I went to Myers West and did some prelimianary negotiating with the intention of coming in the next day and finalizing a deal. That night I did an unhaggle report for my intended vehicle. With the info I received from unhaggle, I realized I could purchase more options (as the vehicle was to be built to order) and at less than my preliminary cost. I brought my report to Myers and they pretty much agreed to my proposal and all negotiations lasted about a half hour. Myers also allowed me to participate in any promotions (if they could apply) until my vehicle arrived. My salesman Drew Ferdinand was extremely helpful through the whole peocess and made me feel as if he was working for me instead of Myers.
This couldn't have been easier. I received my premium offers and couldn't get the colour I wanted but no problem the dealership found an acceptable alternative gave me the same pricing. Nick at Myers Kanata got me into the truck I wanted and made the whole experience a pleasure.
Anthony martin did his best in helping me. But I did't take his advice and bought a ford focus from Dupuis ford in Casselman. To be frank I hate the deal I made. If II could do it again I would take Anthony's advice'I do not like this car and would take a loss to make it right.
I approached Anthony Martin of Myers West, and brought a copy of my UnHaggle report. We agreed on a 4% dealer markup and signed the deal for a new Silverado. I am extremely fussy about details - colour, options - and the vehicle must be ordered from the factory.
During the wait, Anthony has arranged for winter tires which will be installed before delivery. In addition Anthony has provided me with a weekly update on the manufacturing status (this is a detailed internal report produced by OrderWorkBench).
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Anthony. Anthony, and the dealership he represents are straightforward, honest, and reliable.
We bought a Cruze from here in 2014. The staff were very polite and there was no sales pressure. I presented my numbers for what I was willing to pay and the purchase process was very easy. I would recommend this dealership.

Worst ever buying a car experience I faced EVER!!! Provided sales guy a VIN number of the car I wanted, which was located in another GM dealership. This car was equipped with a blackout package that I wanted. After some negotiation with a salesman about this car, agreed on the price and signed the papers. After several days I received an email from the same salesman that my car is ready for a pick up. I arrived to the dealership and saw my dream car that was looked amazing. Unfortunately this time I didn’t verify a VIN number to make sure I received the car I asked, because I was too excited of the new car, and also because the trust that have been created between me and this guy. I took the car home and then just only next day I figured out that the car I received is not the car I agreed with a salesman. The car I received was even cheaper than the one I wanted, because it was missing the blackout package. Emailed salesman wright away for clarification on why he sold me another car without telling me. All what I’ve got from him were just standard excuses such as we wanted to accommodate your requirements with a payment amounts, or we have been done our best for you and your family, or they couldn't take the car from this dealership because of the competition between, or we are always here to help you, etc… This is not my first time I’m buying a new car, however I couldn’t believe that salesman can go so far and tricks you such dirty way. Very disappointed!!!
I go to GM to rotate my winter wheels out for summer wheels on my 1 ton dually. I believed it was safe to assume GM knows my vehicle best. How is it that mechanic can put the wheels on wrong? I go to GM because they are supposed to know my truck but obviously putting the correct rim combinations together is not known to some mechanics (aluminum front, aluminum outside rear, steel inside). Although the sevice advisor was helpful in sorting out the obvious issue, the mechanic... not so much. This experience was not what I expect from a GM truck service center.

Was looking for a very specific vehicle...Chevy Equinox, V6, AWD, Trailering Package with an LT trim package minimum. That of course bumped me back a few years, I'm just fine running a pre-loved vehicle.

Overall not the best experience i had setup a test drive appointment, as we were interested in two specific cars, after we set up the appointment my husband then called, maybe 10 minutes later, to see about getting an earlier time only to be informed that both cars were gone one had even been sold the week prior, yet they still had them listed. Then when we asked about the other options listed for the same car in different colors we were then told only one was still available so we decided to test drive that one, once we get there not only was it not available it wasn't even in Ottawa.
I don't think we'll be car shopping here anytime soon.
If you're looking to buy a car, this is where you need to go. Period. This dealership is full of caring staff that go out of their way to provide you with superior service.
