I was a little bit displeased with their sales managers, like they were trying to manipulate me (not a great experience). Honda dealership was much better than that. Toyota dealership was also much better that that.
The mechanics that work there are awesome thought. If there was a separate page to leave a review I would definitely give the service department 5 stars.
Can't get the vehicle you want and if they do the prices are super greasy so bring your negotiating A game. And if they do find one at other dealership don't hold your breath you're getting it. Or in my case put deposit down, find out it's sold and then have to chase up my 5K deposit. Real decent service! Wouldn't expect anything different from a Kelowna dealership though!

Bought 2 Chevrolet's in just over a year here, a 2019 Silverado and then a 2020 Equinox. Both times dealing with Lucas. Will 100% recommend everyone at Kelowna Chevrolet. They got us into the vehicles we wanted for the price we wanted. They worked with us, listened to our scenario and made it all happen, both times within a day.

I gotta say, every time I come into Kelowna Chevrolet and deal with Jordan in the service department, the guy is an absolute joy to deal with. He doesn't hesitate to contact me and, when there's a problem, he has a solution to offer - rather than just saying "you're out of luck."
Had air conditioning witing melt down in Kelowna. They were very accommodating fitting us in and getting us cooled down again!

Your staff were great, not pushy or trying to oversell and Jesse was great. The only thing that bothered me was that the car was listed at 20000 but after a 3000 trade in, when the final invoice was presented it had ballooned to $30,000. I would have preferred if Jesse would have been upfront about the extra costs
This company was the best to deal with. I took a chance and purchasing a vehicle through them online. Joel (the salesman) was top notch from the first time I talked to him inquiring about the vehicle to the end when I left with my new to me vehicle. My experience with the rest of team at K Chev was more than positive experience. They made you feel welcome and warm instantly . I was happy to buy my vehicle here I just did not come away with a nice vehicle but I met some very kind nice people .

I bought a 2002 Silverado 1500 from this dealer through salesman Joel and when i had the truck in recently was told about many repairs that were needed When i bought the truck which i was never told about and also items like brakes which needed to be done 20K ago but a year later after no changes now don"t need to be done even though all brakes were at 60%. Was very mad to find a very thick rats nest in the air cleaner a week after i bought the truck and when i spoke to the owner of Don Folk i was told that it was never noted and nothing they could do seeing the Tech that worked on it never noted it now i have a rat problem in the vent system with no way to prove it. As for the brakes needing to be done 20k ago and not now i was told come of the techs are more aggressive with their examinations which is complete BS. Up sales when they are not in anyway needed is very wrong and untruthful. Beware if you are told something is needed from this dealership please bring it somewhere else first and second don't buy any used vehicles trusting their inspection system. i was told i needed 2150$ in repairs including all fluid flushes when in fact all were recently checked and are in good shape including both diffs T case and transmission.

The staff was nice and helped me order special order items and the service department was good. Service department was competitive with pricing. Went for quote on service work and found their pricing was equally to 5 other service shops but Kelowna Chevrolet had better customer service over the competitors.
Always been a Chevy guy from my first 65 Chevy 2 wagon. Went in to get my truck appraised and figure out which way to go, drove away in more of a vehicle than I initially wanted ( due to creative financial scenarios presented ) but sure am happy with the come back kid "Blazer" or at least my wife is and says I will love it when I get to drive it. Lol

I have been getting my truck repaired and serviced here for about a year now. Their shop rates are competitive and I have been very happy with the quality of their workmanship.
Recently I took my truck in for a repair however, they didn't fix the issue with the initial repair. After letting them know about it, they quickly scheduled another appointment and fixed my vehicle for a very good price. I was really impressed by their eagerness to make things right.
For their friendliness, integrity, quality of parts and service, I highly recommend this dealership!
Wow lied to me right from the start only reason I financed my car was to get better credit as their finance manager put it, when I was able at the time to put down $10,000 and would have went for a better car, they had a sign on their wall a certain number of oil changes for like approx $495 , when I asked about it they said that has been done for a number of years and someone would call me back, nobody ever has and it has been a year, don’t expect any level of service after they get your money....
Nothing has been positive for this dealership and I hope other people read this and go to the nearest Hyundai

It takes a serious level of service and commitment from a team for me to buy a Ford truck at a Chevy dealer, during Ford’s “Employee Pricing” days... but that’s exactly what I did.
It began with the trade in value request I sent it. The salesmen Trevor was all over it responding within hours of what the value might be, what I was interested in, asking about lifestyle and what I need in a vehicle.. Before I knew it I was getting texts about available trucks and what’s coming in and will be available soon, he just knew exactly what was happening on the lot and the dealership.
The unit I picked up needed to be run through the garage and we made a deal that worked for both parties and a bit of an extended timeline. They also did everything they could on the finance side to get me into the truck the day I needed to. There are a few finishes that have yet to be done that we’re part of the deal so I’m expecting they will hold up their end of the bargain but I have no doubt in my mind they will come through.
I don’t know who owns this dealership but I hope he/she knows that the people they have on the front lines dealing with the customers are absolutely killing it. You should be proud of your operation and it will be tough for other dealers to compete..

Bough my car at the beginning of February and I am very pleased and happy with it so far. I have taken many road trips with it since and haven't had any issues. When I changed my tires over from winters to summers the sensors were not connecting to my model so I contacted Kelowna Chev and they fixed it for me without charge and in a timely fashion. Trevor, my sales rep was very helpful and professional the entire process and I am very pleased with the service he provided. Will definitely recommend and come back for any future vehicles. Thanks!!
Kelowna Chevrolet took fantastic care of me after my mechanic had discovered a safety notice on my fuel system. The service team had to do some digging to find the notice, but they did and replaced everything that was faulty and in a very timely manner. They are by far the friendliest and most professional GM dealership in town.
We just recently purchased 2 new vehicles through Kelowna Chevrolet, as well as financed some debt at a much lower interest rate than we were getting charged at the banks, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff (and pups!) are extremely friendly and knowledgeable who give their all to help you out in any way they can. While the financing process did take some time to complete given the complexity of the situation, we were constantly looked after and made comfortable, while the staff was ridiculously patient with our 2 year old son (we owe you Rae Rae!). We went in for 1 new vehicle (although we HAD been looking at the 2nd before hand as well) and came away with 2 because Kelowna Chevrolet went out of their way to make it beneficial to us to do so.
Came in on a whim to look at the new Colorado ZR2's. After a few days of back and forth and hard work by Trevor in the sales department at Kelowna Chev, long story short I traded in my Tacoma and drove off with a new ZR2. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the service i received. Good job guys!

Bought a used truck from Kelowna Chevrolet 5 weeks ago. Great experience start to finish. I left them a great review then.
Now, 5 weeks later.... I finally took my truck for a road trip, 8 hours of driving..... and discovered an issue with my brakes that was never obvious when driving around the city. I took it in the day after I got back and after checking it out they discovered the issue and decided it should have been noticed during the Certified Pre-Owned inspection. They fixed the problem for free and never once made me feel like it was a problem or an inconvenience in any way.

These guys are constantly asking me to trade in a vehicle I don’t even have. They send me a letter every single month! Time sensitive letter, we want your trade in! Well, seeing I haven’t had that car for 4 Years, I’m pretty sure I can’t trade it in...I used to love to buy from here, until now. Your crappy letter trying to get me to buy again is a gross way to communicate with a long term customer. Call me, not send letters every single month. Will now take my business else where
