GENESIS LUXURY BRAND IS DISPOINTING, THEIR ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING, EXTRAS ARE AT INFLATED COSTS
I purchased a 2025 GV80 3.5T unfortunately upon receiving the vehicle we were told by Sales the Scents Cartridges would be complementary now there telling us they need to be purchased for $250.00, this is a standard feature with the vehicle, basically it is non functioning without Scents Cartridges being installed and not included in the initial vehicle purchase. I can understanding if I have to purchase additional Scent Cartridges but it should be at least functioning when delivered. Also added an accessory ( Trickle Charger) was charged $300.00+ for installation which should have been part of the vehicle purchase as per other Dealers Purchase Price.

I would like to comment couple of unpleasant things about Langly Genesis when I trade in.
1. I experienced amazing price drop down from $25,000 to $12,000.
( I bought my Civic in May last year with $25,000 and trade in price was $12,000)
2. After I bought used Tesla and realized that driver's seat has stingy old sweat smell. I asked them to remove it but they didn't do it properly after twice of repeated visit. I can still smell same odor on the seat and I am sick of asking again.
So, I recommend that DO NOT trade in your car in this dealer shop and they do such a lip service before you buy a car but after that they don't care for customer's voice.

Could have been better. I purchased a 2015 civic SI there recently. Although I thought that the salesman Jas had done a good job, assuring me all would be well with the vehicle - I thought he was pretty patient and genuine but I felt let down by the follow-through once the deposit was paid. I was a bit annoyed that a fairly substantial dent in the pillar was not pointed out to me, but already about to pay, I had decided to let it go. When receiving the car, I found that they had done no detailing, it was still fairly filthy. But the worst was the next day, the car wouldn't start. Somehow they had drained the battery. I was wondering why they were idling the car all the time when I was doing the papework. They should have told me in case I stalled a manual car going home! They did come back the next day and installed a new battery for me though. They have since helped me to change rear sway bars which were noisy but there still remains odd noises upon braking and the occasional squeal from the clutch. I don't have much confidence in the car now and am a bit suspect if they will honour the "3 month warranty" should something go wrong. Especially when I saw the service manager Art and he said to me "I hope that's the last of it". Not pleased, especially when all that had happened was on their own end. I can appreciate the work they did to the car itself in fixing a few things, to their credit. So it had the potential to be a good experience but really let down by post-service, non-disclosure, and follow-up. Maybe it's because my car is well off the selling price of their Genesis autos, but If you expect excellence from a luxury car dealer, be possibly prepared for a very, very average experience.
Really like this Trotman Genesis Langley Dealership. But there's a but... had a connection with management and had been looking last year with... This time, they never really followed up why things fell apart, but believe everything was just blamed on me, the customer. Early on we all had the conversation about customer satisfaction, but as it turned out we bought a 2025 model (in stock), and another brand. No fond memories here, but wanted some. Really concerned about after sales maintenance service.
Pick up was arranged for servicing but we were left retrieving our vehicle since valet ended their day (and week) hours without returning our car. Car was washed and vacuumed but not with any degree of detail (wheels etc). Beyond that, the vehicle was serviced satisfactorily.

We bought a G70 sport with Vincent. He was very nice and provided a great service. It felt like we were long time friends. He helped us negotiate with his manager and got a good value for the trade in of our former Nissan 370z. The whole experience was very enjoyable. He arranged an ICBC insurance agent to be on onsite so we were able to use our plates and leave with the insurance paperwork. He was very patient and replied right away. Thank you Vincent!

Honestly have to say after owning over 15 vehicles this was the best experience I’ve had. To start I went to 6 different dealerships and had one conversation with Amin my sales rep he was very professional and went the extra mile to work on our behalf to get the deal done. I’ve been in sales for 15 years and truly he was amazing. Secondly Omid finance manager went the extra mile and was able to save us additional money with the banks. I purchased a Tesla and they had the cleanest Tesla out of 7 vehicles. I can tell they take time in picking used inventory. 110% would recommend genesis and their team.

I’d been looking for a used GV80 for the past year after test driving the GV70. Felt we needed the larger suv. Our salesman at the time Vincent was very helpful. When I saw genesis langley had a used one I immediately contacted Vincent. Not being very tech savvy Vincent simplified the whole process for me. Vincent is the reason I went forward with the purchase and not hone with plan B. I’m very happy and very pleased the after sales service from Vincent is a big bonus .

I recently visited Genesis Langley to view a used vehicle they had for sale. Vincent took excellent care of us during our initial visit, was mindful of our time (rare at a dealership) and was honest and upfront about everything. Although we did not end up loving the vehicle, after an extended take-home test drive, the dealership experience was a stand-out highlight. Amazing First Car Experience at Genesis Langley
My daughter recently purchased her dream car, a 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback, from Genesis Langley and we couldn't be happier! The car is in incredible condition and has plenty of space for all of her movie production gear. We were especially impressed with the outstanding service from Tommy, a knowledgeable and experienced salesperson, and Sean, who made the financial process a breeze. Their transparency and support made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Genesis Langley!
Long story short: excellent service! I really only have positive things to say about Genesis Langley and my experience buying my vehicle from them. Tommy was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and responded to my texted questions quickly, arranged for my test drive quickly, and was great about arranging for a time for me to come in to finalize the details, even though the only day that worked for me wasn’t one he was scheduled to work on! The detailing work on my car was excellent, and made the car look brand new, even though it was 5 years old.
My husband and I were from out of town and purchased a 2019 Genesis g70 from the Langley Genesis. Right from the first phone call and help we received it was easy to put our trust into this dealership. Although we had a few hiccups along the way, they were dealt with in a professional and timely manor. Huge shoutout to Amin and Shaun for making that possible
