I’d recommended salesperson Scott S. to anyone if you are in the market for a vehicle. My review is long, but worth the read. Contacted Big4 about a used Jeep Wrangler on their website and was contacted within an hour by Scott to set up a time to check out the vehicle.
Scott is hands down the best car salesperson I’ve had the opportunity to deal with in the 35 years I’ve been buying vehicles. Honest and transparent he listened and answered every question I had. He knows his products very well and there was zero pressure. It felt less like I was being sold a car and more like I was be guided to see if the vehicle met my expectations and requirements.
As I am a very skeptical person regarding most salespeople, Scott could be running courses on how to treat a client professionally and respectfully.
I was never left in the office with “I’ll just go talk to my manager” delay tactics. I never felt like I was being “played”. He did not waste my time.
I received a fair trade on my truck and I will be happily driving off in my 2023 Wrangler Unlimited.

Raj Sandhu was immedietly hands on and helped me fix the issue, which happened to be my battery. Raj went through all of the details and steps with me before doing anything, and made me feel confident in having the issue fixed right away. This was perfect! My vehicle had a failure on Stoney Trail and I reached out to Big 4 right away. Heidi took all of my info and had my repair scheduled within 5 minutes- very organized and seamless. Next, I was introduced to Raj, a Service Advisor that was immediate in communicating- articulate and to the point in a very friendly and service oriented tone. My repair was done just ahead of schedule and within the parameters of the very reasonable quotation.
Finally, I met with Rob Coleman the General Manager of Big 4. It quickly became clear why their operation is great to deal with- because Mr. Coleman is! The interaction I saw him have with his team members was workplace perfect and very customer centric- Great leadership and team membership from the top through to the team members.

I can’t rave about this place enough from the service desk staff to the shuttle driver. Everyone is so nice and very efficient. I saw them regularly for my 2014 dodge caravan and never felt pressured into repairs, they were honest or safety issues versus could wait items which was resssuring. They set the bar high for other dealerships. We recently bought a different brand car and today I have been reminded that my new dealership is no big 4 motors. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here. Martin tried really hard to get me a great deal for a SRT8 Cherokee. However I didn't do enough research to ensure the tow rating would work for us so I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle at the end. But even when I told them that I cannot make the deal they treated me with the same friendliness and respect as I just walked into the dealership. I purchased over 10 vehicles in the pass 3 years and I am very sensitive to how people treat me when I shop. Many many times the saleman turned into a different person when I told them I'm not buying what they are salling me. So I learned that's how you can tell if a business just want your money for today or wants you to be happy and earn business from your friends and in the future.
