Paul in used cars was amazing!! The relationship started by text messaging and then a phone call. New way of purchasing a car. Paul was upfront honest and extremely fair. I contacted Tamara inquiring about a car and she made it a million times easier than i thought it would be!
Being my first car, she gave me great options and told me all the steps on what I need to do (application, insurance, etc) she was so patient, didn’t call or text several times a day asking for an update, she waited until I had everything ready. If i had any questions, she was always there to help.
After a few days there was a slight issue that had nothing to do with her, but of course being the person she is, Tamara went out of her way to make a few changes in benefit towards me (which she was not required to do at all) and actually delivered my car TO ME herself! Not to mention she went over so many features and showed me so many different things and ensured me if i had any questions to contact her.

More GREAT service from VanDusen Chev, this time through the Body shop! My wife’s Malibu recently broken into while she played baseball. Nothing of value in the car, but the thieves broke the drivers window, making it difficult to take to work the next day.
After a quick call to confirm it wasn’t worth going through insurance, we called VanDusen and spoke to Chris. He was able to source a replacement window the same day, and since I had already taken my wife to work, he arranged for the Malibu to be picked up and driven to the shop, so the work could be done and ready for pick up, 1st thing the next morning. Wow, this was very helpful and appreciated!
