Guy at the service department charged me 3 hours labor for the replacement of “arm bushing” (C2Y6-28-46X) and “lateral link” (CMS76110) for my Mazda 3, 2008. That was 18 March 2020.
These two pieces have 2 connection holes, each, and was told that due to the car’s age, the bolts were seized, not sure if this was true or not, but 3 hours of labor is too excessive. Comparative service centers, like Canadian Tire and some Mazda dealers stated that the average charge for such installation should be half an hour/side for a total of 1 hour for both sides.
The mechanic who did the work was not consulted to supply the actual time that the installation took.
It is true that Guy reduce labor hourly rate by $10, he made sure to recuperate this discount by overcharging me 2 extra hours.
I feel unfairly charged for servicing my car at this establishment price gouging is never justified. I request a refund of 2 hours charged + tax.
Beware! These guys are friendly but will sell a nice, trusting couple a lousy, unsafe car that has cost $1,800+ in repairs in the first 14 months. In 2016 we were sold a 2012 Kia Soul by a salesman who no longer works there but he was a pleasant fellow and he and his sales boss were good salesmen. When we were signing the financing agreement the sales rep talked us into an extended warranty which after agreeing to, we had second thoughts about that night. In the morning I called and asked the finance fellow to cancel the extended warranty as we realized that it was fairly pointless (didn't include brakes and the car already had 80,000 km). He told me I couldn't cancel it. I read the fine print and saw it said we had 30 days to cancel and called back. He then agreed and we got rid of that. Within 2 months a tire blew out on the highway, the brakes were making a bad noise and we've had them redone twice. Plus the 4 new tires and 4 expensive snow tires , which the salesmen neglected to mention that they are priced like nice SUV tires, meaning 1,200$ + . Our mechanic of 20 years says that the car is lemon and made of plastic parts that can't deal with a Québec winter. We're locked in for 4 more years and will be lucky to keep the car running that long. Of course we are responsible for our choices but we feel they didn't give us all the information about the car and rhetoric finance man lying to us was greasy. It's It's a shame because we like to trust people. But don't trust this dealer.

We went to the dealership and we were helped by Sébastien Da Costa. He clearly explained how everything works now due to Covid protocols. After thoroughly answering all of our questions we began the now lengthy journey of ordering a new car. Hopefully everything will go as smoothly as Sébastien explained. So far so good.

They offered me 0% financing after jacking the retail price of the car up thinking that they are doing a favour still...rest for you to decide..
This is the worst place to buy a vehicle!!! I would not recommend going here to buy a car.. I completely regret it. They didn't clean my car before giving it to me. They are slow and Incompetent in helping their customers! When I got my car I was told everything was good to go... 6 months later my back breaks are metal on metal and cannot be driven at this time. I am a mother of two and work far from home, I needed a Reliable vehicle and reliable services which I made clear...unfortunately not clear enough!!
They will only give a 15% discount which is still $450 plus taxes.. I will be taking my car else where and will not give Aylmer Kia any of my services, if this is how they treat customers who have bought a vehicle from them!!

Typical- sells you a vehicle at new price without mentioning its a demo, Only for you to realize upon arriving home that there are damages/defects. Then they put the blame on you, accusing you of hitting something within two days of picking up the vehicle, & refuses to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. This dealership is shady, do not purchase from them because after leaving the lot, they no longer care about their customers. Everything they tell you is tactics to sell you on a vehicle and liesssss! I should have really done my research before purchasing from here, especially after reading all the other reviews from people with similar issues.
Sales group were great..service sucks. They can't change a tire without doing damage. Then refused to pay for there own mistake. Go to a different dealership for service.
I have been using this dealership to service our 2 Kias the service is outstanding...Rock and the entire service dept are superstars ...I never had to question any repair, every experience was very professional, Rock even bailed me out more than once when an untimely repair could have been an issue but instead of stress they took care of everything. Because of the way I was treated by their service department I committed to buying my next car there if possible and back in July i eneded up purchasing a newish used Mazda from them...this time it was the sales staff who once again demonstrated how fantastic this dealership is at every level, the salesrep was very cool and accomodating and the used car manager gave me a great deal...Kudos to you guys Aylmer Kia is a fantastic organization!

Inquired about a (non-KIA) used car I was interested in at this dealership. Got a prompt reply and answers to my questions. Phillippe was the rep I met with for the test drive - he was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even though I didn't end up buying that particular car, it was a good experience, no sales pressure - helpful and responsive.
After doing the wheel alignment my front tires are completed destroyed. I drove my care only 7000Km and less than 1 year. The work was under warranty – 1 year but the GREATEST KIA DEALER refuses to admit the mistake and refund the work (not the tires !! which is another 350$)
I made again the wheels alignment somewhere else and I’ve been told that the first alignment was not done well!!
I own my car since 2010 – never had any “tire or alignment” issues !!

Overall, I am happy with my experience purchasing a new 2020 Niro EV at this dealership. My wife and I have owned the car for over a month now.
If you are looking to purchase a car, or an electric car, I would highly recommend that you ask for Jason Bonhomme. My first visit with Jason was excellent. He took the time to show me the features of the car I was interested in, answered all of my questions and he provided a detailed breakdown of the price of the car. Jason is very knowledgeable about Kia's current EV offerings. I never felt rushed or pressured in any our interactions. Jason was very fair and professional when negotiating the price of the car and went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied.
The Finance Director, Jean-Christophe Morin was also great to work with. He adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our needs and the entire financing process from start to finish was explained clearly and he answered all of our questions.
At the service centre, Rock Saucier-Lamoureux and Sam Tabensky were friendly and professional. There was an issue with the delivery of new rims for the car before the start of winter and Rock and Sam were able to rectify problem the same day. Overall, I was really happy with the service and feel confident that my car will be left in good hands for future scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Just stopped by the dealer during lunch hour as I was having a metal rubbing noise in my driver front side . The gentleman took the time to go outside ,listen to the noise and confirm it was just a back plate that was rubbing. He adjusted it so it would not rub and off I went .
To actually take time from his lunch to check if it was something simple to get me back on the road quickly. That is service !

Total wast of my time. Passenger door doesnt open. On 2011 sorento. Was told by service advisor,”no worries passenger and driver door lock actuators have been recalled. Bring it in and we will replace free of charge. After spending the morning there i was told they inspected the actuators and mine do not fall into the warranty program. Yet by them running my vin # it does. Passenger door still wont open and no work/recall was preformed. Terribly unsatisfied.
After many searches on the internet this actuator failure is a very common problem. For me to buy a new one , well over 100$ and have it installed who knows the labour charge. Hate to find out.

Ive bought 2 cars from this dealership. The staff treats you like family. Always great service and honesty. Stephen is an amazing salesman and i use my 2014 sportage sx everyday for atleast 6 hours. Warranty is great, as it covers alot! (Example) wheel bearings, balljoints... Amazing for anyone!

I've called called around and spoke to multiple dealerships. Really what it came down to was how well the sales associate listened and accommodated my needs for a vehicle. When I called Kia Aylmer I was fortunate enough to get Ryan who was very knowledgeable, and honest with the details of what I was looking for. Within the same day I bought my car after going to at least three different dealerships. Not receiving half the amount of service at Kia. Luckily everyone at Kia Aylmer from sales person to mechanic is great! Highly recommended if you're looking for a good experience, and not just a good deal.

Credit where credit is due. The service at Aylmer Kia is second to none and is the most helpful dealership I've ever dealt with, by far. Avoid Donnelly Kia as if your life depended on it and go see these guys. I live in Kanata but will go to Aylmer to get my car serviced.
