had a deal from “both” sales managers, and drove out from out of town,to make the purchase. The deal was for 2 vehicles, I had already test driven one, and was test driving the second. I had both vehicles running beside each other.. I took the second vehicle out, and while returning on the second test drive, I noticed someone test driving the other vehicle as I returned. The sales guy said we could write up a deal before they returned.. I was waiting for the deal to be written up, and Dino the sales manager wouldn’t write the deal.. He wanted to wait, to see if he could get a better deal, from the people test driving.. I argued I was here first, and I want to put a deposit, to purchase both. He refused and made me wait, to see what these people after me, were going to offer him a better price. We had been there for 2 hours, before the dealership opened. They refused to honour our agreed upon price, and refused to make a deal. Dino sold the one car as I sat and watched. Extremely poor business practices and would never return. I had to walk away from the other deal on principle, because they were so untrustworthy.

Was recently looking at a used RDX vehicle at the North shore Acura dealership, I was approached by Adrian who was very helpful in directing me to vehicles that were of interest to me.

After a test drive the following day I decided to purchase a used vehicle.
There were a few items on the vehicle that needed to be addressed prior to delivery day. Adrian did his best to ensure some of these items were addressed, the remaining ones are still in the process of being followed through.

Thanks Adrian for your after sales service and for following through to ensure any remaining concerns are being addressed and adequately resolved.

Based on my experience to date at the dealership I would recommend Adrian to other family members and friends who are looking to purchase an Acura product from the dealership.

I was working with a Salesman named Jeff C he did an amazing job and helped me find the perfect car, long story short the car got shipped to me and had a accident from the shipping company and the whole team from finance department working with Tanya, to the Manager Zach everyone was very responsive and quick to help my situation out and help me find another car unfortunately at another Dilawari dealership but the whole team at North Shore Acura went above and beyond to help me and take care of me. Jeff was an amazing car salesman and very personable he made you feel like a friend instead of a client. I would highly recommend North Shore to anyone I know who lives in the Vancouver area or is getting a car shipped from them! I never met the team in person but it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, even though I never got a car from them at the end of the day.

I'm from Northern BC and flew down specifically to buy a used Lexus supposedly completely checked over and in tip top shape. Not so. Drove it home and a few days later the battery was dead and had to get BCAA to jump it. The driver said there were traces of white powder on the battery suggesting they were leaking and had been wiped. Toyota did a check and put in a new battery as one cell was dead. I spoke with the salesman, Martin, who assured me that they "stand behind their cars" and to send him a copy of the bill. I did so then heard from Gary saying no they wouldn't pay. On the inspection report the battery was ticked as fine yet 4 days later it is dead. What other things have been "checked" and are defective? Gary is obviously not standing behind his vehicles and I would never buy another car from them.

Not helpful at all!!! have a 2013 Acura MDX that we bought from the dealership and we are having a lot of trouble with our engine. Called today to see if we could get the car looked at and get a rental vehicle, We were told a straight out NO. They wouldn't assist us with a tow or getting a rental vehicle while we PAID to get our car fixed. It is really disappointing when you receive such poor customer service when you are already in a stressful situation. This is our 3rd Acura and the last time I will purchase a vehicle from the NS dealership.

Hey Everyone, I Just Bought a new car from North Shore Acura. The dealership people were very friendly and respectful. I was dealing with Matt the guy from sales department. He was fantastic and Awesome human being. I had many ups and down while negotiating but Matt and the manager Dimitary was flexible and gave me a super nice deal. LOVED IT !! Matt was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommended others as well to approach him if you plan to buy a car from North Shore Acura. They provided good service and help throughout the process. Very satisfied with the service and purchase, however will leave more review for aftersale services after couple of months of my car usage.

This place is the worst place to get good customer service. Gary the sales manager is TRASH!!!!! My dad bought a ranger rover that was missing a trunk cover. Was told they will order it and it will be in within 6 months. Fast forward 2 years now, still got no trunk cover. Called in today to ask, and Gary the sales manager said my dad isn't on file and said he could not help. I have documents to prove that my dad bought the car from him. Instead of trying to listen and fix my problem, he decides to cut the phone on my face. Don't buy a car from them. Buy from another place. This place has the worst customer service and they cheat people.
