Great service and friendly staff. Bought a certified used vehicle from Capilano Audi, I’m not rich nor did I spend a significant amount of money, but still got treated like a VIP, everyone is very welcoming.

Upon searching for a new A4, I sent in an inquiry on a particular vehicle.
Aaron, their internet sales manager replied me with a swift response. I then called him regarding the vehicle and discussed the possible deal/offer.
Long story short,
During the whole process Aaron has been very knowledgeable, patient, and kind on any inquiries and request I have had. From the simplest dumb question to professional knowledge/opinion, Aaron never showed any sign of impatience and always answered my questions/request with a warm smile and polite voice. He was also honest and upfront with the costs. He explained every fees listed and showed us how the calculation was done. Even negotiating was a pleasant experience.
I also met some other people in their team. They are all very nice and welcoming. The entire vibe is very comfortable.

My family and i spent a whole week going to basically every single car dealerships in Vancouver and finally we decided to settle for Audi at their Capilano branch and that was all thanks to Mark. What is more authentic than buying a German car from a German salesman? even though my family was extremely indecisive Mark was super patient and helped us at every stage. We went on not one but three test drives and he answered to all our requests and questions without any pressure or hassle.

I needed to trade in two vehicles and find something new and the wonderful people at Capilano Audi made it a smooth and fully enjoyable process. 4/5 - Great, friendly service from Aaron. Although the dealership wasn’t able to secure my car loan (would have liked to see a bit more effort made to get the loan approved) with my down payment they did hold the car until I was able to secure financing. Only other thing ill mention was the ‘trade in offer’ made was not honoured when I came to the decision to go ahead with it a few days later once financing was secured. So far I’m very happy with the vehicle, and appreciated that it was meticulously cleaned and insurance was done very quickly on site.
Bobby Levit tried to sell me a car with voided warranty as a certified Preowned car. Glad I caught the fraud before signing the bill of sale
Caught a rock coming home from the interior on the Coquihalla. The rock punctured my radiator which caused a pretty steady leak. Capilano Audi fit me in the same day to diagnose the problem and had it fixed the next day.
