Came to the dealership to look for a 328xi Sedan. Spoke to a sales guy by the name of Sergei (pretty young guy). Showed me the car top to bottom and went through everything with me, and I mean everything including the service center. After that we went on a test drive which was very nice as well (including Highway which the Benz dealership said was not a good idea today). We sat down and he gave me a great price on a Demo 328xi. Really easy going without all the "slimmy" sales guy tactics I have unfortunately come in contact with. Overall I was really happy with the delivery as well and had a great experience.
Denver Coutu was a very helpful and professional sales representative. He followed up with me regularly to ensure all my questions had been answered and managed to help negotiate an excellent lease. His post sale follow up, also impressive. Thanks Denver. Enjoying my new 230 cab!
I have recently purchased x3 2020 from here for my parents. I was fortunate to have Mr. Eric Woo as my salesman who was able to communicate in Korean with my parents (I was specifically looking for a salesman who can speak Korean because my parents can’t speak English well ,but ofc Parkview BMW offer services in different languages as well) . Mr.Eric Woo was very pleasant, professional and respectful all the time and he also provided us very reasonable price for the vehicle and very reasonable interest rate(I singed the contract in three hours after my arrival and I can guarantee they will offer you reasonable price and resonance interest rate because I visited Mercedes before I went to this place).
Furthermore , All the members at this faculty were all professional and kind(willing to help every time I visited). Also, The members at this faculty followed social distancing rules (Wearing masks , gloves, maintain good hygiene..etc) so I felt very safe here with my parents. I would definitely go back to this place to make another purchase later!

Drove 1.5 hour to the dealership to see a car. Liked the car - told the sales guy (Chris) 3 times I am interested, while we are talking a white gentleman showed up and stated he was also interested in the same vehicle. Spent two hours with Chris, spoke to the manager, got my car's appraisal, went to take a drive and when I get back the white gentleman has purchased the car because he "paid the deposit first". Yup.
They straight up told sorry, the deal is done. That's how it works. No ethics, no morals, no principles. straight street business. Want to do business with these guys? go right ahead. Now that I am thinking, I am glad I did not purchase that car.
I had very bad experience. I do not like to complain but this time i will.we liked a car and pay deposit($1000) the day after I paid deposit I called them to cancel it. what i have been told was they were going to return my deposit within 1 day. Unfourtanetly they never respond my email or calls. it has been 4 months and still did not pay my money back. so unprofessional.

I had an excellent experience recently with Parkview BMW when I had to take my BMW 435i coupe, which I purchased used from Parkview BMW last year, in for service because the handling felt a bit loose. Service employee James Yangbooked me in for service as soon as it was convenient for me and when I dropped of my car he gave me a loaner car that was brand new. The service manager Andrew Kroher came out to assure me that his technicians would check everything in my car and if something was wrong they would find it. The technicians found a problem with my front struts which they fixed under warranty, and then because they still thought they could hear a noise, they replaced my front springs as well, all of which was covered under warranty. They also didn’t charge me for the loaner car, and only asked me to gas it up to where it was when they gave it to me. James was providing daily text updates as to the progress on my car and the entire process only took two days. When I picked up my car, both James and Andrew took the time to speak with me about my car and to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. They even checked my breaks, which although unrelated I had asked for. I knew I made the right choice choosing Parkview BMW when I bought my car from Dave Golding, who’s an outstanding salesman to deal with, and I will not go anywhere else because their service is absolutely top notch. I highly recommend Parkview BMW and will remain a loyal customer. Thanks so much guys!

This was my first time buying a non-Japanese vehicle. The purchase process went smoothly. There was no pressure during any of our visits and no haggling to get the price I wanted. The sales staff were very patient with our questions.
My young daughter was excited about the big bow on the hood when we picked up our new vehicle, the gift bag, and the massage chairs in the waiting area.
I found the parts department to be very helpful. I have not had my first service appointment yet.

I normally do not write negative reviews but felt like I had no choice after I've been ignored for almost a month now. I bought a 2015 BMW from Parkview at the end of December and am very disappointed at the level of service provided by this dealership. The car had some cosmetic issues which was to be fixed before delivery. First issue happened when I was told the car would be ready on a Monday so I booked time off cause it was supposed to be at 3 pm and I arranged someone to drive me from Kitchener to pick up the car. I received an email on the Saturday telling me the car would not be ready till Tuesday now. It would have not been a problem if I didn't tell them I was in no rush but they instead decided to book the delivery for a date they could not meet. Secondly when the car arrived a ton of things I was promised were going to be fixed were not; the deep scratch on the side of the car was not fixed, the car was not buffed, the maps and iDrive system were not updated. I requested for the manager to call me, he never did. I emailed him, he never emailed me back. To top it off, they forgot to charge me for the license transfer and were NOT too busy to call me back to collect on that. Either way the car is fine minus the service that was provided and all the empty promises. I blame part of this on myself for not being more thorough when doing the paperwork and for having too much faith in a dealership just cause it is BMW.

With recent life events and a growing family it was time to upgrade my vehicle. with that being said, though I previously had a negative experience with Parkview BMW ( well over 13 years ago) I decided to pop in and see what was out there. I was immediately greeted by the charming Bobby Milonakis. I was upfront with him, and told him I was not there to buy a car but to simply see what is available out there. Boobby's professionalism and dedication was outstanding. His attention to detail and to my needs was demonstrated as he walked me through your fleet, until we narrowed down what was best suited for me.

Very positive purchase experience with Parkview BMW dealership. Car color is perfect, delivery time was fast and low mileage (23km) showed on the odometer. Looking forward to good post-purchase service with them.
If I could go below 1 🌟 I would. I called in for an oil change and was told there is a recall on the air bag and some parts related to the radiator. I was shocked and happy that they're providing top notch customer service after all this car is driven by my wife and my 6 year old god son is usually in the car. To be safe I brought it in for the entire day to get that sorted out. I got my car back the same day drove home parked in my garage. Next morning in the garage I noticed leakage, which was weird. Turn out there's a leakage all the sudden (coolant). Called them and informed them the issue the reply I got was "oh if it's our fault, we will fix it. If not you'll be charged $190 after taxes". Doesn't make sense, because I didn't have a leakage before I gave it in. Took it back for diagnosis apparently now they need to replace the radiator and asked "$1,500" to fix the issue and parts.
They can keep the $190 I had to pay for the diagnosis for an issue they created. Not going back, just a warning I highly doubt they care.
We bought our new car a week ago. Our dealer was Joe Kim. He was very kind and everything was perfect. Buying a car at BMW Parkview was very pleasant from beginning to end. We've had three car purchases in Canada, but we've never had such a kind and happy experience. We are planning to buy a new car there again after five years. I recommend if you Korean, you should meet Joe Kim.
I initially wrote this review with one star. The one star was because during my last visit an issue with the car door was not fixed under warranty and I was misinformed about how the door would be fixed in the future.
After my review was posted, Andrew the General manager called me for some clarification. He was very respectful and genuinely cared about what my concerns were. Today I attended the dealership and Andrew and his team went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was not charged any fees Although the door was not covered under warranty which is very nice.
