Great customer service as usual before the Covid-19 pandemic. The safety measure there are properly executed as all the service-related areas have plexiglass shields mounted on desktops, everyone is keeping a proper social distancing, the common pantry and sitting areas are all closed so no customer would be able to hang around inside the showroom areas and the service centre for long.

I don't think this BMW dealership even worth 1 star. This is the worst BMW dealership in the GTA for sure. I love BMW and currently have a 328 and a X3. However, the service and the work attitude of the staff are the worst. This dealership is hurting the name of BMW.

I bought both my cars from BMW Toronto and they are a lot more professional and helpful, makes you feel like you are buying into a luxurious brand. I recently went to BMW Autohaus and even their service was great. I will NEVER buy a BMW from Town and Country. If you guys want a true BMW experience, buy from elsewhere.

I remember coming here when I was young and I did not ever remember it being such terrible service. .

We were looking either a new X5 or a used X5 it didn't matter because we just needed to replace our new X5 that had travelled a very long distance and we love the X line. Well the X5 since it's release.

To our disappointment their representatives were very mediocre and did not appear to appreciate the customers that come in. It looked liked they think they are "too good" to be serving customers because it's a high end brand, they gave off the feeling of "if I don't get a sale from you there will always be another person coming in for a car"

That is a terrible image they are providing for such a prestigious brand.

We were invited to a launch event by their previous marketing manager, she was perfect. Everything at that event was perfect. Great food, music and even a photo booth. The cars were created with beautifully "inked/tattooed" onto the car. My husband and I recently saw the gold car on the road, still inked! For her we give FIVE STARS.

Took my BMW 335i xdrive to their service center after my car developed a front end clunking sound at slow speeds going over rough services and I only have good words to say about the service I got.But first let me point out something which BMW as a manufacturer needs to address.

BMW needs to stop selling their cars with runflat tires.These tires are horrible for comfort and have a very hard sidewall and if you drive on rough roads they will wear out your suspension sooner.Trust me and change your runflats to a max performance summer tire like pilot super sports or pirelli p zero all season plus and you will notice that the ride is much more supple and not jarring. These tires are better in everyway even handling to whatever runflat BMW puts on their lineup. Not only that, to compensate for the hard riding tires BMW tunes the suspension to be soft and this causes the floaty bouncy feeling especially at high speeds.

Now on to the service. I appreciate BMW town and country for giving their urmost attention to my problem. I took it in for regular service under warranty and told them about the problem, however they couldn't reproduce the noise and Kevin suggested I can come back later and take a tech with me on test drive.I did just that and showed that the noise occurs only at slow speeds, they tested while driving a little faster. Peter acknowledged the problem and said he will diagnose it and fix it.He did just that, he is a real German BTW.Germans know their cars.Eventhough the part was delayed by a day and I got my car a day later I appreciated the fact that my problem was acknowledged.. They didn't just dismiss it saying the noise is normal..or it's your tires..it's just the road surface.Peter took his time to isolate and fix the noise.The noise is gone completely, they changed the strut and the strut mount and did an alignment under warranty. Thanks to Kevin for the rental and communicating everything in a timely fashion. Keep it up guys.

Our visit to T+C BMW was fruitful. Guess what. Ended up with a wonderful vehicle. Thanks to everyone who served us.
Yoga Warren was our Sales Consultant. We could not have asked for anyone better. Welcomed us in very warm friendly manner, made us very comfortable, answered all our questions, took the time to listen to all our questions and answered them in detail making sure we understood very bit that was explained. A wonderful person and a good asset to the company. We will not only recommend T+C BMW but will want our referrals to be served by Yoga.
Next it was Ian Chang who handled our financing of the vehicle.Here too we ware well explained the various warranties available for us to choose from. It was quick and easy. The questions we had were all well answered in a manner that we understood. We were able to easily choose the best finance deal that was most suitable for us. Great service.
Our delivery specialist was Michelle Fung. She had the ultimate tolerance to explain the functions of the vehicle and its computerized system until we really understood it. She was so through with the vehicle and the system which amazed us. We were so glad it was she and none other to help us. We will be telling our referrals about her too so that they too could have the same experience we had.
All in all a great facility, wonderful staff and exceptional service.

Worst dealership for service that I have ever been too. They don't care about any problems you have, they also never return your calls. They have two Asian ladies working at the service desk that really don't care about you or their job. They couldn't even provide me with service records for my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a couple weeks ago and got a flat tire, they couldn't even help me on getting a new tire, after waiting hours for a response and sending everybody I could an email regarding the issue all they could help me with was $50 off a $500 tire.Cecil Thomas and Brandon Stier are good guys and made my experience pleasurable, no complaints about them.

After writing a review I was called by Cynthia the GM at tcbmw and she was great. She gave me in-store credit for all the hassle I went through. She definitely changed the way I feel about this dealership. Thank you for taking care of me Cynthia! Appreciate it

I didn't buy my car here so I don't know about the sales side. However, the Service Department is awesome.

I had my vehicle in for service 5 times on the same issue, no fault of Town+Country BMW. Was it an inconvenience? Yes, but the service adviser Kennard Chan took care of everything for me from drop off to pick up. He took the time to explain possible reasons for the issue and troubleshooting step the tech has gone through to resolve the problem. During one of the services, the vehicle needed to stay overnight for long terms diagnostics and a car was provided to me for use during that period of time.

Bottom line, I will definitely take my car to Town+Country for servicing again.

Town+Country BMW has built a strong infrastructure that encourages excellent client-oriented customer service while delivering honest and transparent business ethics. While there will always be times when something is miscommunicated, the key is how well the front-line sales are at promptly providing a solution (that is productive while maintaining client satisfaction). Additionally, if mistakes are made showing empathy and apologizing about being unable to meet certain promises and providing alternatives will definitely set things right and this level of sincerity goes a very long way.

This is the experience we had while looking to purchase a new vehicle. Initial client interactions and emotional exchanges felt positive, and my questions were answered promptly with knowledgeable responses. Although there was a miscommunication however it was taken care of without an escalation. In the en of the day, I felt valued and will definitely recommend Town+Country, and like any other business matters, be clear, concise, and read clearly the fine print.
