Came here to buy my first car! Booked a test drive online for a Ford Edge and Colby called 3 minutes later, he was very friendly so first impressions were good so far. Day of test drive he buys my parents and I coffees and hot chocolate in the vehicle I'm testing out. We went ahead and talked numbers after the test drive and their finance expert Lucas talks over the details of financing, warranties, etc. A few signatures here and initials there, I drove off in my newly purchased Edge! Thanks Strathmore Dodge service department for diagnosing the sound at the back of my truck as "wheel noise" and "educating me" on how tire noise happens with more aggressive tires (I have all weather tires on, they're not aggressive...). I've been in the auto industry for 9 years, I know what tire noise sounds like.
2 months later, i get another opinion at Big 4 Motors in Calgary and it's booked in and on a hoist the next day, while I drive off in a nice new loaner vehicle. My truck rolls out 4 days later with a brand new rear differential, driving like a dream. With the same tires on. No noise.

We had a fantastic experience at Strathmore Dodge with Trevor from the moment we walked in the door. We felt zero pressure to purchase, he was very knowledgeable on all Dodge vehicles. You are better off driving less than an hour and meet with this guys, they’re experienced, know what they’re doing and have amazing customer service. I was looking into a Caliber they had for sale on the Strathmore Dodge site. I was in contact with Darin Collins, who had let me know that the caliber was available and asked if I wanted to drive it. Being a few hours away I decided to ask about some very bad damage to the rim, causing the sidewall to appear to bulge. Not wanting to have it blow up on me on the highway, I was hoping they were just steel with bad caps. I asked if they were alloy or steel. They unfortunately were alloy. Then I asked for a picture of the damage, ready to throw another set of wheels on. Two days later I still had nothing and reached out again to Darin. The next day I was told pictures would be sent in another day. That was today. I got the email, ready to buy even though I would obviously need to bring another set of wheels. Lone behold it sold. I really hope you guys didn’t just send someone home in that death trap… Needless to say I won’t be replacing my Ram with them. Stay safe friends.

Booked a appointment for a oilchange and bumper replacement under warranty. Was told bumper takes about a hour. Came down to the dealership 4 hrs later not done.sat here for a hour can see my truck bumper off and no one working on it .asked how much longer no idea I was told .waiting to go on holidays. Then finally someone asked the mechanic another 45 min they said. Place had better service when it was Murray .45 min have gone by and still not done
Negotiated for a car over the phone & email. I did mention that I will be driving down in case they can make the final price close to my budget. I was surprised their initial (total) offer was higher than their ad and even their final offer was no way close to my expectation (which I told them over the phone and email).
I just waisted my time driving there.
I totally understand if they can’t sell it at a specific price, however they needed to be clear and honest when I told them my budget and clearly stated I will be driving there if they can make it close to my budget.
I feel they just wanted to have a potential buyer at their place and it was kind of disrespectful to my time and expectations.

4 stars only due to the overall cleanliness and detailing done to prepare the vehicle for pick-up. Unfortunately the overall cleanliness to prepare the vehicle for pick-up wasn't quite what I would expect. And the products used to clean the interior we're not good. I ended up having a professional auto detailer spend hours re-detailing the interior with proper, quality products to a true showroom level.
Very happy with my experience overall!
Chris went above and beyond to find the parts I needed.
The couple of clips I needed were only a few bucks, and it would have been all too easy to not be bothered to track down the correct ones.

Great first impression upon arriving. Explained to the team exactly what my partner and I were looking for. We love our 2021 Dodge Ram 1500! However, we wish we could have had the payment we asked for. I am giving a 3 star only because our first impression taking our new vehicle home wasn’t exciting. The interior lights needed to be repaired so driving the vehicle for the first few days was annoying having those lights on...especially at night time! In all honesty we felt it robbed us from experiencing that first “wow” happy feeling when you drive your brand new vehicle home. We are both very understanding people and we get that things can happen with new and old vehicles..saying that though we did point out the light issue when we took it for a test drive and I don’t understand why it wasn’t dealt with before the deal was made/we took it home. They did provide us with a loaner vehicle for a few days while they looked at that light issue. It didn’t get completely fixed because a part needed to be ordered. In my personal opinion it would have made the most sense to have kept our truck from the very beginning instead of us taking it home that night in the dark. The loaner should have been provided to us that same night instead of us driving back in two days to drop off the truck and to pick up the loaner. We just felt like it was too much driving from Calgary and we overall felt bummed out and exhausted with the situation. We still feel that way and it’s sad because it’s a brand new vehicle! We should feel happy and over the top excited. It wasn’t the greatest experience. I really didn’t want to give this dealership a low review but I am being true and honest. The customer service was really good. The staff were friendly and kind but that first experience with the cabin light issue is forever memorable unfortunately. Driving from Calgary a couple of times after long day at work plus having to pay for all that fuel in a hemi sucks. I would like to mention that the team did apologize and they provided us with Ram water bottles. I am not an ungrateful person at all but a gas card would have been greatly appreciated for all the inconvenience.
Back in 2017 I bought a used vehicle from Strathmore Dodge and 2 days later the battery died, the vehicle was dead in the water. Strathmore Dodge took responsibility, replaced the battery and paid for the jumps I needed to get to work. They assured me that my insurance on the vehicle wouldn't be affected.
Fast forward 3 years and I am coming up to the end of my insurance period and I am ready to take back my claim for the insurance that I hadn't used. Unfortunately that battery replacement had been used on the insurance and had made my claim void. I was very upset, I had been personally reassured by the Strathmore Dodge reps, back in 2017, that this wouldn't happen. To make things worse, I learned that the dealership had switched hands. I thought my case would be even more difficult to push my claim. Luckily Brittney and Trevor at the new Strathmore Dodge took my case. Even though they had nothing to gain from helping, nor had they gained anything from me in the past, they worked their butts off for me because they could see I was wronged. They're moral compasses are hugely intact and I would recommend working with these two individuals if you get the opportunity.
Lucas and Trevor made buying a new vehicle very easy. The best sales service i've had buying any vehicle. They followed through on every promise and went out of their way to make sure that we were looked after in every aspect of buying ,financing and pickup!!

I had bad experiences at Ram Dealers in Calgary. I decided to give the dealer in Strathmore a Chance. My first contact was with Tannis Charuk (Service Advisor) From the first the customer service has been top notch. I have been going there for almost 2 years and each time the customer service is maintaned at exceptional levels. She is very informative and takes the time to explain things, how long it may take, what needs to be done. She also takes the time to keep me updated on the progress of the service and any possible delays while i am in the waiting area. She excells in customer service, communication skills, caring about customer needs. The dealership has recently changed ownership and i hope the ownership recognizes what an exceptional asset she is to the dealership. I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie from Strathmore Dodge. Trevor - the General Manager - was great to work with. His no-nonsense approach was refreshing. Closing was painless with Brittany and Darren did a great job reviewing the many features of the vehicle. The truck itself is a great product which made for an overall great experience.
