Drove all the way from Orleans to view a Yukon Denali. When we arrived the lady we spoke to said that it was sold 10 minutes after getting off the phone with us. There was no contact made after the initial phone call to let us know. Fast track a few days later I see the same Yukon still advertised on Facebook so I sent a message and they said it is available. No follow up from the dealership. We ended up going to Myers Orleans and purchased there. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t seem like they’re interested to sell.

I always have terrible service here. Work is never done on a timely basis. I am constantly told that if I make the first (8am) appointment I will get out early. Never the case. I always go an entire day without my vehicle whether I take it in for a cleaning, an oil change or other service. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Customer service here is atrocious.

We called the service department to ask if they could do a scan of the DEF system in our truck. It was giving error messages and we had a trip planned the next day. They told us to come right in, and not only did they do the scan, they fixed the problem right away. They determined that it was a warranty thing and we drove a fixed truck away after 2 hours, no charge. Dylan and his team in the service department went above and beyond. This will be our go to service centre from now on. And If we are ever in the market for a new vehicle, Myers in Kemptville will be our first stop.

Called to make an appointment to find out why my engine light was on. After waiting I was told they do not have the right tools to tell me what the problem was. So I paid 50$ only to be told I would have to take my car to a Hyundai dealer. Wish they would have told me that before taking my money :(. Very disappointed.

I mentioned it 3 times to make sure to install the TPS sensor back in the new rim. After 2 hours waiting to have 1 tire put on 1 rim, guess what? No sensor in the new rim! Now I have to go back and waste more time for them to do the whole thing over again. Find a new tire guy

Stuck at home with my kids. So happy to have the service department come pick up my truck and service it and drop it off again after. So convenient. When this is over. Charge me $10 for this and I’ll be there there to pay. This dealer has done nothing but surprise me and impress me. NOT all dealers are the same. Even when owned by the same owner. This place is a hidden gem.

Myers GMC Kemptville was amazing to deal with. I drove 3 hours to meet with Sales Representative Tim Maclean. He was very attentive and knowledgable with a great sense of humour. General Manager Bob McVeigh was great when working through the deal and my trade in. When it came to the financing part, Micheal Elliott was very good at explaining the options and working out the numbers to what I was comfortable with. Overall, I did not feel pressured at all and I felt that I was the most important person they were dealing with the whole time. Tim was and still is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend attending Myers Kemptville and ask for him as your sales representative.

I have 2 cars that I have brought for services in-stead of honda or acura dealers, (honda odyssey and acura MDX), last time service person Brandon, told me that I have issue with tire balancing and he charged me for that, later on still the problem was there in my Honda car, then he told me that I have alignment issue and they charge me again for that as well. Even though they were charging me for changing tires as that was done by them on earlier services about 1 week ago. I would not prefer to bring any of my car now on-word to Myers as I spend more then 1500 $ dollar on my cars and not satisfied with the services.even though I ask for coupon for services they did not feel comfortable giving any of those.

Service was prompt and courteous. My only issue is that we called ahead to ask the price for a synthetic oil change on my vehicle (and we told them which vehicle we wanted the change on). When I was settling up the bill, I noticed the charge was more than the quoted $59.95. When I questioned it, I was told my vehicle needed "different" synthetic oil because it was European. Getting this price at the end was disappointing, given that we had asked the price of a synthetic oil change, specifically for that vehicle when we called to book the appointment.

Horrible experience...I bought my two previous vehicles from Osborne Chevrolet (Previous Dealership Owners). I expected the same level of service but Myers is only interested in making as much money as they can. The trade in offer provided was not even close to being competitive.

Arrogant salesman with very limited knowledge who tried to convince me a factory undercoating was the same as spraying the undercarriage with used motor oil.

I'm looking forward to dealing with Shawville Ford who offered me twice as much for my trade in. All my service requirements will now be going to 416 auto.

You have just lost a valued customer who has been going to your garage for the past 14 years and spent tens of thousands of dollars in sales and service.

I had my car detailed on the 25th of April picked it up in the morning on the 26th and when I looked over the car they missed quite a few things the car was dirty in the first place and I would have understood if they missed spots or couldn't get them clean but the fact that they didn't even bother to clean certain areas like dust in the vents, dirt in the shifter, the back of the seats are still dirty, no one told me there were any issues with the clean when I picked up the car, they in fact rushed me out. I called to speak to someone about this and was told that by the girl at reception that it was unacceptable that they had missed the spots and unfortunately service was extremely busy so she couldn't get through to them for me to speak to someone and she would have them call me back that day and I still to this day I have not heard back from them at all.

Lacking any common sense, lazy staff, poor communication.

Went in to have a look at a vehicle about 6 months ago and have recently discovered the amount of credit applications to my file was completely astronomical. 6 requests on my credit file to get quotes?!

Now with this the banks are saying that I cant re-apply for any vehicle (even with a clean credit file prior). This dealership has struck off any chances of me getting into another vehicle for a much longer period than anticipated and is now showing on my file that there was FRAUDULENT activity because of the multiple quotes done on my file!!!!!

So my big question is what in the hell is the dealership doing making that many applications? If you're desperate for a sale its one thing but its another to do it and not consider the consequences on the customers credit file and not even keep them notified throughout the process.

Was told only 3 quotes were done and then I had to find out myself that it was in fact more than that afterward!
Not impressed with the lack of transparency and communication from your used car manager. and not even calling me to let me know what was going on.Had to wait 2 weeks to find out I had an answer and I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on.

Absolutely pitiful and unprofessional.

Will never return here nor will I be making any suggestions for people to make the trip out to this dealership at any time. Its not worth the drive out of Ottawa.
