i bought a town & country van, at first everything was great but after driving it for only 4 months it started to make a lot of noise in the front end. I took it to the dealer ship to find out what was wrong. They told me that the transmission need repair and that the bearings were gone in the front end. the owner agreed to fix it at no cost to me. it took them over a month to do the repairs and when i got it back it still made noise. I showed this to the salesperson who sold me the van. He go very rude and said that they had all ready put over $5000.00 worth of work into this van and i could take it as is or trade it for a much lesser valued van that had problems of its own.He also said to me and my son beggars can't be choosers. in my opinion he is very unprofessional and rude and i will never buy another vehicle from them.
I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the manager(s) at this dealership. I understand customers may expect unrealistic numbers for their vehicle when trading it in, however, the manager(s) appeared to illuminate the impression they were doing me a favor by allowing me to talk to them and shop at their store. One manager even proclaimed, "...you will never use a 3500. It is too much truck for you." I do not understand how he could possibly presume what my families needs are in the 2 minutes we conversed, however I felt his comments assured me I should take my business elsewhere. Furthermore, this treatment would make me change brands if this dealership was my only way to get a Chrysler product.

Here today to have my vehicle serviced, started off well. Spoke with the service department to find out that they had all my information under the wrong person. Now we head into the customer waiting lounge and barely get though the door to be verbally attacked by a an older gentleman who is apparently is a shuttle driver. The lady we asked working here who he was, was not in the same room when the confrontation happened and was not overly friendly either.
Guess it may be time to find somewhere else to take my vehicle...
I just sold my f-350 2011 truck ‘I now needed to get another truck quickly for getting to and from work, but with my credit history being nonexistent, I had always relied on my wife to sort out our financial home front, I had recently inquired and been told by other dealerships the best I could hope for with my credit score would be a used 2014-16 truck at best, I felt so awful being told that I am considered a credit risk

I would give this dealership a 100 star rating if I could! We have had the pleasure of working with Krystle Gannon and I couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated and heard. I have had a horrible experience with a go auto dealership in the city when buying my first brand new car. I have heard stories about dealerships, and when you think about all of the stereo types at dealerships ( like - you are rushed from one point to another, you are just a number to them or a "quota", very cold vibe) thats exactly what we had! It carried from the sales of the unit to the service department. When you are at Devon Chrysler, it is not like that at all! You are welcomed with warm smiles and someone who wants to help your every needs. After posting on a rant and rave website for Leduc asking for raves on dealerships, Krystle had messaged me asking me what types of questions I had and she explained who she was and how many years experience she had to ease my worries. She told me to call her and discuss what I wanted to know. I ended up calling her and I have ZERO regrets! This woman helped me out of a bad deal into an amazing deal where I finally felt the warm feeling with a dealership. During this whole process I got to learn about Krystle and if you want someone who listens to you and wants to assist you in any way she could, I would go see Krystle.

Do not deal with these crooks. They take advantage of seniors who dont know better. They called my father in law about trading in his 1 year old vehicle and he went in to take a look. He ended up getting talked into buying a 1 year newer truck with a smaller cab and no options which his trade in had. He had just bought brand new 20 inch tires that cost him $1800 and they didnt put them on his newer truck and they gave him standard 17 inch tires. The negative equity cost him an extra $15000 and now he has to declare bankruptcy. He was 74 years old when talked into a trade in and they made it sound like he got a great deal and a great truck. The second he pulled up we knew he got ripped off. Never deal with these crooks.
Service staff very accommodating. Needed aftermarket keyfobs programmed. Absolutely no issues in arranging for this to be done. Reprogrammed and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Charges extremely reasonable. A great place to have service work done
Rave Rave Rave to Devon Chrysler I limped my truck over to the dealership this morning after trying to be a nice guy and help stuck people out. I explained to them that it's my only vehicle and I need it to get to work, they were all booked up and told me it would be friday minimum before they could look at my truck. Michelle just called me and told me they managed to sneak it in really fast and got it all fixed to for me, under warranty. I am beyond thankful for their help and when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they will 100% get my business.
Bought a car from these guys in fall 2019( mitsubushi eclipse cross).
Johnny was awesome to deal with, they even brought the car to our house in red deer and took the trade in hassle free for us.
Skip to January 2020 and its -40 and we find out our car had no block heater, I called to see if the dealership knew if there was one and i just couldn't find it.
Jason in sales had me get a quote from the local dealership and the block heater was installed and paid for by chrysler the same day, overall 5/5 stars for these guys.

I’d give this location negative stars if I could. The experience started off very well, Ryan is very personable and seems eager to please. When discussing the information for my trade in via text and phone call, I was assured I’d be receiving a certain dollar amount towards the new purchase. I was also assured the vehicle I was purchasing was the 7 passenger option (confirmed via text). Upon reviewing the documents, over $1000 was deducted from the amount I received for my trade in without any discussion or notification of the change. Further more, I had to get the vehicle home before I realized it’s NOT a 7 passenger vehicle as I was assured it was. There was no information on the documents I signed stating whether it had the 7 passenger option or not. The only recommendation they could provide, was for me to pay 6-7 THOUSAND DOLLARS EXTRA for this option. Interestingly enough, the same option on the website is only a $750 difference (which I was willing to pay). When I mentioned this, I was told the site is “confusing”. Bottom line, the website shows this exact model with the 7 passenger option at $41,620. These crooks are insisting my price will be 49,000. There are also scratches all over the drivers side handle area, on a brand new vehicle. I requested to speak with the manager over a week ago, to see if we can come to some sort of reasonable middle ground (remember, I’m willing to pay what it says on the website the 7 passenger option is worth). I have yet to receive a call, despite being assured almost daily that it will happen. I’ve also called the location 3 times, with no answer. Buyer beware! Will continue to steer my friends and family to anywhere BUT Devon Chrysler.

By far the best experience one could even begin to imagine. From the moment you walk in the dealership. You become so much more than a sale. You instantly become family. I went to five dealers in my search. None even came close. I met Jordan when I walked in the door, and I was met with a huge smile and a handshake. He sat me down to find out exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He went out to pull the vehicle up to the front of the store and showed me all the reasons this met everything we discussed. Amazing service!! For the 3 years I owned my jeep I always had it serviced and maintained here. Everyone was always friendly and they always got me a deal on parts and labour. I never had any issues with them on anything. Would call me and give me updates on the service that they were doing. Even found a few things that actually needed to be replaced at one point. Never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything or trying to scam money out of me.
