We previously owned a 2017 RAM 1500 Laramie Ecodiesel, which was unfortunately totaled in September 2024. After settling with our insurance company, we began searching for a similar vehicle. However, we had a disappointing encounter with a dishonest dealer in North York who took half of our deposit, making us skeptical about future car purchases.

Was having issues with my truck trying multiple dealerships to get the problem fixed Campbellford being a third dealership to work on my truck they finally got it fixed properly. Service was very nice I had an appointment for 8 am called them at 8:05 said I’m on my way just running late as we got an ice storm that night. When I got to the dealership the ladies at the service desk had auto start my rental so it be warmed up when I got there. They called me to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. Highly recommend and will be going back

Maybe ill change this rating but I'm visiting from the city with my daughters and pregnant wife. My jeep stopped working and they gave me an estimate of 5 days for all parts. On the fifth day I had to call asking if they started working on the car. They said it will be another few days. Called today and the "delivery truck was running late". I asked them to call me when its in. I still havent heard back. 5 days is now going to turn into 2 weeks. If i knew this i would have paid to have my car towed back to the city but I trusted them as they are supposed to be the "experts". I relayed this information to my boss and I was supposed to be back at work. Unfortunately I have now been terminated and these repairs are going to cost me +$1500. My wife is also 34 weeks pregnant and we missed a very important doctors appoinment. My daughter starts school next week as well and we have yet to go back to school shopping and the way it looks she'll be missing school for a good portion to start the year.
As a customer who is going to be spending a large amount of money, honesty would have saved my job. Instead my life has been turned upside down. Thanks Team Chrysler

We were in a bit of a pickle. My tire must have hit a nail and was losing air fast. They squeezed us in on Saturday to help us out with just one mechanic. Amazing customer service! So very much appreciated!
Took our van in to get the air conditioner fixed, it needed a new condenser. We got a quote and said it would take 3.6 hours. We got a call that the van was ready before 3 hours were up, but we were still charged for 3.6 hours - at a rate higher than quoted (this part was corrected after a phone call).
I called and asked to have the labour amount adjusted as it didn't take as long as they expected and was told that it was a flat-rate fee, however on my estimate it notes it is an hourly rate. How can they charge for more time than was actually used on my vehicle? If I had of been told it was a flat-rate I would understand, I was not told this. When I got the quote I was told that it could take more/less time and the labour amount would be adjusted. When I called to ask about the charges I was told, "this is just how it is". Seems to me like they are double dipping - I am paying for time that wasn't used to fix my vehicle, while they are able to start work on another vehicle and charge labour as well.
I would have appreciated being told the correct information in the first place so that I knew what to expect. I feel that the dealership should have made an adjustment based on incorrect information being given from their team. Also, if the quote had of mentioned a flat rate, instead of an hourly rate, it would have been clear. This is poor customer service. We had been using Campbellford Chrysler for all repairs because of great customer service, that all changed today.
No nonsense aggressive pricing and a done deal in 30 minutes. I shopped all over Ontario chasing a somewhat specific 2022 unit that was not available in my area. Having found about 10 vehicles that fit, I could say without a doubt that Campbellford had amongst the best pricing I could find. Not to mention they didn't add 5 extra lines of costs or unreasonable admin fees, something I had just seen at another dealership. David Wall was great and easy to deal with, would recommend.

Have experienced nothing but a hard time, and terrible service from this location top down, for multiple vehicles under warranty. Today my wife went in to get an oil change, and her winter tires put on. They said they did the tires, only for us to discover the winter tires were left in the trunk, and the all seasons left on the jeep. No apology offered, only excuses. I would genuinely recommend trying to go literally anywhere else. There are other ram dealers. Try going to one who stands behind the product. Remarkably awful service.
Bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership… had to pay for every upgrade that came standard on same models at other dealerships … also had warrenty work that needed to be done after 1 month of ownership…was given the run around about how there was nothing they could do becuse there really “ wasn’t” an issue…. After takeing the vehicle to another respectable dealership they did the work no questions asked and could not understand why it was not taken care of… short and sweet don’t buy from here spend your money where you’ll be treated like a valuable customer… JJ Stewart really needs to look into this dealership and there less then respectable practices!
Booked my vehicle in for a code error and added some maintenance since I was in the building. Maintenance was done. Code correction was completely ignored. Pleased with the maintenance work they do but don’t bring vehicles with real issues in.

2018 Jeep Cherokee 33k kms.
Last fall I went in for an oil change and to put my winter tires on.
They told me I need brakes all around and my lug bolts need to be replaced(all 20 of them).
I said no to brakes and told them to put existing bolts back on.
He said not sure if they can but will try. They managed.
I took my Jeep to another mechanic who said brakes are fine.
Two weeks ago I went to Kings Auto(great service) to get my
Summer tires installed, asked them to check brakes. I never mentioned the lug bolts.
He said brakes were fine about 50% left. I asked if he had any issues with the lug bolts...none.
Campbellford Chrysler this is disgusting trying to take advantage of a Senior Citizen.

Not a single issue.

Fist things first if you are like me and not a fan of salesman, this dealership will change that attitude. Dave Wall is probably the most honest salesman I have every met. He is up front and nothing is hidden. This is my second truck I've bought from him in less then 2 years and could not be happier. He found what I wanted and did it within a day.
