We were travelling a very long way and had a repair that multiple dealers we passed refused to help with. All around great place to deal with. Lost a tire on my truck. Limped it to mission motors. Service department were awesome to deal with and got me in right away. While waiting, started looking at trucks. Decided to trade in. Started talking to Dave and Abi. They were super helpful and got me in a new gmc. They even stayed 2 hours late so I could pick up my truck and drive home. (Im from thunder bay) Katy was very helpful and went through the finances with me and got exactly what I was looking for. They even gave me a loner car to get to work and back while my truck was getting ready. Would highly recommend.

Travelling through the area with our trailer, we had our alternator die on our Silverado. Tyler, from Mission towing, rescued us on the trans Canada hwy.. Not only did Tyler expediently haul the truck up on the bed, he quickly got the trailer safely rigged up for the tow Tyler dropped the vehicles at the dealership and arranged a motel where he dropped us off for some much needed rest. The truck was repaired the next morning and we were headed for our long trip home to SW Ontario. We couldn't be more impressed with the professional service from Tyler. Great job Mission on hiring such amazing employees. Not sure how much Tyler gets paid but he deserves a raise!! (and we loved meeting his dog too when he picked us up in town the next day to return us to our vehicle)

We had a check engine light come on, we called Mission and Dawn was kind enough to get us in, have a tech check it out and get us back on the road. We are heading home from our vacation and had spent the night in Wawa. We had felt a shimmy in truck and stopped in here, they were very kind to us, one of the mechanics came out, torqued our wheels and gave us some good advice.

Took my vehicle in for a general safety. I had a good idea what was going to be flagged. What I did not expect was my working door to come back broken with a $300 custom fix bill attached to it. When we asked to talk to the mechanic we were told he was too busy to talk to us. I asked my brother in law to take a look and he had it fixed again within 10mins. I would recommend other options within town before going to Mission Motors.
I dropped by unexpectedly with a leaking tire-driving a non-GM vehicle. I was so impressed with the treatment I received. From the staff member in the lobby, to Mike the mechanic, who solved my problem-first rate Dealership. If I lived in the area these are the folks who I would want to service my vehicles. Truck broke down 10km out of Chapleau on my way home from bird hunting. Called to get a tow and was informed I would not be provided with transportation home. I was told "someone will pick you up eventually". I had my dog, a limit of birds, and a firearm in the truck. After trying to explain I cannot leave a firearm in my truck while it's being towed to Wawa the lady was quite rude. I'll say what I told her - After spending $60,000 on a new truck, you'd think you'd get some service. Toyota in the Sault will be my first stop when the truck makes it home. The breakdown isn't a huge deal, things happen - But the lack of service I've experienced at this dealership makes it an obvious choice to trade out. I guess because I didn't buy it there, they don't want my business, but with warranty I have no choice.

Pulled in with transmission issues...they allowed us to stay in our RV waiting for an appointment the following day. They referred us to Spadoni GMC in Terrance Bay for parts they didnt have...we were able to make our way there and resolve our issues! Friendly helpful...supportive.

Had an issue with my Chev Silverado and the folks at Mission Motors fixed the vehicle in the timeline promised at a very reasonable price. I also had an issue 9 years ago with a rad in our then Chev Astro van. It took a couple days for us to get a new rad up to Wawa and while we camped with our tent trailer they gave us a loaner vehicle so we could get groceries etc. with our four kids. They go above and beyond. Great place.

My van broke down just as I pulled into Lake Superior Provincial Park. I had it towed to Mission Motors on Monday. They had it fixed and the cost was exactly what they estimated. It was great service, the staff were friendly and I would recommend them!!
Charged my grandma $72 dollars to mount a tire. One tire! While stranded. The lady said they were doing her a favor because they usually charge $78. I just paid $18 a per tire at another shop. Couldn't believe the price when she told me. Unreal.

Had a great experience getting a safety done. I was in a time crunch to get a BC car registered in Ontario and after a very busy day at the garage they stuck around after 5 on a Friday to get a few minor jobs done so I could pass. Really appreciated the extra effort and professionalism.

I got a safety hundred fifty bucks possibly too much call the exhaust leak on the manifold which there was none two broken bolts but not leaking.
Mike from Mission Motors helped me and my mom out on the highway between Wawa and Sault Ste Marie. Mike helped my mom get some gas in her empty tank and offered to call me when he was back in cell service so my mom did not have to worry. I cannot describe how incredible Mike's customer service and compassion was. He genuinely cared about his customers and their well being.
They didn't fix anithing correct on my car... They posed my tires, 2 of them wasen't good and they didnt told me anithing.... Avoid if you can and wait till you are at thunder bay or sault sainte marie for Any mechanic repairs
