Honestly biggest disappointment I have ever had with a car dealer... « Audi » in Latin means « listen » but what this dealership does is opposite to listen. Unresponsive, unwilling to help and generally ignoring what it means to provide premium service and that customer experience stretches beyond just the car sale. Not to mention that their technical team have no understanding of the cars they sell. Stay away. Want a premium 360 experience go to Mercedes.

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 during the month of July 2020 at Audi Lauzon. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience when purchasing a luxury car, ended up being a bitter one.

As usual, prior to the sales contract being signed, the Saleswoman was polite and professional.

However, the moment the sales contract was signed, the service provided was well below the expectations clients have for a luxury car.

Here are the 4 main points Audi Lauzon Management should reflect upon.

• When a client who just signed a contact emails you a few days later for some information and clarification on the Sales agreement, he should NOT have to send 3 follow up emails, 2 voice messages and wait 2 weeks for a response. This is very poor After Sales Customer Service!

• When I asked the Saleswoman to explain a discrepancy of $180 in the overall Sales price, she was unable to CLEARLY explain this extra Charge, and on the multiple days I asked I would get different Answers. This should have been simple math to simply explain where this extra 180 came from.

• On the delivery day of car, Saleswoman got the Sales “Manager” to explain where this $180 came from… He also had no idea and was giving me different reasons which did NOT add up to the overcharge.
I told this “Manager” that I will take the car nonetheless, but was completely unsatisfied with the service rendered to date.
Sales “Manager” uses CHEESY line that they will give me 50% discount on my second service maintenance to compensate for my dissatisfaction in the sale of this vehicle. When I asked him to put it in writing, he said NO (Typical Salesman Lie – Today's clients see right thru this BS).

• Lastly, Audi Lauzon delivered the car with HALF full gas Tank. REALLY? I client leases a luxury car and u deliver the car with a half full tank. This is NOT a luxury service!

Given my overall Experience with the Lease of my car, Audi Lauzon should ask themselves the following questions:

• How likely am I to be a repeat client – Not Likely
• How likely will I be recommending Friends and Family to Audi Lauzon – Not Likely
• How likely will I service my car at Audi Lauzon – Not Likely

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Maude Montpetit the customer experience specialist was very quick in her online responses. Provided me the CarFax report without any issues. I wanted to ensure I wasn’t wasting my time before I walked into the dealership. She setup the appointment, also helped me with a few setbacks I had after the purchase.

The sales rep was Mario Cossette, not a bad guy, made the whole process pretty smooth. The car was a certified pre-owned. Since the car was sitting on the lot for 3 months because of COVID-19, I expected a new car battery. Plus he couldn’t tell me when the last time the battery was changed. He just told me as long as the car starts they aren’t changing it. That was pretty disappointing. One of the tires were flat the day I came to test drive it (had to be rescheduled). I asked for a new set of tires, outright refused it, said they will only replace the tire in question. It did NOT come with winter tires, and they won’t install a starter unless I pay a $1000. I feel like when dealerships can’t even make one relevant accommodation, this can affect that branch in the long run.

During vehicle delivery they didn’t have my 300-point inspection paper ready, and they only gave me one advance key. I had to chase the dealership to get those things, thankfully Maude went above and beyond in helping me get the extra Advance Key and the inspection paper.

they charged me about 400$ and asked we find a problem which is PCV if you repair it it will cost you 740.35$+ tx still i accept it
the after i received a phone call said we find another problem will cost you 4000 $ !!

Horrible! Horrible experience !! I bought my vehicle 5 months ago and was promised that everything in the car is new. Which wasn't the case. I had issues in the beginning with my sales representative Charles. I always had to chase him with calls and emails(after the sale went through). Was promised winter matts and had to wait 5 weeks for them. Was waiting for my rims and had to wait 4 weeks for them to arrive. The only time they cared was when they were trying to make the sale. Now 5 months later, my battery goes. I take a lot of pride and care into my vehicles, I had to spend $400.00 on a battery replacement and was told that the battery was over 3 years old, when in fact they told me at the dealership it was brand new. I am furious. I explained what happened and now I'm being told they never promised me this and that it was a great condition and asked if I left a light on. I know for a fact if I left a light on I would not be complaining. I was also told to try customer service. This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I feel like I was just a sale and that's it. Honda, BMW and Mercedes never treated me this way! I would never recommend them to anyone, plain and simple.

I went to this dealer after going to Audi Park Avenue to do my due diligence before leasing an Audi. They lied to me saying the other dealer was selling me a car that didn’t exist and that they had a history of selling cars that don’t exist only to upsell a customer at delivery. They then tried to lease me a car (at a much higher price than Audi Park Avenue) that they clearly wanted to get rid of from their inventory. I don’t know if this is the case for all their sales people but I was dealing with Jonathan and it was a pretty slimy sales tactic that I was luckily able to see through. I wouldn’t recommend going to this dealer.

Impossible to talk to anyone asides from the front desk when you call. They keep sending your calls to a voicemail and there is never a follow up that is done. I tried calling multiple times but I haven’t yet been able to talk to someone. It is not the first time that I ask to speak to someone only to be sent to 3 different voicemails just to get the “No one is available” answer from the front desk. When I first started dealing with Lauzon, I tried leaving messages on the voicemails but not ONE time was I ever given a call back. Very poor customer service. You’d expect much better when buying a “high-end” vehicle.

Really disappointed in my experience of buying a car there recently. Everything was going, negotiations with the salesmen we agreed on a price with financing rate. When I went on site I've been rush to sign paperwork and didn't notice they made a mistake on the financing rate, they also forgot to told me that they lost the second key for witch I'll have to do a 4 hours drive to get later. Salesman recognize the error in rate when I called the next day and said he would fix that. No answer after a few days, then I learn that this salesman have left. Finance reps don't even want to talk thinks over to see if we can make an arrangement to compensate and just say that it's too late after the papers are signed. Not a sign of empathy to try to compensate another way for an error of THEIR salesman !

I visited the Service Department last week. I called just before arriving and was told to present myself without appointment as they had availability. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Mr Daniel Bergeron. I explained the issues I was having with my car : Check Engine Light On, Low Oil Pressure - Switch Engine Off, with a story behind it. I mentioned that I had visited my mechanic and was advised not to take my car until bringing to the dealer (having an extended warranty on the car) and had me take a video of the issue. Mr. Bergeron carefully listened and watched the video. Within 10 min, from my arrival to leaving the garage, the garage took my car in, gave me a courtesy car and was positive that the issues were going to be covered by the warranty. 2 days later - all was fixed, and I was just charged for the deductible! Amazing quick and hassle free service!!!

I cannot even begin to compare with the awful experience that I had with Audi Prestige in DDO. A few months back, I was having issues with my suspension. I brought the car in, and after a few hours, they called me saying the car was ready.... They only hosed the car down of ice, charged me over $200 for it and as I drove off, I was hearing the same suspension noises :((((( I had absolutely NO time to run around for this. But since I couldn't trust them, went to my mechanic, who found the issue and made me video tape it. The next day, I returned to the dealer, showing them the video. The customer service rep then took me seriously and got her boss involved, who didn't give me a welcomed look - who then said "we'll check, but the extended warranty doesn't cover everything.." What??????? After 2 extra days of being picked up and dropped to work, then granted a courtesy car for another 2 days - my car was finally fixed. The dealer credited back my money. You cannot believe the frustration I had as I had NO time to deal with the running around (over 1 week). They lost my trust (leaving me disappointed since I bought my car there), and seriously frustrated the hell out of me.

Audi Lauzon is definitely the best choice!! I finally felt like we deserved the service we paid for in this luxury car.

Went 2 days ago without knowing there was special event. I asked to get info about a car, reception lady said sure wait. st After waiting 15 minutes somebody came up and told me there is at lea1 hour wait time to talk someone and refused to give me any info about an A5 saying he is not a sales person. I am a potential buyer a very serious one and this is the welcome? I wasn't even asked to wait or we can take down your name to call you?? Well say goodbye to 50k$. I will make sure to forward this to Audi Canada and spread it on other places as well to save people some trouble.
