Tried to buy a vehicle from here, set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. People walked in without an appointment and bought from underneath us while we drove 2 hours to go see it. Dealership said they would make it right but have yet to make any effort to do so. Not impressed with the service from the sale staff

The 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 3.0L diesel on the other hand was a nightmare. Within 3 oil changes I had oxygen sensors, a shock, a front control arm, a ball joint, the def system and the final straw was an exhaust valve. The vehicle was kept in the shop for 38 days total among the numerous visits to the dealership in Prince Albert. This resulted in many days off work as I work rural and have a lengthy commute.
I received the vehicle back after a 25 day warranty stay and within two days I had a CEL and a brake service light come on. The vehicle was not reliable and I no longer trusted it. GMC client care was useless and Shellbrook Chev Olds was just as much help. The owner , Rob, did nothing to stand behind the product they sell offering me a run of the mill deal on a different truck.
There was no effort to make it right or to try to keep me as a customer as I ended up getting a way better deal from a competing manufacturer. The boys at Riverside dodge, where I’ve bought several Rams, wanted me back as a customer and they went above and beyond in making a deal that made sense in my situation.

Amazing staff. Very welcoming and friendly. A small town chev dealer with big city savings. Everything you'd expect, and more of what you'd want out of your dealer. 100% recommend.
5 star experience from John K. the salesman and his wife in finance at Shellbrook wouldn’t hesitate to send people his way. Took less on trade but the car did have issues. But making me drive 4.5 hours north to change up the offer on location is a tricky sales tactic from the sales manager so be aware of that. Im happy with the truck though.
Brought the truck in may 30th for an air bag recall.
When I picked it up,the dash was cracked. Guy who did it said there was no problem,he was sorry and ordered a new panel.
When I proceeded to call shellbrook chev in July wondering where the part is,they said they never ordered it but they will now.
Then I proceeded to call once again in December where they said they never ordered it but they will now.
Now it’s March and I went straight into shellbrook chev to see where the part was. The guy told me that they never did order the part and that the dash cracking was not their fault. He told me there was a possibility of it cracking because it was a 10+year old truck…but he never told me that before I brought it in.
Why would they not fix what they broke?
I know it was a free air bag change and it’s just a tiny crack,but honestly could’ve done better myself. Over all just super annoying.What a shame.
Worst Dealership, had very bad experience .They sold 2019 Toyota Camry to me paid 22.000$ including tax after second day car started making problema ,engine check light was cleared when I went for test drive . I had in different shops no one can figure out why has misfire code, Seens yesterday I dropped to Toyota they call me and said takes time to see what’s rong .
John and Cid were both really helpful in answering all our questions!

Parts guy has no clue how to look up parts when 3 other Chevy dealers have no problem !!!
I go here a lot and each time it’s Fabulous service! Even for an oil change they check and fill my tires with air (if need be) and with no extra no charge, they also always make sure to let me know if anything is looking like is wearing down on my vehicle or if something is wrong that I wouldn’t of noticed on my own! I recommend there service! They get it done well and fast!! they also always remember to update the computer, so it doesn’t still say “change engine oil soon” after. thank u for ur great service!
Communication issue to customers from staff. Advised them I worked a 12 hour day on the day my truck was booked in for an appraisal. So I dropped my truck off early in the am and the keys later that morning. Thinking they would phone me when it was done…. No one phoned me and no one left me the keys in the outside drop box when I specifically said I work untill 7PM and wouldn’t get back by closing time. I am currently stuck in shellbrook writing this review and awaiting a ride because I live out of town. I will not be coming here again for anything.
I really don't like writing negative reviews but the customer service has been declining here. Alot. Very rude and snarky. This is about the 4th time I've encountered this. Not helpful at all. Condescending in fact. I've been going here for years for service, purchases and parts. I think I'm done after this last phone call.
Absolutely horrible service. They messed up both my trucks at the body shop. I went back and they said, there older vehicles it is what it is. What ever happened to caring for the customer.
They charged sgi for new AC Delco parts. I have the paper work. And got used parts from the wrecker and took the full payment for themselves. And I was left with used and after market parts that Did not only not line up, and didn't match. Body lines were crooked and the management refused to help me. Very arrogant group of people. I made a choice to support you as has my family for many years. You just lost a whole family legacy of loyal business.
Worst dealer ever since new management. Disrespectful to life long customers, worst of all they will rip you off not even trying to hide it. Really too bad.
