I had paid for detailing on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, the wheels and tires had not been cleaned. So of course I had to point this out.

My car changed oil here around middle Nov, I went several short trips without any issue until several days later I had a little longer trip around 10km. The engine stopped running at a traffic light, I couldn’t start the car, and the oil warning light went off. I called CAA to tow my car to Reaume to check. Obviously I made mistake to send my car here to check(shouldn’t trust these people). I couldn’t believe they denied any wrongdoing, and told me the oil was fully filled and car worked fine. The service advisor blame the sensor and tried to convince me to change sensor. No, Reaume, no way I will trust anymore.
I already had my car over 10 years, I never experienced this engine problem. Now I drove another 2 months already after this incident and nothing happened. Reaume, I will never be your customer anymore.

My recent experience with the service team Christina being my service advisor was top-notch.
I have been pretty critical in the past of many of the service centers provided by where I purchased my Chrysler products including standard maintenance services. This experience was 5 star. I was in a hurry, was quickly in, enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate made by a very nice man who works for you, and within a short period of time and was on my way!!! THANK YOU!
Outstanding service. I highly recommend this dealership! Constant professionalism, their service staff was quick, polite and kept me well informed. When the necessary repairs were quoted to me they provided me options and explained the difference between the options.
Horrible Experience. They refused to check the part I wanted checked. Instead they call me telling me they need to take apart my transmission to do further checks for 650 dollars on top of the 150 it costs to read the code on the car. After arguing, they still refused to check that part even though they haven't found the solution yet. It was very clear that this dealer was trying to suck as much money from me as they could when all I wanted was a quick diagnostic on a simple part.
My fiance and I were in a pinch to get into a vehicle since someone rear ended our last car. We dealt with Scott and Brad and they were outstanding. They found us a vehicle that met our needs and they were able to get us into the car 2 days later. Exceptional service and we would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

1000% avoid them. They were not helpful when looking for a vehicle. While they continued to send us emails and letters regarding the vehicles they had in inventory, when it came time to purchase one, they could not accommodate us. They consistently did not answer messages. We had been a customer for over 16 years and this past year they have very much disappointed. We have since gone to Windsor Honda where the service is great! I would never recommend Reaume Chev. they also did not like when I was detailing their vehicles for them. I have never be so disrespected in my life.

My search for a vehicle started 6 months prior to stopping by Reaume Chevrolet. I have driven GM products since I've had a license, so I mistakenly thought I'd venture over to the dark side of other vehicle manufacturers and see what they were all about. Now let me tell you, I went to SEVERAL dealerships and no one wanted to help me. I almost bought an overpriced truck at a mediocre dealership because I was frustrated beyond belief and just wanted my search to be over with. If it wasn't for the man who handles the warranty insulting me I would have been stuck with a unremarkable truck. A couple months later I stumbled across this beautiful GMC Sierra All Terrain online at Reaume Chevrolet. I inquired about it and they said it was sold on condition of financing. The lady took my name and number down and said if it fell through she would give me a call. I was skeptical but sure enough I got a call and raced down there to buy it. They were so polite and laid back at this dealership I was blown away. I want to thank Brad Dupuis and Tara Comartin who handled the sale. I love my truck and I will for sure be buying again from Reaumes.

This place is the real deal in LaSalle. Give the best customer service around and there's no bull. They say what they mean they mean what they say are they backup what they mean to say. Best Dealership that I have dealt with. I have over the years dealt all the big 3 and I have never been treated so nicely. They go out of their way to help and save you money as well as doing any repairs in a timely fashion. This is my second.vehicle in 5 years. I highly recommend them.
I brought in my mothers 2010 Minivan & my 2009 Jeep Patriot for the Silver Detail Package. I just want to say that the work done and the focus on the customer (in this case me) surpassed my expectations. The Minivan as you know was a Christmas Gift and my Mother was thoroughly impressed as was I.

I purchased a 2014 Volt with Brad Dupuis in July. Not only was this the best car buying experience I've had in 25 years of car ownership, but it was one of the best examples of customer service I've ever encountered in any industry. They've managed to balance the disappearing art of treating the customer like a friend while moving into the future with progressive new ways of offering services (like a mini internet cafe while you wait).
Brad was friendly, knowledgeable, tech-savy, and I never felt like I needed to protect myself from uncomfortable sales tactics. He finds ways to make sure you can get in touch with him no matter how busy he is. He responded to emails and text messages very promptly, and you could get him on the phone if you needed to without having to sit on hold for long times.
Despite living closer to other dealerships, the customer service here is head and shoulders above what I had experienced at the other places and is well worth the little extra drive time.
I had my Chevy Silverado, great truck by the way, in for service last week at Reaume Chev. I am a repeat customer. I am always treated in a most respectful manner. Even more then that, everyone one who works there stops to say hello, asks if I need anything, etc. I feel so comfortable and relaxed at Reaume.
