Was able to get us in and get looked at quickly and Staff was friendly, but completely misdiagnosed our vehicle. They claimed we needed a new ECM and sensors when what was actually needed was $100 egr valve.

Over an hour and half for a prescheduled oil change. Friendly staff, horrible service. I prebooked and when booking told them I had to be on the way quickly. They took my appointment then had no staff to do the oil change nor the filter needed for my vehicle even though they were aware I was coming in advance. Haven't ever had an oil change take over 30 minutes EVER at any dealer, even when pulling up with no appointment. Do not come here for services.

I have taken my truck in to Murray Chev for oil changes, for lift kit installation and when I had an error code for the engine showing on my dash. Hugh was the service person that took my vehicle in each time. I got it back on the promised time with the work properly completed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. His attitude was reflected with all the other service staff I met as well. I was so impressed I called the service manager and complimented his selection and training of his service team. Highly recommend doing service work at Murray Chev. Thank you all.

I was traveling a long distance(1400kms) when I had an issue with my new truck, the service staff took us right in and got us back on our way in less than an hour.
We had never been there before but they treated us like long time customers.
Alyssa in the service dept was excellent, there were others involved but I don't know they're names.

So I had a review that stated two stars, and that it "was just a dealership" but I've recently had another experience that was filled with nothing but good service, I had an issue with my vehicle that was catastrophic, something happened during the repairs that cause more work to be done. So they gave me a vehicle to drive, ended up doing more repairs than was originally planned. And was still ended up being quoted around the same price. They kept me informed the entire time on what was going on, and that I wasnt surprised. I haven't gotten the final bill yet. But I wouldn't expect that anything in this review is gunna change. Very satisfied with everyone in the service department. If they're reading this, you guys are doing a good job. Cheers.

This dealer has a terrible policy for courtesy cars available for their customers who are from out of town and would like to run errands while their car is being worked on. Any other dealership has no problems lending a loyal customer a loaner for a few hours. Save yourselves some time and get your services done elsewhere.

We are new to Moose Jaw and decided we'd purchase a pre-owned GM Certified vehicle from our local Murray GM. The initial sale went well (only reason I am even giving two stars), but after the sale it was far from good.

Our vehicle broke down less than a week into ownership when leaving Moose Jaw for a road trip. They were pretty good about getting us into a rental, the biggest issue was going from our SUV (around 26 mpg) to a rental truck (20 mpg). We had a 3000 km round trip so the fuel cost was a lot more than our little SUV. We were also forced to cut our trip a day short because they needed the vehicle back prior to our planned return trip. They rushed us to sign paperwork to get us out since it was after their working hours.

We ended up with a stone chip on the rental, and we were told they couldn't fill it because it was a new vehicle... It was weird to me that we were unable to choose who would replace the windshield through insurance, nowhere in the paperwork I signed did it say Murray had to fix any damage. I had conversations with the used car manager at the time about the claim number and how we would pay the deductible (through text). Apparently the communications between departments is nonexistent, as the used sales manager couldn't relay our conversation about the claim to the service department. I found this out after looking at my bank statement, I had a charge for over 800 dollars without any heads up from Murray (no receipt or bill was ever mailed). They wrote the incorrect contact phone number and this was their reasoning I was charged without being informed.

At the end of all this I got a really loose apology about the wrong phone number. No apology for the bad communication and the 800 dollar charge.

I waited until everything was resolved prior to writing this review. Unfortunately, I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership and its service department. I'm sure issues happen at any dealership, but I would hope other dealerships have better communication...

We very much like the truck we purchased however, the post purchase detailing of the truck before pickup, was way below other dealership standards. There is dirt and grease on the interior roof, there was mud under the front seats from the back seat area and all the front seat rails were caked in mud. The carpet under the floor mats wasn't vacuumed or washed.
Other issues, such as getting the tonneau cover sorted out so it would lock and popping the dent out of the rear quarter panel was very much appreciated.

I have only owned my 2011 Equinox 2 LT since October 2013 and have had several problems with it. I am not satisfied with it but I appreciate the service I have received from your dealership with regards to fixing the problems. GM has met me half way on this last problem and that is appreciated as one shouldn't expect these kinds of problems from a relatively new vehicle.
