I have to start this off by saying, the first vehicle Davis Chevy sold me was 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, and it was one of the most reliable vehicles somebody could ask for, and for seven years it got me everywhere I needed to go. I had no choice, but to come back!
Last week I walked out with a brand new 2026 Buick Envision Avenir, I didn’t even go in there wanting a new vehicle. But my salesman Dermot knew exactly what I needed, without even knowing I needed it. I really appreciated that he took a personable touch to his sales, was very attentive, respectful, eager without being aggressive, and honestly seemed just excited as I was to be walking out with that vehicle. I highly recommend his service to anybody, he truly made the experience that much better.

I started looking for a truck around the beginning of May, talked to a couple of dealerships, and all I got was the run around. So one day I decided to stop in at Davis in Airdrie, I was greeted by Jamie the reptionist and Joel in sales. I talked with Joel and explained what I was looking for and he had one but just sold it. So he introduced me to Zach and we chatted for a bit and told me if something came up they would call. A week or so later I finalized a private sale on my old truck and started to panic as I had no vehicle. That day Joel called me and said I have one you have to come see it and once I saw the truck the rest is history. Jamie always has a smile when you walk in the door and always helpful, 10 stars for Jamie. Joel is an amazing salesman, he kept in contact with me and if I had questions he had answers its like a made a new friend, 10 stars for Joel. Omar and Zach also just amazing people to deal with and just genuine people, also 10 stars. Eldon did the application for financing, figured we would hear later that night or the next nope it was 10 minutes after the paperwork was done I was approved, another 10 stars. A couple of days after I picked up the truck having a few issues, called Joel he said no problem we will get you in and get it fixed up and thanks to Jacob and Lucas in service they are helping me out. I apologize for the lengthy review but my experienc with Davis has been amazing and I recommend them to everyone! I brought my company vehicle in for an oil change and window chip repair. Jacob did a great job in getting everything done and was quick to check on me as I waited to make sure I was comfortable and update me regularly. First time ever buying a new vehicle and the process was so smooth and straightforward.
Tyler Smith reached out to me after I was perusing the website looking at this specific Trax. Immediately he was kind and wanted to see if I was interested and setting up a test drive. Fast forward two weeks the test drive comes. Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, calm and charismatic. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would go find out for you. The entire process of selecting the trim, style, colour, payment plan down to discounts and even special packages were straightforward and clear. Not once did I question Tyler of his knowledge and confidence while talking about the vehicle. He even checked in a week before pick up, day of, and even after purchasing to make sure everything was okay :) absolute rockstar.
Jason Brumer was my financial advisor and a good one at that. He explained every single little thing clearly, from the more complicated processes to the packages, warrenty, finance options and interest. Nothing felt limited and he was able to customize a deal that best suited me. Jason is cut and clear and very warm when speaking about the finance portion, specifically payments, extras to the payments and even tells stories about what works best for others and what typically doesn't.

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Davis Chevy. I worked with Eunice, Eldon, and Hilton, and they made the entire experience incredibly easy. From the day I went to look at the car to the day I scheduled to pick it up, everything was completed within a week. The team at Davis went above and beyond with my recent truck purchase. Eldon and Eunice did an amazing job on the sales side and couldn't be happier. I had a few service issues that had to be dealt with at the beginning that Lucas and the service team took care of very well. This is my sixth vehicle bought for m Davis Airdrie and I have always been more than happy with the team at Davis. The management team with Derrick and Spencer always go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are in need of a new vehicle make sure you stop by Davis Airdrie.
We took our vehicle in for servicing only to find out that we actually didn't have an appointment - turned out to be our error not theirs. The service staff were gracious and polite and came up with a plan so we could get an oil change and quick diagnostic check done to see what was going on. I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time and had the answers I needed for a very fair cost. Thank you, service crew!
Great experience
We met Courtney shortly after 6 pm on a Friday. We had a good idea the vehicle that we were looking for, and Courtney showed us a 2014 Trax 1LT. AWD
After she went over the features of the vehicle and both my wife and I sat in each seat, Courtney offered us to take a test drive. My wife drove first and was impressed with the ease of handling and that the seat and steering adjusted so well for her height. I took over driving and found the same as it fits me well for being my size.
We discussed the features further and in the end decided on the Trax 2LT. AWD
We are impressed with the feel of the vehicle both in the city and on the highway, and after 700 km we are averaging 7.4 Litres / 100 km.

My service advisor, Jordan Jones, explained everything very clearly to me, so even with my limited understanding of engines/vehicles I was able to get a clear picture of the issues. Jordan also kept in constant contact by phone and text at every step of the process, so there were no surprises. Excellent service tech! We currently own 3 Davis Chevrolet-purchased vehicles and have nothing but praise for the sales and service staff at Davis. Keep up the good work!
well I could probably wright at least two paragraphs on Davis but I will try and keep it as short as possible. I'm not going to lie, our first two experiences with Davis were less than pleasurable, but being new to Airdrie we were not sure where else to take our GMC trucks. After the second not so great experience I decided that it was time to talk to Brad the service manager. After talking to Brad he assured me that they were completly at fault (a rarity these days) and he informed me that it would be disscussed at their next staff meeting and that I would be compinsated. A week later I brought in my other GMC truck for service and was treated amazingly.
About a month later I had my check engine light come on on my 2011 Dodge one ton. I took it to the the dodge dealership and was treated like a number and was told that they could get me in the following tuesday ( a week later for a 5 min scan)! I needed to haul horses in two days and needed to know if my truck was ok to haul. I took a chance knowing that Davis is a GMC dealership but thought that maybe they could do the 5 minute scan that Dodge apparently didnt have time to do. Mark (the service staff) was on it. He told me he wasn't sure if his reader would work but was at least willing to try....he was able to receive the information and reset my truck. These guys have gone above and beyond to provide great customer service and made efforts when needed to rectify any complaints/concerns.

The entire team was great to deal with. Eunice went over and above with customer service making sure I got into the right vehicle (I changed my mind 3 times....heck I would have given up on me. ) She was patient, is extremely knowledgeable about the products she is selling and if she doesn't know something she finds out for you, trust me I always have A LOT of questions…. Glen and Jeff closed the deal, again very knowledgeable and I found them very personable and pleasant to deal with. Lastly Rick stepped up to the plate and had my best interest in mind. Thanks team!!

A bit of the hard nose coming out of me here. I had a box cover put on the truck, the drain tubes were installed so the water was exiting inside the box.... I need my tools to stay dry, having the drain tubes exit on the inside of the box kind of defeats the purpose of having a cover if you are going to just drain the water into the box anyways. I bought a few plastic elbows and I rigged up a drain system through two of the plastic caps in the bed. Problem solved. Secondly, granted it was raining but I would have liked to have seen the truck detailed a little better when I picked it up. Again little things like removing the blue covering on the white lettering on the wheels. Trivial yes but I was brought up if you are going to do something right, do it right or don't do it at all.

I dislike when dealerships pounce on you and push you on the hard sell. However I don't like walking around on a lot for 20 minutes and not being greeted. It's a hard balance and Davis Chevrolet has it just right.

Seriously I don't think I have had a more pleasurable experience buying a new vehicle than I did with my latest purchase.

Davis Chevrolet will probably be disappointed with me that I did not score them a 5. But if I scored them a 5 they would not work to improve in this area. This will affect me in three years when I go to buy my next new vehicle from them, see how that works :-)
