The worst experience!!! I purchased a vehicle less than a week ago and I should have listened to my gut from the start. I had a bad feeling about the whole experience and regret it now. Do not go to this location. They only care about making a sale. Not the experience or the clients. At first they were so nice. Told me they would try to get me the best rate possible for my vehicle. Made me sign the papers, do a deposit... said I had too and then brought me to the finance manager. When I sat down with her, the story completely changed... Now there was no way I could get a better financing rate. I wanted to drop everything at that point. As soon as I mentionned I could get a better rate at Honda, they immediately changed their mind and said ok we will get you a better rate. I sincerely felt really uneasy with this service and the fact it was a complete lie. I ignored my instincts as I really liked the car and agreed if they can get me a better rate I'll buy the car along with the rear view mirror that was damaged. They had 1 thing to do. I am spending almost $30 000. When the time came to pick up the car, the mirror was not changed and no one was aware of my request. I was very disappointed. They said they would contact my seller and get back to me and no one ever did. Nor did I ever receive a courtesy call or check in. Not even one week in, I get in my car to find the whole front windshield cracked left to right. I had not been driving the car. I thought to myself this must have been an oversight and there was probably a crack that was there before and was missed. The weather just got very cold so this must have been what caused it. When I called, I explained what happened and my seller blamed me. Said it was my fault and it must have happened while I was driving. I am conscious that these damages can occur at any point in time but within not even a week and they were so closed minded. No solution or offers were made. I was so disappointed. I work in retail as a director and this is probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. They treated me so poorly and disrespected me over the phone. I sincerely hope customers will think twice about going to this location. So many better places and dealerships out there. If you want to simply be a transaction, this is the place to go. For customer service, run in another direction.

I recently purchased a brand new Acura RDX from Acura Gatineau. Initially, the car came with winter tires, and I inquired if I could wait to purchase the tires at the same price later. They confirmed that it would be possible, so I decided to shop around before making a decision. After two weeks, I found that Acura Gatineau had the best price, so I contacted them to finalize the tire purchase. However, I was informed that the special deal on the tires was no longer available and that I should check back in October for new deals.
When I questioned why they were not honoring their previous commitment, I was told, "We are in the business to sell." Their attitude changed dramatically after the purchase was made, and they did not uphold their word. They appear friendly and accommodating until the deal is closed, but afterward, they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or keeping their promises.

Sale person refuse to honour online trade in value for my vehicle, especially he would have saved me 1.5 hr back and forth if he would tell me on the phone that it cannot be done.
I called this dealership on Thursday and spoke to Danny. I explained to him that I was going to be in Ottawa for the weekend but I was concerned about the emissions error message I received. He told me I could drop it off that night and they could take a look on Friday. I drove to Ottawa 1 day earlier in order to do this. Dropped off the car and Friday afternoon he called to tell me they were too busy and couldn't get to it. Fine I said. He said they would get to it first thing Monday morning. Monday morning came and went and when I called around 11am, the lady told me they wouldn't be able to do this. I was pretty disappointed. I told them not to touch my car as I was picking it up and going home. I lost yet another day. I was really upset and disappointed. My advice to the service department--please don't make promises to potential customers or misrepresent your capabilities. Customers appreciate honesty. I will definitely not return nor will I recommend this dealership.

It is a very high end dealership which should not forget to reset your oil life and leave dirty fingerprint on the hood after getting your SUV serviced. This is unacceptable from that level of dealership. Most of the time their services is ok. Even though it only happened once, it is still unacceptable. I would expect this from a local garage.
Service received for my MDX from Service Advisor Adele Pilon has been exceptional. She is very attentive and professional. I am closer to CAMCO Acura however, I drive to Gatineau Acura for service.
The service department took care of me quite well and I drive quite a distance to go there. I'm on my 6th or 7th Acura and Denis is our man in sales ask for him.....
Recently purchased an RDX 2021 and had an amazing experience. They bring a family like culture to the showroom. Not pushy at all, and very helpful.
Today was the first time that I have taken my MDX for service at Gatineau Acura. I live in Ottawa and have always gone to Camco Acura for service. After 3 bad experiences, I was looking for an alternative.
My car had been diagnosed by a Honda dealership as having a noisy power steering pump. As they could not get an Acura part, I filled out a form on the Gatineau Acura site asking if they had the part in stock. Within 10 minutes of sending the form, Ling from parts called to tell me that the part number that I had was superceded by a new one. He gave me the new part number and told me that he had one in stock. I decided that it was best to have them install it, so I booked an appointment online.
Check in was easy and quick. My car was brought in and within half an hour, the techician, Pat, came out to talk to me and explain that the issue was not the power steering pump. He took me into the garage and spent 15 minutes explaining to me what the cause of the noise was. He advised me to do nothing for now, and I accepted that advice.
The big surprise was when the service advisor handed me my keys and told me that there was no charge as they "had not done anything". Obviously, I did not argue, but they had, in fact, spent almost half an hour diagnosing my issue and advising me how to proceed - far from doing nothing.
Since returning home, I have spoken on the phone to the service director, M. Louis-Seize to tell him how impressed I am with the way things went today. He was not surprised. Clearly, this is the way his department does business.
I am very impressed and will definitely be back to Gatineau Acura for any future service.

I tried ordering a part from Camco Acura for over a week with no call or email back after leaving 5 messages 3 VMs and 2 emails. One of my emails was to the GM that didn’t work.
Sent an email to Gatineau Acura last night had a response this morning at 9:30 and ordered the part. Great work!!!
Great customer service and friendly staff every time. Our experience with both sales and service has been excellent. We recently picked up our second vehicle leased with Gatineau Acura and had a great experience with David once again! Service is always easy to book, accommodating and considerate that we come from a bit of a distance on the Ontario side to get there. If you're looking for an Acura I recommend dealing with Gatineau. The Acura dealership in Ottawa does not compare to the experience received at Gatineau.
I recently purchased a car from Acura Gatineau. I dealt with David from the sales team. David was exceptional at making me feel comfortable. He was straight forward and very honest with the product i was interested in.
Francine from the finance team was friendly and very knowledgeable. She did not try and pressure you into any additional sales item on top of your car purchase.
Overall it was a great experience and it would be easy to recommend a friend who is looking for an Acura as their next vehicle. I myself would go back when i am ready for my next car.
0 Stars is what this dealership deservers.. Purchased a car in 2016, they showed me a carproof with no accidents. Perfect!! Made the purchase and 2 years later I go to trade the vehicle and what do we find? a $6300 accident 2 years before I purchased the car. Contacted the GSM Serwan he promises he will look into it and try to fix this. 4 months later no response to voicemails or emails, I try emailing everyone on their management team and no response. Terrible customer service, and the fact that they don't even acknowledge any of my emails and I can see they have been read. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE SAVE YOURSELF SOME THE TROUBLE! My trade now is worth about $5k less because of the carproof accident.

Went two times and never going back.
First time they didn't have the car we wanted to try, as they lent it to a customer, so we left our phone number for them to call when a test drive would be possible. They never called.
Went a second time (we called first to confirm they had the car available and hoped our second visit would erase the bitterness left from the first one) and the employee was so arrogant! Never had a bad service like this!
Will never make business with them.
Excellent service from Charlène, no pressure, really knows her stuff. The dealership keeps all there cars in their basement, so no sun and no snow to remove.
Although we have had some recurrent brake problems with our 2017 RDX, the dealership took care of it in a professional, responsible manner.
I think they don't care about getting business. I'm trying to book an appointment with one of the sale rep but seems like they are not interested. I tried calling twice... they transferred to sales department but it just keep ringing. I have provided my contact details over the website chat twice but no response yet.

This dealership used to be a 5 star 6 years ago. The service and sales has gone down significantly, I will never return here ever again. They are starting to lie and make up stories when you try to trade your car in. I have sent 2 people here before on a recommendation and both times I was embarrassed. For of them, the sales guy at the time who is now the used sales manager, insulted them by telling them "you are from this specific country I can tell, and I know you are going to try and negotiate every penny." this comment ended up causing the guy to walk out and talk to me the next day asking me why I would recommend such a rude dealership.
The Service Director Joffrey Louis-Seize is simply the best! My wife bought a brand new 2007 TL Type S and I have been dealing with Joffrey and Acura for more than 14 years now and we were never disappointed. He will do everything in is power to satisfy and often exceed your expectations. Don't hesitate to get your car serviced by Joffrey and his team, you won't regret it!
I must admit they are simply amazing. I’ve had a few of issues with my car in the past year and I’ll make the drive to deal with them. They are responsive and honest. For instance, i had an issue with the rubber band by the windshield coming off and they glued it back (charged me for the labor which was nothing) although as it was the winter I don’t think the glue had set in properly and the band started coming off again. Next time I dropped by they glued it back free of charge. They usually do a complimentary car wash too. I had a break problem recently and even though it would be a short fix they would lend me a car. I feel like out of all car dealerships they are the best I’ve dealt with. The overall customer service is outstanding and they are overall really helpful and pleasant to deal with.

On my second generation of cars. Sales were very easy to deal with. Service is always helpful and organized..and on time. Will shop here again most likely. Prices are standard. Waiting area comfortable but a little small and public. That would be my 5th star. Bilingual.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our experience at casino acura, we have bought a pre owned acura certified vehicle, everything that was promised was done properly, our salesman and pre owned manager provided us with all the documentations we have asked for, carproof, previous maintenance history and acura certified inspection with everything that was done on our vehicle. We live in Ontario and everything was done for us if we where buying our car in ontario, licensing and ownerships where ready on pick up, this made everything simple for us. Would definitely recommend.
