We recently bought a new truck from Marty Knaulls. During this transaction we were treated with respect and I found Marty to be right on time for our appointments so we did not have to wait. Marty is very knowledgeable about all products he sells and some he doesn't sell such as after market products. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought through him and over the years we have found him to be fair as well. We are very pleased with our new truck and when the time comes we will definitely deal through this sales person again. Once the deal was all said & done Marty sent us a little video thanking us for our loyalty which I thought was a very nice touch. Edmonds is a very nice place to deal and we highly recommend it no matter which sales person or financial person you deal with.

Had my vehicale in to program the body control module. No dash lights on nothing wrong with the vehical, saftied the day of service.
After coming out of ward Edmonds I have the abs and parking break light on as well my odometer no longer works. Charged $210 to diagnose the problem they caused and quoted over $3000 to fix the problem they caused. They broke my vehicale, I will update this review if they can get there shit together and rectify the problems they caused. My opinion at this moment is the service manager Stu should quit or probably not touch anyone vehicale till he is properly trained. after waiting 3 weeks to talk to the general manager was agreed to reimburse the fee finally got the part I needed for $250 instead of $3000 and they now refuse to service myself my partner or our vehicals. what is GM huntsville going to cost everyone else
Gotta send out a huge thanks to Jason Cline, one excellent salesman! if i had any questions about the truck he doesn't hesitated to answer me right away! If he wasn't sure how to answer the question, he would always do his best to figure it out and do his own research to help. When we ordered my truck he gave me constant updates as soon as he got them, he notified me when my truck was built and shipped, then continued to send me updates on where it was during shipping. When I went to pick my truck up, Jason spent a good amount of time showing me everything on the truck inside and out, this being my first new truck and myself not being the best at technology, he made absolutely certain i was comfortable with my new truck as well as its abilities, by the end he had set up my Bluetooth and also walk me through the on-star set up, 360 view Camara set up, and my many dash displays that are available to be customized! I could not possibly be happier with the service provided by Jason and his team!
I found the truck I wanted online and contacted the salesperson, Carrie English. She responded almost immediately and very effectively answered all my questions and offered much information about the vehicle. As I was 4 hours away from Edmonds, she sent me very detailed videos of the truck
giving me the confidence to purchase. On the day I was scheduled to pick up truck, everything was ready and truck was exactly as described. In the hour or so that it took to finalize purchase, Carrie went over all the features and technology of this truck. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the way she and all her associates made the long distance deal so simple!
I recently purchased a used car at Edmonds and was served by Pamela M. From the start, Pamela began putting together suitable options from the Huntsville and Orangeville lots. I am so pleased with my new car and I am aware of the efforts that were required by everyone to get me the car and in a timely manner. The big deal for me was the service after the sale. Two months after the sale and regular check-ups are being made by Pamela or the or the other departments to make sure that I am satisfied and well.

This was the easiest car shopping I have ever done in my life, Mardi was fantastic hands down, He listened to what I was looking for and went and brought one exactly what I wanted.spent so much time going through what the car had to offer and answer and questions I had. When I picked up my car he sat in car and guided me through everything and answered all my questions hahah there was a lot but Mardy hung in there and went over and above what was expected. I can’t thank him enough as I had to go see him twice as I couldn’t remember how to do something and well he came out and showed me how to do it again. 2024 GMC 1500 Pro purchased September 3 2024, with Sales agent Marty Naulls. This was my first new truck purchase. The whole process from first walking in, picking what met my needs, finding the vehicle, and signing was an absolute top notch experience. Marty was very knowledgeable, respectful and patient as we worked through the process. All staff including front desk admin to Sales Manager Shane Meek had a family like greeting every time I entered the building. I randomly shoot Marty a text now and then and stop in to shoot the breeze. Highly recommend if your looking for a new vehicle!! Edmonds continues their legacy.

Quoted $80 for synthetic oil change.
Brought the car in for an oil change and requested Synthetic. They put regular oil in and charged $53.46
They admitted thier mistake and asked us to return car and they would fix it and charge us the difference. We went back AGAIN and they put the synthetic in charging us an additional $45.20 for a total of $98.66
Called and spoke to service regarding charges. They were as pleaant as they could be however stood by thier charges.
SO.....Had to go back twice to get the oil change (dont know if the regular oil caused any problems). Was over charged.
