Wow! I am not the type to write reviews but this one was needed.
I was helped by their employee PAIGE CAVEBROWNCAVE. When going to a car dealership, my biggest worry is being scammed out on all these extra fees that I am not aware of. However, Paige was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed me to go on multiple test drives to make sure I was making the right decision. When picking a car, I always feel extremely rushed. However, Paige took the time to clearly outline every detail of the transaction. On top of this, I was never afraid to ask Paige questions. She would tell me "car lingo" and I could easily and comfortably ask for an explanation in layman's terms. I would never go to another Toyota representative besides Paige. I really mean this!

By far, buying a vehicle at Auto Line Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I was fully prepared for pushy sales tactics and constant up-selling when I walked in. I had the opposite experience with the sales team at Auto Line and couldn’t be happier. I told Paige (sales) what I was looking for and what my budget was and she showed me exactly that, and didn’t try to push me into anything else. I recently moved to Niagara Falls and while taking off my winter tires I noticed the dust covers on my front shocks were both broken. I had good experiences with Performance Toyota in St. Catharines, so booked my car in at Autoline Toyota, and also asked for routine maintenance and an oil change. I received a call mid-day that my struts were in poor condition and it was highly recommended that rather than just replacing the dust covers, that the whole assembly be replaced. It was also recommended that my battery be replaced. I asked for what the grand total would be with tax and was told $796. I had gone in expecting for an oil change and dust cover replacement to be $200-300, so was very uncomfortable with such a high bill, but eventually agreed. Later that afternoon I received a call that my car was ready but that they were very sorry but I had been misquoted earlier in the day and my total was actually $1497. But lucky for me, they were going to cut me a break and were only going to charge me a flat $1000!

When I arrived to pick up my car I spoke to the service manager Amedeo, and he told me that he had to pay his mechanics for their labour and they weren't making any money from this deal at all, so couldn't possibly discount it anymore. I told them that I felt they should honour their estimate and I shouldn't be paying for their mistake. Amedeo then offered to take off all of the new struts and put my old worn ones back on and just replace the dust covers for the quoted $796, and that they would give me a rental car for the day while they did it. I felt this was insulting because I was quoted $796 for the entire strut replacement NOT just the dust cover replacement. It also contradicted his statement about not being able to pay his mechanics for their labour, as it would effectively double their labour for the same price. I told him again that I felt they should honour their estimate, and that I felt this was not good business. Amadeo said he could take off $50, and that he was the best he could do. I felt this nickel and diming was very unprofessional, so I declined and paid my $996 bill.

I understand buying a car is a negotiation, but paying for an agreed on service appointment should not be.

Autoline Toyota needs to seriously look at their estimate policies and customer service. I will not be back, but I hope this helps their customers in the future.

Literally kill the customers by over charging!!!
There is no point in going to the Toyota auto dealer... Autoline Toyota, Niagara Falls charge more than any other mechanic or service centre would charge!!!

Some of my experience;
1. For a tire change and rotation (Winter-Summer) = 169 dollars!
2. For break cleaning = 222 dollars!!!

My advice to all;
After all 4 free service, never go back to Autoline rather to some good mechanics in and around Niagara who would do a better job for a far lesser price!!!

Absolutely fantastic service department! Five stars. We were recently an hour and a half into our road trip to the States when our Prius started to make a strange rumbling sound. Having just had it serviced the day before at home, we though it might be wise to have it checked. A quick Google located Auto Line Toyota. Not only did the great folks in the service department put our minds at ease, but Raymond even offered to take it for a road test just to be sure. Truly amazing service! I wanted to commend the team at Autoline Toyota for a great car purchasing experience. I recently purchased my first Toyota there under a bit of a time crunch because my previous vehicle was written off as the result of an accident. I dealt with Rachel (Sales), Kyla (Finance) and Brittany (Delivery). I cannot say enough good things about each of them. Each individual was attentive and professional. I appreciate the fact that Rachel took the time to explain my options, worked on all of the details involved with the sale, urged me to test drive all the vehicles I was considering and did this without being overbearing and within a tight time window due to my circumstance. She even test drove vehicles with me on her day off. Kyla was kind enough to handle all the work associated with financing through Toyota Financial Services in a manner where I spent a minimal amount of time on documentation but still felt as though I had all the information I needed. On the day I picked up my car, Brittany assisted me with a hands on demonstration of all my new vehicle's capabilities. This demonstration never felt rushed and she gave me some interesting insights into the operation of my new car. In my interactions with each of these individuals, I never felt pressured and always felt as though everyone was forthright while being pleasant. I think all three individuals did a great job. By the way, I love the car I purchased there as well.

Got new tires from there, after two weeks had an service for oil change. on the work sheet they said they checked the tire pressure, the pressures were good at 35psi. I checked after they are only 30psi. Two services None of them check the tire. The work sheet check list was just fake lie to the customer. They won't do all of them, But just check them!!

The service department at this location is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and even though they were very busy and about to close when I arrived a mechanic was able to look at my truck right away. Paul, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, is a saint. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, and honest. That guy saved my truck. Now it runs like a brand new baby. Stay clear of service department. They charged me for work I did not authorize, claimed they went over the invoice with me, which they did not, and then instead of simply refunding their charge, offered me a free car wash...knowing I live two hours away.
They were also reticent return my messages. There were other issues with the actual service they performed as well, but I think you get the idea - STAY AWAY.
