DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here, take it out of town if you can. I booked an hour for them to read my codes and advise me of the readings. They called me 4 hours later to tell me my vehicle is ready, that it’s all fixed and I owe $600. I never asked them to fix anything, it clearly states on my invoice to diagnose and advise. They did not call and ask if I could incur further charges than what I booked it for which was an hour. They did not ask me if I wanted them to fix what they diagnosed. To top it all off whatever they did in 4 hours did not fix the issue, shortly after leaving the dealership all my codes came back on. They refuse to do anything about this insane bill and that all I can do is bring it in again for them to take a second look which I would be charged for again of course. The issue is simply a LR wheel speed sensor, the replacement part is $20.

Whoever the salesman here is terrible, doesn’t return calls and I’ve tried to deal with them twice. I like to try and support small towns instead of the big cities but this place must be doing alright and doesn’t need my business.

Don't take your vehicle here for maintenance ,they had my van for weeks charged me over 400.00$ for scanning it and my van is in worst shape then when I brought it in ,only advice given to me was to take it to the Dodge dealership .I am a mother of three children over 400.00$ may be nothing to these guys but it's money I could use for my kids.I wish I could have taken my van in and it be fixed but , instead now we have to worry about our transportation.

Went in with no knowledge of the GM trucks and wanted to get some info. See if there was specials on trucks, what they have on lot etc.
I learned nothing about the truck itself, not one thing. The salesman told me he is not good with the technical parts of vehicles. When I asked questions about towing and MPG he went on Google to find the answers.
Was asked three times if I had a second set of keys for the truck I currently own, and was talked to about payments...? Finally I got the answers I wants, styles of trucks and there matching prices. Which is all I wanted. But then that information was confused as he explained that someone last week could have bought the same trucks for $20,000 less... So these aren't the right prices?? I left very confused.
So my experience was it not good. I'm sure someone else ha had a much better one, but for me I won't be going back.
