Hi, Really love my car. However I have not had great luck with service. The most recent round I have been trying to rearrange an appointment due to a family emergency and I need my snow tires on asap. When I phoned on Friday last I was directed to the main service line, they subsequently asked me to work with the service advisor who set up the original appointment. I left him a message. No reply by Mon. Afternoon. So I left him another message. No reply. Wed. I phoned and was directed back to the main service number and had to leave a message as they were busy. Still no reply. Called early Thurs. morning to see if I could catch someone and the service guy asked me to deal with the main service advisors. I told him how I had tried. I explained I was in a family medical emergency and needed my original appointment postponed, but needed my snow tires right away as I was driving and likely away until November and did not want to be caught without good tires on. He offered nothing. So I called the satellite office. Explained everything, asked for a touch base from a service manager. Have heard nothing. The satellite office offered a midweek appointment. But need my car half a day with no loaner and since I live out of the city will have to take Uber to get stuff done. Honestly I am considering giving my car back and going back to an Infinity where the service is mind blowing. Sad about that, but since I drive so much having great service is Necessary for me. Hoped for excellence. Not getting it.

My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen here, and are really happy with the car so far. Henry and Justin were both awesome and easy to work with. The asking price was fair, and any concerns that we had pre-purchase were addressed in a timely manner.

The only not-so-positive part of my experience was dropping the car off with the service department for a final small repair relating to the preparation of the vehicle. The first person who initially booked my appointment was great. But when I came back, there was some internal confusion about how my appointment had been booked in, and when they were unable to find the work order under my name, I was met with comments like "a little info goes a long way" and "are you sure you're in the right place? We only service Audis". Just a sort of weird vibe, like I had done something to inconvenience them by bringing in my car, which I had literally just purchased there days prior.

So overall based on my experience, I can definitely recommend buying a pre-owned vehicle here. My interaction with with the service dept was more of a mixed bag, but maybe I just caught them during a rough week.

Walked in because my parents wanted to purchase a Q5 and the sales guy was not friendly, he was judgmental and acted like my family couldn’t afford a car. He only started to act more interested when we mentioned that we will pay for it in full. This was back in 2014 so I hope they have better people working there now.

We took our 2014 Audi Q5 to Glenmore Audi for check engine light and rough running, stalling. We are from Lethbridge and our local shop had narrowed the issue down, but their diagnostic equipment they have did not provide as detailed information as the dealers equipment. So they recommended the dealer for this issue.

We picked up the car and noticed it was still running rough and then it began stalling, which was a new issue, with a check engine light again. We took it back to our Lethbridge shop who did a further work up and replaced them manifold boost sensor which corrected the issue.

Glenmore Audi did however take responsibility and worked out a satisfactory compromise. Not all shops will do this. We greatly appreciate the acknowledgement for our time and inconvenience and for them to reach out to us.

I came into Audi because my review mirror had fallen off and was dangling by the wires. They told me because it was an aftermarket windshield, the only thing they could do was replace the whole windshield for roughly 850 in a weeks time. I understand you want to push your own products, however, to not even offer a solution to fix the mirror in the meantime while I waited for a new windshield but to instead let me drive away with a mirror dangling, is a huge disappointment and safety risk. After me insisting that some solution had to be available I was offered they could maybe look for duct tape. I called the place that did my aftermarket windshield 3 years ago for 300$, they are fixing it this afternoon. So it looks like a solution was available after all that didn't require a week of driving with a mirror dangling from windshield.

Great customer service. They stand behind their work. After many successful services in past, recently I had oil changed which resulted in a small leak due to slightly loose drain plug. I was able to bring the vehicle in after the service to remedy the issue relatively quickly. I was given a credit for the issue which was appreciated and fair given my lost time caused by the issue.

This dealership can’t answer the phone. You constantly go to voice mail. Don’t leave a message as they don’t call you back. The receptionist will just throw you back to voice mail. Once again they won’t call you back. If they can’t answer a phone how can one expect to work on a vehicle¿. The service reps don’t care about you, there someone else in their phone que. Very unexceptional for a high end vehicle. Won’t be buying another AUDI. Won’t recommend them either ( in the industry).

Went twice to Get the brakes done on my Q5. Both time their customer service was worse than you can imagine. No Courtesy for their customers and very rude when it comes to their employees. I made sure that I reserverd Loner while they do the brakes over the phone but when I went to drop my car with them Service agent said that I haven't booked a loaner as by reserving a loaner they can't guarantee Loner as I haven't booked it and then boosted rates by $200. You guys are not getting my $$$$ , I went to Royal Oak after this and they did everything for my by just one text message which was amazing. They really need to train all their staff. Sorry for Audi!

I have been purchasing/leasing my Audi's for over 25 years now with the team at Glenmore Audi. They are exceptional, because they always do whats right, whats in my best interest, they always recommend the type of vehicle that fits my current lifestyle and budget. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. I also like that a lot of their staff has been there for as many years as I have been going. This tells me that the staff are treated fairly which in turn to me means happy staff happy customers - And I am Always a happy customer - love my Dealership - don't go anywhere else these guys will take care of you - I promise!

Very unprofessional & unfriendly staff. They hardly acknowledge you when you come in the door. Usually if you make an appointment they will get it wrong (this has happened 5x to me already). They just don’t care & are terrible at communicating. When you explain what is wrong they will just stare at you & give you a rude answer then refuse to offer a solution (even if it is something that the dealership messed up they will not take any responsibility). Don’t waste your time here if you don’t have to.

Executive summary:
They will do the right thing eventually, but getting it done is like pulling teeth.

While negotiating for the deal, I encountered very little flexibility from the sales person (Henry) with pricing, an attempt to sell me a (fixed) damaged car for the price of an undamaged car (a situation later rectified by the sales manager, Tara – thank you! through the swap of the damaged car for an undamaged one), being very unclear regarding which tires are provided and later on, after agreeing on a swap, what is being swapped. This situation was better explained by the financial manager, Trent (thank you Trent!)

I also found out, only on the day when the car was delivered, that Henry added a lease protection/insurance item (where damages to a certain extent are covered). As I’m more likely to purchase the car after the lease is done, I have no need for this item and since Henry never mentioned it, he didn’t price it and so I don’t even know what is its value. I find it odd, as any other car dealer I dealt with did mention this item and its cost and I wish there was a way to get rid of this item, but it’s probably too late now.

The car is really great though!

There is a very serious concerted effort to customer service and getting the job done right.
From the General Manager Doug through Tara (new car manager) Steve Giles sales, Brian in service and Todd Moser the Parts manager they are committed to the customer.
I couldn't be happier with the relationship that has developed in between my family and the dealership. They make you feel part of their family!

I have had at least two negative experiences with this dealership and would not buy another Audi.

First Problem:
A few years ago I had Glenmore Audi work on my Audi A8. After picking it up from service and parking it I noticed something different about the front of the car. Looking closer I noticed a front vent on the passenger side was missing.
I called the service department and indicated the car wash probably pulled the vent off my car. The technician looked and said there was no vent part in their car wash. I drove to the dealership to get a replacement and dealership tried to make me pay for their negligence.
It took extreme persistence, letters to the manager and two more searches of their car wash to finally admit the dealership had the now damaged part on my car.

Second Problem:
This year in the fall I started to experience electronic malfunctions due to an old battery (4-5 years old) needing replacement before driving to Phoenix.
I went to Glenmore Audi to replace the Battery. I learned the Battery would cost $280.00 but the dealership also had to reprogram the Battery Management Program for an additional $250.00. The cost was now $550.00.
Within minutes the car for the first time stalled in the Glenmore Audi parking lot. I walked back into the dealership and indicated I now needed to add restarting the car to the work order and left the car for repair. Within a day I followed up with an email indicating the problem seemed to be directly related to the old battery. I also indicated I should be kept informed of all costs by email.
Glenmore called a few days later to indicate I needed a fuel control module ordered from the US, which would take a week and cost approximately $1000.00 but the battery was ok. I again registered my concern about the battery needing replacement. Several days later they called and said they needed to order another fuel sensor part but were unclear about total parts cost. The estimated cost was $1300.00. On Dec 11/19 I was told I could pick the car up, which I did at 7:00 pm and paid $1570.00. I drove my car 5 minutes to my house and parked it outside.
Next morning I packed the car for the Phoenix trip. At 2-3:00 pm I noticed I was having the same problems that initiated my car repairs: Trunk not electronically closing or opening, false parking break light, rear door not unlocking...etc..I tried to start the car which failed (absolutely no battery/ignition power) and the car towed to Glenmore Audi.
I am in limbo with questionable prospects for a solution.

Now:
1. I have a car that does not work and is totally unreliable.
2. I have spent $1570.00 not the $550.00 intended for a new battery.
3. Glenmore is still trying to recharge an old battery whose operational life is over and will not hold a charge.
4. They are evaluating electronic components without stable or adequate battery power. As an Electrical Engineer I know this will not work.
5. I am delayed weeks from driving to Phoenix.
6. The dealership ignores my request for detailed email cost quotations and requests to replace the battery first (the original work request).

I will not buy another Audi.

Where to begin... when I purchased a vehicle from their sales person, it was almost as if I did them a favour. The salesman didn't give a "thank you", nor be there for when I took over the vehicle. He even called me 2 months later saying how has it been driving for the past year...
If I had ever received a survey on how they done with the sale I would have brought it to their attention then too. I guess one way to avoid knowing if your doing a sub par job, is just not gather the information.

This was probably one of their easiest sales. I drove up from Lethbridge, asked if they had a particular model in stock, quick test drive (as I Audi was new to me), and purchased it. I took a bus back up to Calgary when I was to take ownership of it. Time past, I decided to get another car for my Mother as I was a fan of the shape of the vehicle (this one sits in a garage most of the time and is solemnly driven). After some time I started having known issues of paint peeling on both cars. I brought it to the attention of the dealership when I was up for a service, but low & behold they said will not take onus on their product. Surprise, surprise. "Cheap" should never be associated with a luxury brand, such as Audi. But if the shoe fits...

I suggest if you are looking to purchase a luxury vehicle, go elsewhere. Not impressed.

Bought a "certified" pre-owned. Was a lemon. In the shop for the 6 of the 8 months I owned it. Then when under warranty, they also charged me $500 to clean out carbon deposits on the misfiring engine. They were at least kind enough after 8 months to take back the vehicle since I was driving loaner vehicles majority of the time. Then I decided to just go with a new vehicle. I had put a $6500 deposit of the first vehicle and made my monthly payments. Sadly, later on I had noticed they skimmed me of my $6500. Tried to talk with their finance manager. Amazingly, in the middle of the day, they were not there.

Had to leave a review. Bought a certified pre-owned A4 in June. Love the car. Had a pulsation in the brakes a few weeks later and brought it in to see what was up. It took a couple of visits to figure out what the issue was but long story short Glenmore Audi replaced the rotors and fixed the brakes at no charge. I hadn't expected that and was quite pleasantly surprised. It's great to see a business stand behind their product and their customer. I bought a new 2018 Audi SQ5 at Royal Oak and it had issues with the drivers heated seat from the day I bought it. I mentioned that to them. Numerous checks from the service department at Royal Oak failed to find anything wrong with the vehicle. I took it to Glenmore Audi satellite service for an unrelated matter but told them about my seat issue. Chris and the service techs were amazing! It took literally weeks to get to the root cause of the issue.. and it was determined that the vehicle had issues that would require a new undercarriage. I mentioned to Chris I wanted a new vehicle. I also phoned the salesman Vince at Royal Oak Audi. I told him about the issue with the vehicle ... and the fact that there had been serious deficits from the factory, none of which I was responsible for. I told him I wanted a new vehicle. He was not at all sympathetic, and told me he had discussed it with his manager and they would only give me $69000 for the vehicle which had cost $86000. I asked for the number for Audi head office to put in my complaint.
I received a call from Chris that Doug Shostak the owner/ manager of Glenmore Audi wanted to talk with me about the situation.
I went to Glenmore Audi to talk to Doug, and was very grateful and impressed by his thoughtfulness and professionalism. He apologized for the situation with the vehicle and wanted to help. He arranged for me to get another brand new SQ5, but it was a 2019 with all of the options that my other vehicle had, for a very small fee.
He really goes above and beyond to please his customers. He treats them with sincerity and Like a family member.

Great place so many great people working here. Bought 3 different vehicles here. Awesome staff in every department. Service advisors are very knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly can't go couple minutes without someone saying hi or asking if you have been helped. Also great coffee I always get the double cappuccino. I purchased a used audi a3 and the car and the service are terrific!

I have come in multiple times for a few things ( paint pens, oil top up, tire questions) and everytime i have been treated amazing. The staff are helpful, honest, and always go above and beyond to make sure all my questions have been answered and that i leave satisfied. I will only bring my audi here for service because they make me feel like a valued owner

My wife and I just finished purchasing out new Q5 and the entire experience exceeded expectations. I details up a test drive in 30 seconds online, showed up 30 minutes early as traffic wasn't as bad as expected and Jason F was already waiting for us. He got us set up and on our way in no time. The test drove really sold us. Getting back to the dealership there was no pressure what so ever. Jason treate us with respect and made us feel welcome and was very transparent. He passed us onto Marian M and the great experience continued. She was genuine and honest and told us of all our options financially. Again there was no pressure to buy anything. We aren't wealthy people and this was a big purchase for us. They realized this and made us feel very important and special. Obviously they have a job to do and that is to sell cars, but it never felt like that. I look forward to doing business with Glenmore Audi down to road. Very smart of them to treat a couple in their 20's so well as I'm sure we will be lifetime costumers!! Thanks again Jason!! I just hope the maintenance side is as good as the sales side!!
