5 Star rating foresure! A year ago I began leasing a 2011 GMC Sierra from Wheaton GMC in Saskatoon, and the sales associate I dealt with was RJ Johnson. Of all the bad stereotypes you hear about car salesman, RJ was the furthest from that. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all honest. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me into anything. Once I did decide on the Sierra he walked me through everything and helped me set up my bluetooth and Onstar. It was a pleasure dealing with RJ and the other staff at GMC Wheaton, I would recommend this location to anyone else looking to buy or lease new or used vehicles. RJ also followed up to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle (which I very much am!), and even sent a Christmas card! Just shows how much they care. Very pleased.

My wife and I had been shopping for a low km used Convertible this past fall. Wheaton had a fantastic late season deal on a 2006 Mustang GT. Low KMs and it is just drop dead gorgeous!!

I had done my home work and the car was an exceptional value and James - our Salesman made the purchase a very enjoyable experience.
James went out of his way to to arrange our test drive so that it would coincide with my very crazy out of town work schedule and continued to provide great service through out the purchase process.

Scott, the General Manager continued the great service and quickly corrected a few minor issues that were revealed shortly after our purchase! {the fan control failed the gas gauge had the hicups}.

I think that is what is the most impressive -- Wheaton did't run and hide just because of a few minor issues. They stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park.

Scott demonstrates a commitment to his customers and a business acumen that is truly worthy of admiration. He is honest, fair and -- well ---- really a heck of nice guy!!

No lip service here - They really walk the walk and talk the talk.
Quality vehicles, great prices, fantastic customer service!!

I don't usually bother with these "testimonial" reviews (no time - I have better things to do) but, Scott Cook and Wheaton Saskatoon earned my respect and they deserved to know about it.

I previously had a 2008 Sierra which I recently traded in for a 2013. I enjoy dealing with Wheaton for a number of reasons but above all its the customer service I receive from RJ Johnson. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from RJ and its always a very smooth experience. I feel he's trustworthy and patient and I know he helps me make the best decisions for the best price. Wheaton is overall a great place to deal with but it's the customer service from RJ that keeps me coming back. I recommend anyone I know looking for a vehicle to see him.

WARRANTY EXPERIENCE FROM H-E-double hockey sticks !!! Passing through Toon town I swung through Wheaton's lot and spotted a beautiful used Yukon. The salesman was very helpful with my situation and we quickly made a trade. I was back on the road in a flash. Just months before warranty was up the transmission failed. Living in the north my gm dealership options are slim. The nearest dealership meant a flat deck tow truck and phone calls to a shop hours away. The warranty only covered the tow to the nearest dealer within 300km and I thought that was fine. BOY was I Wrong!!! They were quick to deny me warranty because of improper maintenance, but a suggested maintenance, not an actual recommended one. The manual said 160,000km but according to them I should have had the transmission serviced by 80,000km! While trying to cope with a sudden $5000 bill that should rightfully be a warranty item I decided to phone Wheaton GM and rip a strip off somebody. There was no need, who ever I talked to heard me out and took my information for the other dealership. Within days I received a phone call that my Yukon would be ready for pickup. When I arrived to get my truck they slapped a $200 starter bill at me but the transmission was fully covered. I requested the old starter and he charged me another $40. He said it was a core charge. I took the starter to the nearest parts store equipped with the tester to print out test results and it passed with flying colors. I am heading back to the city next week on business and will stop by Wheaton GM to get my winter servicing and a few other minor issues dealt with while knowing my truck will be tip top and ready to go back up north for another year. Its a 600km drive for me to get the level of service Wheaton provides and its worth it. Since I stumbled across that lot just off circle drive, 3 of my friends have started scheduling their maintenance with them and are just as satisfied as I am. Keep up the great work guys or I will be back on here cursing and swearing!! LOL

Outstanding Experience

If you're looking for an excellent, no pressure environment to make a purchase - don't go anywhere else. This is the 5th time we've dealt with Wheaton GM and have gotten to know Ross and Peter well. The atmosphere of family values and honesty permeates the entire business. We just feel really, really great about our relationship, the service and entire experience at Wheaton - as always.
