I bought my 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport from Lougheed Acura in November of 2019. Prior to buying it, I requested the full history of the vehicle and asked if there was anything significant or notable in the vehicle’s history. I was told by the salesman and the manager that the car had one owner, absolutely no significant or worrisome history. I was told that the vehicle had been thouraghly serviced, cleaned, had an oil change, tires rotated, and both air filters replaced. After bringing it home,I noticed it was quite dirty and the cabin air smelled AWFUL. So after taking the car home, I had my father-in-law look at it within a couple days of buying it… this is when I should have returned the vehicle. The oil was black and very dirty, the fluids were all low, the brakes squeeked, the cabin air filter was filled with leaves and mould and other debris, and the engine air filter had a literal RATS NEST. I brought the car back to Acura and they apologized and said it must have been ‘somehow overlooked’. Now here is when the big problems arose. My father-in-law recently checked the brakes, rotated the tires, and completed an oil change. During the oil change, we found metal fragments in the oil. This is usually a sign of significant problems occurring within the engine. So I brought it back to Acura, but this time was seen at the neighbouring Hyundai. The manager at Hyundai was amazing and she showed me the ACCURATE history of the vehicle. It turns out the SUV had an entire engine replacement in 2019 that I was lied about and Acura hid such an important information that would have played in my decision of buying the car. In returning to deal with that, the Manager Patrice, told me it wasn’t his problem and there was nothing he would do to solve this issue, because all he needed to tell/show me was the safety inspection and accident history. And if I wanted I could go to small claims to see who is right. The salesman Farhad, was shady, sold me a car he knew was not up to par and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. They scam

I was referred here by an acquaintance back in March 2019, who highly recommended this dealership and referred me to the GM to lease a 2019 TLX TECH package.
Since I bought the car, I haven't had a good experience with it. Had a lease carry over, charged extra fees when I was told there were none and wouldn't have a carry over. Was also sold a defective car with no rear heated seats working.
Long story short, Lougheed Acura representatives and sales/service teams didn't know the car had rear heated seats, I had to call another dealership to verify/confirm the car had rear heater seats.
Almost had to bring it in for service 3 times, but luckily only 2 times. First time was after a 5 hours service appointment the and realized something wasn't working. Part was backed ordered and they will call us when it's available.
Went in January 2020 and got the car fixed within 2 hours which was nice.
After picking up the car, I read the service paper and it said that the car was missing a part and it was never installed. So the dealership gave me a defective car and didn't inspect it properly when they sold it.
Pretty disappointed on my overall experience and it hasn't even been a year since I had this car, but if I were to buy another Acura, it wouldn't be from this dealership

Had an emergency with a tire going flat that wouldn't hold any air, took it in without an appointment and Scott was able to sneak me in, get fixed up, and back on the road way quicker than I expected (can't remember how long it took exactly but it was less than an hour). Even got a free carwash which I also wasn't expecting. More than impressed with how well I was treated and will definitely be coming back in the future for any other problems. I came to get my car checked for a recall and the service was great! I had some concern about the smoothness of my brakes, which turned out to be unrelated to the recall. After voicing my concern, Sam and the staff tended to it right away. Instead of scheduling me in for another appointment, they were able to troubleshoot and handle my problem on the spot. They completed the checkup and fixed my new concern, all within the estimated time frame they had given me for just the checkup. Thank you for a great experience and your speedy service!
My husband and I went car shopping at Lougheed Acura after being in so many other dealerships and were tired of looking for car and dealing with sales staff. But Silvio changed our view of car sales man he is very attentive- very good listener and patient. We looked at 4 cars test drove 3 and through all that he was very helpful and respectful of our needs.

I recently purchased a new car from Lougheed Acura and could not be more pleased with the staff. Tony was immature, unprofessional and impatient with customer! Remember Tony when you deal with different customer it means different people different personality! Not every sale will be easy some good, some hard and some can be very difficult if their not rude just difficult it doesn’t mean they don’t wanna buy a vehicle they just know how to bargain and know what they want NOT WHAT YOU WANT!

My fifth Acura, all from this dealership starting with an Integra. Now the proud owner of a TLX. I chose Acura originally because Guy Kawasaki (“The Macintosh Way”) wrote that Acura offered the driving experience of a BMW at much less cost.
That bang for the buck has actually increased over the 17 years. I took my new Acura over to show my friend, a car guy. Some time back, he had given me a ride in his BMW V12. Amazing car - but he had to sell it because it spent all the time in the shop. He liked my TLX.
The Lougheed Acura dealership is superb. I have come to know them over the years and feel at home. They do excellent work and give advice I listen to. I have always felt good after service.

When I called to book an appointment the service dept. was very friendly and most helpful. They arranged for a service car and even asked if I would like a free car wash.
When I arrived I was met by a very helpful service rep who told me apxproximately how long the service would take and that they would call me when my car was ready,. They had a very nice service car ready for me and did call when my car was ready as promised. When I arrived to pick up my car I was again met by a service rep who explained in detail what had been done to my car.
My overall experience with the service department was excellent and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

I went to all the Acura dealers in the Lower Mainland and when I walked into this dealer ship, I was treated like a king. I was welcomed by sales executive Ismail Fazal and he treated my wife and I superbly. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in Acura or is looking to buy a new or used Acura, to go to this dealership and ask for Ismail. He is so kind, good-hearted and down to earth. No pressure sales at all.
My husband and I bought a used 2005 Acura MDX from Lougheed Acura in May, 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience compared to other dealerships as our salesman, William Lau, listened to our needs and was very low pressure. The MDX we bought was originally sold by the same dealership and we were assured that all regular service and maintenance had been completed and on schedule. We were provided with copies of the service records that outlined all the work that had been done over the past 7+ years. We walked out of the dealership happy and confident in our purchase.
After two days of driving the vehicle the drive belt began squeaking. We brought the MDX back to the dealership. We worked out a deal in which we would pay for the new belt and the dealership would cover the cost of the labor. However, once we began diving into the details of the service work (because the service report stated the belt was replaced) we learned that some of the scheduled maintenance wasn’t carried out as recommended by Acura. Specifically, at 7 years the timing belt is supposed to be replaced and the water pump inspected. This was not done; however, the service report we were given upon purchasing the suggested it was done. At this point, we were becoming extremely frustrated because it was starting to feel like the vehicle we purchased wasn’t what we thought it was.
We got in contact with Patrice Croteau, the sales manager at Lougheed Acura. Patrice was phenomenal. We explained to him our issues and right away he said they would replace the timing belt and inspect the water pump on the dealerships dime. We had them replace the water pump just for peace of mind and they charged us just for the part. We were also having problems with the door locks and even though this wasn’t part of our issue with the service records, Lougheed Acura looked into this for us free of charge and determined that the door lock actuators needed to be replaced. The dealership called me back to inform of the issue and before I could even ask how much to replace the actuators Nicole, the service representative, told me that the dealership would take care of the cost of replacing them.
Lougheed Acura went above and beyond in customer service; not something you would expect from a car dealership. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from them and strongly recommend them for your next purchase or service work.
