After having a bad experience at another Ford dealership in Carleton Place earlier in the day. I headed to Campbell Ford to look at their used cars. I was greeted by Amir who proceeded to showed me both a Ford Focus and Escape that I was interested in. After spending some time with us and test driving the two vehicles , I ended up purchasing the Focus. I found the sale very straight forward, no game playing and no crazy Admin fees added on top of the price. I would definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for your next car.

Unfortunately I had difficulty reaching Campbell Ford to make an appointment. It took almost a week-and-a-half despite submitting a request online, leaving a voice mail and another follow-up call. Once I reached a Service Specialist, everything was smooth sailing. The valet service was exceptional to my home and back to the shop. The recommendations from the mechanic and Service Specialist were appropriate. I felt much better going on my 1400 km road trip after my tune-up.

The service rep was very accommodating to make sure I was happy with the service. There was a mistake on the service which was MY fault As I did not inform him it was a 19 F150 apposed to my old 17 that was totalled and I did not update your database. As I bought the truck at another dealer but I have always used Campbell Ford for service since I bought my 1st car there in 2006. In total I have bought 5 vehicles ( 2 Escapes and 2 Mustangs and 1 F150 )from you and have no complaints with any sales, parts or servicing done at Campbell Ford. Parts department is friendly and knowledgeable.
Purchased a Certified Pre-owned Mustang convertible here and have never had such an easy car-buying experience. Peter Maloney was our sales rep. and did an amazing job of getting us the car we wanted. We drove on to the lot 15 minutes before closing and he took the time to discuss the car and our needs. I've always received professional service at this location. They are generally quick to get me in as well. I've had service done during Covid and the waiting room was reconfigured for physical distancing and while I was waiting, I noticed the cleaning was done frequently.

I was once again impressed by the friendly service during my cars latest checkup. Lesley was my service advisor and was very helpful and pleasant with a great sense of humour.
My 4 stars were because of the lack of covid precautions in the shuttle which I have been assured have been addressed now. Understandably early on there was a shortage of masks, and hopefully a limit to no more than 3 people including the driver in each shuttle.

Sales team there is very kind and actually understand that not everyone that walks in is ready to buy. There are so many dealerships out there are only willing to help if you are buying that day. Long story short, I had an unfortunate experience with the service department and left the dealership with the view that I would never go back no matter what. I felt less than valued as a client, especially one who had spent $60k on a truck and had all my service done there since new. BUT, after a persistent shop foreman was able to get in touch with me (I really didn't want to chat as I felt my mind was made up, but he managed to get in touch), he was able to find a way to make it right. Now, what I valued was that he essentially took ownership of the issue, apologized and offered to make it right. The thing that impressed me, was it was a genuine concern that I had a poor experience and a recognition that things could have been dealt with differently. He wanted to make it right. No buying my business with free offers or anything like that, just a genuine; "we should of done better, we are sorry, we will make it right and we would like you to give us a try to earn your business back". Negative experience turned into a positive experience.

I went to Campbell Ford for a simple oil change. I asked for and was told I was getting synthetic oil. When I got my car back I drove it for a day or two then the engine started smoking and driving became resistant. When I looked under the hood the lid to the oil was sitting on the edge of the engine and at least half if not more oil had evaporated from the tank. I wrote to them in writing asking for at least a refund to with they replied they didn't use synthetic and I would have to bring the car in. Absolutely terrible service. I would never go there or recommend them to anyone.
In an out with the exact car that I wanted within an hour. Amazing customer service, absolutely no problems, the sales rep even gave me his personal cell to text and call to get status updates. I drove the car out of the lot in

Campbell Ford Ottawa was the best customer service I have ever received for repairing my vehicle! Darline was amazing, she listened to the issues I was having and took very thorough notes to pass on to the service team. Everything was covered by warranty and I was still treated like a paying customer. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend buying and servicing a vehicle from this place!
Lovely dealer where I do all my service, as well as that of my fiancee and family members with common sense (Ford owners). The service team is first rate, from appointment making to when they hand you back the keys. It's difficult to compare this place to other dealers but I will say this; sometimes it's nice to visit the library and skip on the circus.

Update: Ken Moore even hung up on us when we called; extremely unprofessional because that’s how they treat customers who spend $80,000 on a brand new truck. Imagine buying a $20,000 car, you’ll receive even worse service. Tried to take the truck in for an oil change and they refused to give us an appointment, because they are grown a** children who don’t care about their customers.
Rory Ruxton; promised the new part for the Raptor 3 times and all 3 times, never delivered even after taking the day off of work to bring the truck in for its repairs that were marked in our bill of sale upon pick up of the truck. After going there; being ignored then yelled at, they finally owned up to their mistakes and fixed the parts, almost 2 months later.
Not only did they lose 2 customers for oil changes for life; they also lost any future car sales & maintenance on MULTIPLE vehicles. JIM KEAY in Orleans (who has no affiliation with Campbell) offered us a free oil change for campbell’s mistake and we will continue to bring all of our vehicles there instead. I’ll take the 25 minute drive to Orleans instead of the 5 minute drive to Carling because their service is superb.

And now they refuse to do a single oil change until the rims from the RS that they bought on trade in is return even though no where in the contract did it state that the rims would be apart of the deal. I will never be going back there with my Ford Fusion or Hubby's Ford Raptor. If you want to buy a ford - take the drive to Orleans and go to Jim Keay and go see Bryan! (bought 6 cars from them no issue) bought 1 truck from Campbell and they are treating us like garbage after spending over $80,000 on a brand new truck!

Campbell Ford and their sales staff have got me into my last two cars at the price I was looking for. The deal on my Focus ST was right on the money after another dealership tried to charge way too much.
Similarly, the Focus RS I recently bought off them was heavily discounted yet I still managed to deal for some extras.
Sadly, Ford is about to become a truck-only company so I don't know whether I'll be back. Not their fault.

The entire process was BEYOND transparent. There was no cubicle you were shoved in that makes you feel as though you’re signing your life away.
We dealt with a man named Kenneth Moore, and he was kind, honest and beyond understanding.
James, who deals with the finances was also very friendly and easy to talk to.
We haven’t dealt with any mechanics there yet, but Kenneth and James are wonderful beings and are good at their job!

We were delighted with the assistance we received from Rory in buying a used Ford Focus. Our son was looking for a reliable car that was ready to drive away and Campbell Ford had a great range for us to view and ultimately select a vehicle. Rory and the team got the car ready for us to drive away the next day as requested. I'd definitely buy from Campbell Ford again.
Never deal with these guys. Right from the Sales experience to the service and everything to do with their customer service be it over phone, email, or in person. They lied and made me wait for 2 months for base model sedan 2 years ago but I help them responsible and they had to give me a demo while I waited. After receiving the car, only to find out that 2 out of the 3 features that i had asked for was not included. Who cares, its just a lease but less than 2 years later I've been running into major issues with the car and dealing with Campbell Ford has been a nightmare. I cant blame the dealership for Ford being a piece of crap but the dealership gets the cake for being the worst. And their ads on the radio are so annoying because reading from the other comments too, they have the worst service technicians...why would I ever trust them.
I had a great experience with the service team. I was hesitant to even bring in our old Windstar because we didn't want to put any more money into it, but we also wanted to make sure it was still safe to drive and won't leave us along the road. The service manager understood our predicament and ensured that the young lad who worked on it only fixed what was absolutely necessary. In the end it was just a little vacuum thing, and I walked away with some good free advice. The old van was still running when we got rid of it. Thanks for the quality care and service.

I recommend buying parts not through the dealership, because it is crazy markup, but the garage has no qualms with installing your purchased parts, labour/hr is pretty typical and truly the customer service can't be beat.
I must confess being in the customer service industry for over 20 years I am very picky where I choose to take my business. We left Campbell's feeling like the Sales team had taken the time to educate us on all the options and benefits of each model and all the available financial incentives for those models. Their laid back no pressure sales team (believe me it took 3 visits to finally decide and countless comparisons with other dealerships) is truly beyond compare. Don't take my word for it, go down to Campbell's to walk the lot and check out all they have to offer, I'm sure you will find professional, informative staff every step of the way to help you in making the right purchase for you.
