Had an awesome experience getting a new X5 from Brian Jessel BMW. They have the largest inventory in lower mainland so you can select the car you want. Rahul in deliveries team is the best ! He took time in explaining all the features and was generous with the freebies ;-) Valentino in sales team made the entire process super easy.. from test drive to getting the credit approved and getting the car on road- everything was a breeze. Highly recommend buying your new beamer from these guys.

Extremely disappointing service from BMW Brian Jessel yesterday for a couple of reasons.
1. Booked the appointment on Monday morning at 9am - a time when there should be staff available, ready to go for the week. Received an appointment reminder - no detail whatsoever on how long/ covid protocols etc
2. Drove all the way from Abbotsford to Burnaby (1 hour) to find that there is a recall on some wiring, in addition to the regular service I was there for and that they couldn’t commit when the car would be ready for pickup. I repeatedly stressed that I needed to clearly know if it would be a few hours or the full day because based on that I would determine whether to drive back or stay around the car dealership. I was told to take the courtesy car, and that the service advisor I was dealing with was going to be in training for 4 hours so I should probably expect to pick it up by closing time in the evening. Drove back all the way - got a call the minute I came back to Abbotsford that it was ready for pick up- leading to a complete waste of my day.
3. They said as part of their covid protocol that they can’t wash/vacuum the car - Which left me feeling even more disappointed as you normally expect a full service once a year from them and that too would end up being incomplete. But understanding it’s company policy- I complied - they didn’t even offer to provide a future voucher/ credit for the complimentary vacuum or wash that I would miss out on which I think was the least a huge company like Brian Jessel could do- they hesitantly said they would make a note on my file
4. As someone also working in customer service management- their tone/attitude all along was cold and unhelpful. I had a question around some spots on my windshield - the service advisor told me to talk to the dealership I had purchased it from (which was Mercedes Benz North Vancouver - whom I actually called afterwards and they were super helpful!!)
Overall I wasn’t impressed at all with my first experience at their dealership - no ownership of problems and a very transactional, cold approach with no concern for customer‘s convenience or time

I was connected to Valentino from sales, he has been so helpful from the beginning to the end. He listened and heard exactly what I wanted. He was extremely patient as it was my first BMW. His service was beyond expected and I can’t thank him enough.

Other dealerships told me for the car that I wanted it was impossible to get it within my budget but Valentino made it happen!

Who sells premium cars in Canada with summer tires? This is disheartening and shameful to have bought a car from Brian Jessel. Its my second BMW from this dealership and the previous came with all season tires. How can you sell these expensive cars without all season ( bare minimum necessity) ? Even if I bought a Honda Civic, they would give me all season tires. Such is their integrity.
Safety should be your first priority!!! I need explanation and resolution asap!! Really disappointed

Brian Jessel is my favorite car dealership in BC. They are nice, caring and try to resolve issues when they occur. As a matter of fact they go out of their way to help their clients. Unfortunately, my experience with other premium car dealerships has been quite poor or perhaps Brian Jessel has spoiled me. The sales team, service and parts teams are all great. Received the worst customer service while shopping for a car from this dealership. I really wanted to buy a BMW and was waiting for a revised quote. I went to the dealership 2 times and I called the sales person 4 different times asking for a status on the revised quote. He was diligent in answering my calls but always told me he was super busy moving cars for other customers and would phone me back. He never phoned me back and never sent me a revised quote. In the end I gave up and was left with the impression this dealership did not want to sell me a car, they had more important customers.

I am not trying to turn this into a public manner, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this “Ultimate” BMW dealership. I have been their loyal customer for almost 4 years. I go back to do service and maintenance every year and being satisfied until the most recent visit. (I mean their customer service is world class and they have a nice lounge for you to get your job done while away from the office) I check the report every time after they did a “World Class” inspection and see any caution I need to be aware of. I compared to my last report they provided to me, and see the brake lining thickness has been increased while I haven’t got my brake pad changed since day one I got my car. I purposely raise up this issue before the service to the Service Advisor – Hossein. He told me he will take care of that. After waiting for three hours and he told me my brake pad is normal and nothing to be worried. I am happy, of course! Here the problem comes, by comparing to the last year report, the brake lining increase 2mm. I went back to the dealership another day, their Assistant Service Manager, Alex offered me help. After telling him my concern, his replied is” it is not accurate as it is only an estimation by human eye, and it is acceptable when this is a courtesy service.”
If you just consider that as a courtesy service, why border provide a “World Class” inspection to the customer? Why border even print out a report to your customer? They obviously don’t care the after-sales service. It is also UNBELIEVABLE that I would receive this kind of answer without even showing a little concern from a manager of them. They could be the best on selling cars, as they only concern how to get the car key into your pocket. But for sure not the best dealership and not providing “First Class” service which mentioned on their website! I would give a zero star if google allowed me to do so.

Bought my SUV from here and got amazing service the 6-8 months I had it for before it was totalled. They have an amazing lounge where you can sit and relax whilst your car is being serviced. The lounge offers good coffee, water and granola bars. They have high desks to work and very confit sofas and a fireplace where you dont feel unwelcome. The staff is super friendly and honest. I had my stash of emergency cash in an envelope which was found from between the seats and left it in the cup holder. Every service also gives you a nice car wash and interior detailing.

Had the worse experience ever. Went there to buy a X3 for more than $72k. They did not have the car in the show room. Asked for $3000 deposite to bring the car that they sold me on paper. At the end after getting the deposit even they did not give me a copy of the paper or invoice. Was chasing them for 2 days to take a copy and after bouncing more than 20 emails no one bothered to send me a copy until I went back to the dealership to get the deposit back and cancel the purchase. When they realized that they are losing a buyer they gave a me a copy which was late. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

BMW after-sales sucks! I went to repair my M6 last week since the ventilation seat smoked by itself.
They said I have to wait more than 2 weeks for parts ship from Germany and gave me a 3 series service car. I asked can I still drive my car until parts shipped or get a better service car. They told me my car may burn on the road so I can't drive it until it is repaired but they promised me an X5 service car. Everything ok so far.
However, a service manager called me today, he told me that his boss said I have to return the X5 service car and keep driving my M6 which still has a fire hazard or I have to pay car rental fee. (Everything under warranty yet)
Sooooo suck. Mercedes next time.

I took my car to BMW to make a RECALL at the beginning of March, I was attended by the employee Matthias Weigel who offered me a car reservation FREE from the car rental company (A-PLUS RENT CAR) I returned the car and took mine back, after two weeks I noticed an $ 86.01 amount debited from my credit card, which was the same as I gave as collateral. Two weeks ago I returned to the BMW BRIAN JESSEL to talk to Matthias Weigel about this mistake in my credit card he said he would check and call me, it's been almost 3 weeks and I still have not had a solution to this problem, I've been 2 times more in BMW, but Matthias was working in another branch and NOBODY tried to solve my problem, I was told that I would have to wait for him, I'm still waiting for a solution.
I'm very frustrated with BMW, I already bought two cars with them.

Service and parts department are completely useless. Spent over 3.5 hours waiting for a tire change they said would be done in 1.5 hours. Car was in 2 weeks earlier and found a slow leak, had to order a new tire. When brought the car back to replace the tire they did not know what tire it was. Spent hours trying to figure it out, they should have written it down on the service order from when they found it. Also, the parts department said they would take care of tire warranty then once there they said "no". When I went to leave they told me the tire was in my car, checked and it was not. Hard to believe they can be this inept. Parts manager was rude, parts staff was not only useless but also rude. If you need service go to a different BMW. You could not do any worse than this location. Spend your money elsewhere.

I came in to look at the 3 series to compare with MB C class models. There was no clients in the showroom and yet the 3 people I saw did not even asked if I needed help. Main objective is to test drive the car for the feel, numbers are all similar with this price range of cars. I don't mind spending the extra dollars if I like the feel of the car. Finally after 10 mins a sales guy walked over. I asked to test drive the 3 series and said I was comparing to a MB C class. Then the sales guy said something really funny "when you are ready to buy then u can come back to test drive". And that is the reason why I now own a MB C300.

Went to Brian Jessel to replace a flat tire, waited for almost an hour to see a service advisor, but understandable as dropping in without appointment. I told advisor that I hit a pothole earlier and from my understanding it supposed to be covered under tire warranty. advisor rejected claiming the insurance for me and asking me to pay for the tire, gave me a quote $800 for one tire, then I found out a receipt from last year which I also replaced the same tire for $150 lower at the other BMW retailer store in Vancouver. This is not acceptable as the same tire is selling different prices in two BMW retailer stores in the same province.

First time dealing with this dealership (service). I brought my F10 M5 in for service and some repairs. I dealt with a Service Advisor named Aaron. He was professional and courteous and I am very pleased with the services I received. My repairs took about a week and I was given a free loaner (2018 330i). Aaron texted me the status of the repairs and kept me up to date. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very impressed with the service department and have rated them accordingly. They also dealt with my extended warranty provider and in the end, there were no surprises.

My experience with Brian Jessel BMW started a few months ago when i went in there asking questions about the 3 series and the X5. The problem was, i was never treated like a buyer...For these guys i was just a young dreamer that wanted to waste their time. Everything changed last week when i got to meet APRIL RU. I can say that she is an amazing person. She cares about her costumers, she`s knowledgeable, she explains everything 1000 times if you ask her. She was the only sales person from BJ BMW that offered me the chance to drive the new X5 diesel without me asking for it. And guess what? She WAS NOT pushy! After the drive test she helped me build the car i want and informed me of the price. That day i left telling her that i have to think about it (considering VW Touareg). Three days later i went back almost at the end of their problem and April Ru was kind enough to stay over her program and help me get my new X5. Thank you April Ru!

This is my first experience with Brian Jessel BMW. I was fortunate enough to be helped by April Ru. She is very kind, patient and understanding. She keeps in contact with her customers and she shows that we come first. She is very enjoyable to interact with and honestly brightens your day. She has the answers to all your questions so, do not hesitate to ask. She explains everything clearly and easy to understand (even if you're not a car person). This is our first BMW (2014 X5) and not only did she provide us with the perfect car, she also gave us the best possible customer service anyone could ask for. I promise that if you choose April Ru you won't be disappointed.
