I am extremely disappointed with the service at Hawkesbury Chrysler. As a loyal customer for years, I expected a much higher level of service. For several months now, despite repeated expenses, my issue remains unresolved. I felt a lack of honesty and transparency from the team. The service seems to lack consideration for customers, and the proposed solutions have only led to additional costs without solving the initial problem. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I had a really frustrating experience with Hawkesbury Chrysler’s service department. Their mechanic team seemed inexperienced and lacked the expertise I expected from a dealership. After bringing in my car and explaining what was wrong, they charged me for a diagnostic report only to tell me exactly what I had already explained. There was no added insight or solution, just a hefty bill for something that should have been obvious. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.

This kind of service makes it clear why people avoid dealership mechanics—you end up paying more for subpar service. Between the lack of expertise and the overcharging, I definitely won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable work on their car. Be careful unless you're okay with being overcharged for minimal effort.

I wanted to look at a used car on their lot. I arrived around 11 am on a business day. I inspected the car for about 10 minutes. No one came out to assist me. I then went inside and wandered around the showroom for about 5 minutes. There was no one at the reception desk and all the sales people seemed to be uninterested in assisting me. Finally I left without ever speaking to anyone.

Service was just ok overall. It would be lower, but the female staff at front was friendly and helpful and raised it up by 1 Star. As for the auto parts, she was helpful enough but had to double check with lead parts staff (manager) which caused time delays : Overall service was just ok. No “Wow” in the service, good thing I was only ordering an auto part and NOT buying a vehicle? 🙈

I had the best experience at this dealership when I was buying my 2021 RAM limited. This dealership is extraordinary and very customer oriented. They are there to assist the customers period. Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, this dealership was able to get me a RAM 2021 limited model within 4--6 weeks of working with them. Prior to this, I had visited 4 other dealerships in search for the same truck and made several deposits. But this dealership came through for me. Bill of sale shows I was charged for a colour vehicle. Upon explaining they offered a credit in the service department, but when I tried to redeem my credit they wouldn’t. Never thought in a small town you couldn’t take a person to their word. Not the end by far, I’ll provide Dodge Canada with my error filled bill of sale, glad to see the salesperson was promoted to sales manager!
