoba Ford dealers to check if they have the part in stock (to no avail), and finally I contacted the parts dept at Denham Ford. Brent @ parts checked for availability, and advised me that the part I was looking for interchanged to another part number. The updated part was available in Calgary.

The service here is above and beyond! I didn’t buy my truck here but was picking up a travel trailer that was having issues with the trailer plug receiver on my truck. The service team helped with troubleshooting over the phone then snuck me in to the shop for a test. Everything worked but when I drove 5 mins away back to get the trailer it wasn’t working again. I called again and they sent two associates out to the location to help me. They were able to figure out the issue quickly and I am blown away by how great and helpful everyone was. Highly recommend if you live in the area or are passing through to give them your business, they deserve it.

I have been buying vehicles from there for years and over the past 2 years the service from the front staff has gone down hill tremendously, I have now gone to a other dealership that says what they say they can do and keeps me informed i would highly recommend not shopping here until the staff is better trained or replaced especially the management team on the sales side of things.
Between myself the salesman and the manager, we came to a price on a Volkswagen Beetle convertible which had been on their lot since December which is likely why they were willing to work with me on the price. The next day the salesman suggested I give a deposit as someone else was interested in the car. I gave a deposit and the bill of sale was signed and issued. The following day Kevin called to tell me they couldn’t sell me the car as it was “promised” to someone else. I’m guessing that someone else paid the original asking price. Shady way to do business not to mention it’s a breach of contract.
Recently purchased a new vehicle from them. Great price, great people, great buying atmosphere.

The lady at the service desk was great. Very helpful and not pushy.
Told the salesman I was just kicking tires and trying to see what a replacement for my truck would cost. He was helpful and at no time tried to pressure me. If we decide to replace it I'll definately see what they have to offer.
Great experience purchasing my new vehicle today. Bernice in Financing was especially great. She was honest and upfront and really made the usually painful process refreshing and quick. The drive was so worth it.
I typically have taken my vehicle for service with no issues and satisfied up until I went to the auto body department. I had some minor fixes and after market purchase for my vehicle. The product that I purchased cracked with a day or so after installation. Followed up and shared with them that I followed direction but was advised that it was my fault for the product breaking. I was told I’d be called where they would rectify; to no avail after several calls to them I have not heard back; not even by way of courtesy. Disappointed

Friendly outgoing staff that are always willing to help, fantastic service department courteous sales staff that are full of information what more could you ask.
I recently stopped into Denham Ford to make an appointment to have a water pump replaced, this was on a Friday afternoon. The Service Department staff at Denham did not hesitate to tell me that they could replace the pump immediately if I was able to wait. I readily agreed to this and was offered a loaner vehicle if needed.
The job took roughly 2 hours and I was on my way in short order. I have always been impressed with the staff at Denham whether it be Sales or Service, they are always friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful.
They have earned my trust and I will not hesitate to return there for my vehicle needs in the future whether it be service or a new truck! Thanks Denham.

We had a great experience where we knew what we were wanting and Kevin Chiles was very accommodating, patient and gave us a great deal as possible. We didn't feel pressured at all from anyone. The finance manager Avril did the best she could do for us within our budget and was also patient. When everything had been finalized and we came to pick up the vehicle Kevin C went above and beyond by ensuring we had more than enough fuel to get us back to our place!
