Bought a Yukon Denali Oct-2023. My car completely shut down since Dec 27. It has been sitting in this dealer lot since. It appears that they only have 1 mechanic available.. who doesn’t work on weekends and allegedly won’t be back until January 7….
I have no car, can’t go to work since they didn’t provide a loaner car either.
In summary avoid buying a GMC and avoid this dealership.
Thank you for the response. There was no mention to us regarding signing any repair order this can be verified by the receptionist and the manager on duty (Dec 27) who spoke to us. Why wouldn’t we sign it if it’s in our benefits to get our car fixed?
I understand having holidays, no one is debating this. There are multiple working days in between Dec 27,2024 and now.
The opinion remains, there was no help to our situation from this dealership. Does your comment “it’s not by trying to dirty our dealership that your vehicle will be repair any faster, in the contrary!” mean that my car will not be worked on by your dealership?

I have been waiting on a new windshield for my 2024 Buick EnVista Avenir for 3 months now and told they have no idea when one will arrive. The current windshield has a horizontal crack that goes across the entire car making visibility difficult. Very disappointed in the after care.

I have lost all trust in this dealership because of the service department. Twice i have brought in my vehicle for issues and twice i leave with a bill and nothing is fixed... if only that was it... On my second visit they manage to damage my overhead consol and when i point it out to them, the technical advisor claimed they did not do it. (I have picture taken 2 days before). Only when i demended to speeak to GM Canada was i met with the Director telling me to either have a refund on the service and forget about the damages done to my vehicle or they can replace the damages but i would not get a refund. I perceived this a very insulting as i never demended any refund from the start. They are untrustworthy. Looking now into my options to sell the car, never want to deal with them again.

I had inquired and was scared away. They tried to add a warranty I did not want for $4000 above asking price. They told me it covered all parts, after reading about it, that was a lie! They are dishonest here.
As a person from Ontario, I purchased a 2021 Certified GM Vehicle in October 2023. At the time I was happy, that subsided as I took it to Jim Wilson GM, Orillia Ont. for recertification it failed. THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE for a couple of reasons. I was left with a $2120.40 repair bill. I reached out to Action Chevrolet, to call my dealership immediately and they did nothing and i needed it fixed asap. Action Chevrolet has refused to help me with any of the bill. This company makes their money by taking advantage of people. In my opinion Luc Faubert, Vincent Cloutier and Diego Millan Diaz are incompetent of doing business properly and lack professionalism. See the attached bill that I was stuck with because of the negligent personnel at, dealership ACTION CHEVROLET.
Edit to A-Chevrolet, yes thank you for confirming that you did nothing to help and had the unreasonable expectation for me to travel 700km to have the deficiencies fixed. You also confirm tha you do the bare minimum required by law to help your customers It's all laughable... and the whole reason this is posted and why hundreds of potential customers will never work with you again.

I had a bad experience at this place.. went 3 times to look at the new 2024 Envista & Encore , a second time to test drive and a 3rd time to leave a deposit on my final choise . So far salesman Sylvain very helpful, then when came time to leave deposit and agree on a final price he came back from having spoken with his Manager saying that all cars leaving this dealer had a mandatory protection shield on them , therefore the price was increased of close to 800$ , I told him this was Illegal and walked out furious and insulted of having lost my time there. I even made a formal complaint to GM. I finally went to Deschamps Ste Julie where the service was exceptional and got my 2024 Envista within 2 weeks from a cancelation, and the final price was 1000$ less.
To respond to dealer answer !! Well this is what i was doing ordering a car that was to arrivie in January so did not had the film applied to yet, and i did mot want it .. so your answer is irrelevant and in 3 visits I was never told about this. Anyhow to your liberty to try to scam people
I bought a used Traverse 2020 Lt with 38,000km and when I saw it for the first time, it was very dirty inside and out. I was told it had just come in and that they did not have time to clean it. I was disappointed and ready to leave. So, the used car dealer Jonathan Allard said he would do his best to deliver the car and make it look new again. He was very convincing. It took a little over a week but when it was delivered, the SUV was like new inside and out. For a demanding costumer, I was very satisfied with the results. Did not think he could pull it off but he worked his butt off to make sure I was happy. We went out for lunch and a cappuccino, it was my treat.

Had a lease (my father) with Action and their customer service throughout my interactions with them was terrible. Half way through the lease, I needed to do a lease transfer due to unforeseen circumstances. I dealt with a guy named Vincent, he was rude, contradicting himself and provided incorrect infomation. I ended up going to Racine Chevrolet Buick GMC in St-Jean and it wasn't even comparable, their representatives and service was top and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend going to Racine instead of Action!

I went to buy an electric Bolt, and the seller didn't even try to sell. no stock for electric vehicles, he didn't even try to offer me a hybrid or other vehicle, "We don't have electric cars, come back in 3 months" I can understand that they are out of stock ... but at least they could have given me the price.

I had an awful experience at this place today! Have an older car and needed a wiper transmission change. Was overcharged for the parts: Cad$256 +txs while you can buy it at the store for $160! The labour cost is extremely high too. In addition was charged $11 for “Other” cost category which I have no idea about! Totally with taxes paid $486 for small one hour repair- complete rip-off!! I wish I can contact the manager and claim a refund and solve this in a professional manner.
I had ordered a Corvette C8 from this dealer and was told I was 15th. So today I phoned to see where I was at and they tell me I am now 18th!!!! So I will never buy anything from them. These cars are very hard to get, so if you are going to screw me over, forget about me. If this keeps up I will go back to buy a Mustang GT, instead. Never had trouble with my Stangs. Chevy dealerships don't respect their clients.

They told me to wait 1-1.5h max. They refuse to bring me at home (like "we're really busy today"). I waited almost 4 hours for change tires. Chevrolet in Montreal was way better...
Horrible customer service and worst service ever. I went for an oil change and tire change. I was given the wrong tires by another Chevrolet during my purchase in the summer. I brought it here without knowing i was given the wrong tires. So, the service department decided to start work on my car without even checking or opening my tires. Eventually, they decided to charge me just taking out two tires and then realizing my original tires do not even fit. Upon, telling them that they should contact the original chevrolet dealer about this. They told me its my problem and i have to pay for just taking the tires out.
I also had a 100 dollar credit given to during my purchase which this dealer was like oh we can"t apply it here. Meanwhile the other dealer was like use it at any chevrolet. Honestly, you walk into these car dealers to buy a car and they greet you with the world of sweetness and kindness. When it really comes to show how much they can offer in terms of service its all about how much money can we juice out of our clients. Way to go chevrolet! You guys are doing a great job!!!!!!!!!

Missed informed and charged $200 for inspection without any repairs. Be careful before bringing the car as I was charged $200 for checking rear break and front wheel noise. Which I actually told them has to be repaired and they said don't worry we'll check with your insurance and let you know how much the repair is and when I asked is there a fee he said don't worry thats just small fee. My insurance advised me they don't deal with that particular service center
The service department is good, honest, helpful and punctual, it's not your typical dirty place, believe it's clean, and shiny, the staff is not the irresponsible who tells you, you can not drive your car, it is in dangerous,if you leave the garage the car is going to self-destruct, they always give you a clear budget.
Bought a 2018 lightly used vehicle from Action, Donald Roundtree was great to deal with. I am from out of province and he trusted me enough to take my trade-in unseen. I bought an unseen SUV from him. SUV was as described but better. He had everything all ready for me to sign and go. Great Dealership!!

We recently bought a used 2014 Cadillac SRX Premium SUV. We rarely take the time to write online reviews, however, in this instance, we felt compelled to do so. The staff and management team (Pierre T., Sebastien M., Fanny D. and Denis G.) were very patient, and courteous with us. They made the buying experience a very positive one, and we absolutely recommend this dealership. We are from eastern Ontario.

Bought a used honda civic and that was fine. But service is awful. I brought the car in twice for then to check the vibrations in the brakes and both times they found nothing. Third time they finally believed me when they took a test drive with me. The back rotor was oval and only vibrated when it heated up. They replaced it. Now they misplaced my winter tires and it is taking over three hours to change my tires. They are pleasant but have terrible hours with no evening or weekend service and I have to take time off work to get any service done.
