Great experience with Carlos! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and patient. We went through pretty much everything in the inventory to find a 330xi that I liked.
I visited him 4 times, tried 3 different cars. Every time he was patient to accommodate my abrupt schedule of visit. He tried to take care of me as much as he could and we were able to work out a sweet deal at the end.

Our first BMW and Tony Roper made the entire process pleasurable and exciting. This is a guy who really loves the product he is selling. I will never forget the ‘unveiling’ on the day we picked up our new/2019 X1. Tony picked us up at Horseshoe Bay and he had the car totally detailed and covered in a white satin sheet which he whipped off with great aplomb.
Tony loaded most of the car’s cool tech stuff for us Boomers. My husband and I will be singing Tony’s praises to anyone thinking about buying a new car.

After relocating to North Vancouver from the UK and finding accommodation, the next priority task was to find a car that would have enough room to house a rather large Canadian child seat for our 6 week old baby.
The North Shore Auto Mall was recommended as the place to find a car . After visiting a number of showrooms and being left uninspired, we ventured upon the BMW showroom. On entering the Showroom we were instantly greeted by Carlos who was extremely friendly, polite and welcoming.
After approximately 2 hour later after going through all our options, and within our budget, we arranged to look and test drive 3x pre-owned BMW cars a few days later.
On arriving for test drives and measuring up of the child seat, Carlos was extremely patient and took the time to ensure we had a detailed description of each of the cars features which was really helpful to us in aiding us to make our decision as we didn't really didn't have a specific car in mind other than big and spacious.
After the test drives, we were left to ponder which of the 3 different models best suited our needs and desires. Although my heart was ruling my head and out of the cars demonstrated, I was swayed towards the BMW X6.
We deliberated over the choices for a number of days and in that time we never felt pressured. Carlos remained in contact and was always keen to provide any information on the cars when we asked. In the end the heart won the battle and we opted for the BMW X6 5.0i ahead of the X3 and 5 series, mainly as it gave us more room for the child seat and it was fun drive.
Carlos was on hand throughout the whole process and explained what the steps we had to go through as we were unfamiliar with what was required being new to Canada and all that.
The personal service we received carried on after the sale with the same level of warmth and professionalism to ensure all our needs were fulfilled. I would definitely buy a car from Carlos again and would recommend him to all who are looking for a car.

I picked up a first generation BMW X5 3.0I from Park Shore BMW on Saturday September the 14th. It is not typical for a BMW dealership to keep older inventory, particularly a vehicle that is nearing two decades in age. The vehicle was honestly presented, in like new cleanliness, I was offered a test drive and the process was very linear and relaxing, I really enjoyed my experience with Park Shore BMW's sales department. went into the North shore BMW showroom and was immediately greeted by a very nice person in reception, even though we were a walk in without prior appointment we were passed on to a very nice and welcoming Gentleman, Mr. Carlos approached with a smile and he was very welcoming, very professional. he was very patient with us and we went through so many options and he eventually found the car for us.. Even though we were already set on a Benz we ended up buying the X5 because of his wealth of knowledge and experience.

Finally traded in my BMW 330 Ci for a 2016 BMW M235i Convertible. Could not have been happier for the attention and service I received from the sales person James Young. Most of the transaction happened by e-mail. He was responsive and efficient in his communication. When I did set up appointments to see the car and take delivery, both car and James were waiting for me. Was able to get me in out of the dealership in about an hour on delivery day. I took my car in for a simple tire change, winters off and summers on. Patrick already had the wheels in by the time I arrived at 9am and ready to go. I took the shuttle to work and he immediately notified me once the work was done. At pickup he grabbed my car for me and brought it around front. Paperwork was already done and I was in and out without any wait. Once again great service and from beginning to end he had everything arranged and kept me posted so I knew what was going on. Not the first time he has helped me with cars over the years and I always know I’m going to be well looked after.
My experience with Ivan L was excellent when I brought my car in this week with an unanticipated battery issue. He was really great to deal with. He was helpful and interested in what I had to say.
